Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Elektrostahlblechs, das eine Dicke von 0,5 mm oder weniger hat, und das 0,01 Gew.-% oder weniger C, 4 bis 10 Gew.-% Si, wovon ein Teil durch Al ersetzt sein kann, 0,5 Gew.-% oder weniger Mn, 0,01 Gew.-% oder weniger P, 0,01 Gew.-% oder weniger S, 0,01 Gew.-% oder weniger N, 0,02 Gew.-% oder weniger O und einen Ausgleich aus Fe und unvermeidlichen Verunreinigungen enthält, wobei das Blech (i) Kristallkörner, die einen mittleren Durchmesser von 2 mm oder weniger haben und (ii) Korngrenzen, die einen Sauerstoffgehalt von 30 Atom-% oder weniger haben, enthält; und wobei das Verfahren den folgenden Schritt umfaßt:
    - Diffundieren von zusätzlichem Silicium in ein Silicium-Stahlblech durch Behandeln des Blechs mit einem Gasgemisch, das ein siliconisierendes Gas und hochreines Stickstoffgas, das einen Taupunkt von -70°C hat, enthält.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das siliconisierende Gas SiCl4 ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Stahlblech 0,2 Gew.-% oder weniger lösliches Al enthält.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Stahlblech 0,0005 bis 0,02 Gew.-% Sauerstoff enthält.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Korngrenzen einen Sauerstoffgehalt von 15 Atom-% oder weniger haben.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Korngrenzen einen Kohlenstoffgehalt von mindestens 0,5 Atom-% haben.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Korngrenzen einen Kohlenstoffgehalt von mindestens 0,8 Atom-% haben.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Korngrenzen einen Schwefelgehalt von 0,2 Atom-% oder weniger haben.
