Claims (7)
- Procédé pour percer la paroi d'une paille, permettant de percer au moins un trou (6) dans la paroi à l'aide d'une aiguille (7) ou d'un instrument similaire, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque paille (1, 1') est emballée dans un film (3) avant d'être percée à travers l'emballage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une série de pailles (1, 1') est emballée dans un film (3) à des intervalles réguliers (D), en formant une bande (5), chaque paille (1, 1') étant logée dans un compartiment d'emballage (4) individuel et les pailles (1, 1') étant percées les unes après les autres.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le perçage des pailles consécutives (1, 1') se déroule en même temps que la séparation de chacun des compartiments d'emballage (4), contenant une paille (1, 1'), de la bande (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque aiguille est déplacée par un instrument mobile par rapport à la bande (5) de pailles (1, 1'), essentiellement dans la direction longitudinale de ladite bande (5) de pailles (1, 1') emballées, les pailles (1, 1') étant percées les unes après les autres.
- Dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, doté d'un couteau (9) et d'une contre-surface de coupe (10) coopérant avec le couteau, et doté de moyens de transport pour faire passer une bande (5) de pailles (1, 1') emballées dans des compartiments individuels entre le couteau (9) et la contre-surface de coupe (10), le couteau (9) et la contre-surface de coupe (10) étant agencés pour séparer, au moins partiellement, les compartiments (4) les uns des autres, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une aiguille (7) ou un instrument similaire, disposé sensiblement perpendiculairement à la bande (5), des moyens étant prévus pour déplacer la ou chaque aiguille (7) sensiblement perpendiculairement à la bande (5), à travers au moins une des surfaces de ladite bande, lorsque le couteau (9) est déplacé pour détacher, au moins partiellement, les compartiments (4) individuels, et ce de telle sorte que la ou chaque aiguille (7) perce un trou (6) dans la paille (1, 1') emballée dans le compartiment (4) à détacher.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une aiguille (7) est fixée au couteau (9) de telle sorte que les mouvements de l'aiguille (7) et du couteau (9) en direction de la contre-surface de coupe (10) correspondent l'un à l'autre.
- Dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon les revendications 1, 2 ou 4, doté d'un couteau (9) et d'une contre-surface de coupe (10) coopérant avec le couteau, et doté de moyens de transport pour faire passer une bande (5) de pailles (1, 1') emballées dans des compartiments individuels entre le couteau (9) et la contre-surface de coupe (10), le couteau (9) et la contre-surface de coupe (10) étant agencés pour séparer, au moins partiellement, les compartiments (4) les uns des autres, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transport consistent en un dispositif à rouleaux (11, 13), au moins un rouleau de transport (11 ou 13) étant doté, sur sa périphérie, d'une ou plusieurs aiguilles (7) ou instruments similaires, agencés à une telle distance (B) les uns des autres que lorsque l'on fait défiler la bande (5) de pailles (1, 1') emballées, chaque paille (1, 1') est percée d'au moins un trou (6) par une ou les aiguilles (7).
