Claims (12)
- Dispositif pour positionner des charges avec un élément de support 11 en forme de barre, rigide en flexion dans deux plans qui est apte à être assemblé pendant l'opération de positionnement à partir d'éléments individuels, caractérisés en ce que l'élément de support est constitué. de deux chaínes à maillons 1, 2 usuels dans le commerce, rigides en flexion dans un plan commun, guidés parallèlement à une certaine distance avant et après l'assemblage et d'éléments d'écartement et de liaison 3, disposés entre celles-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'une des chaínes à maillons sert de chaíne de poussée 1 dans laquelle s'engage une roue d'entraínement à chaíne 13 tandis que la deuxième chaíne est réalisée sous forme de chaíne de fermeture 2 passant sur les éléments de liaison 3.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les chaínes, par leurs extrémités éloignées de la charge à positionner, prennent appui d'une manière articulée sur un palier 17, 18, 19, recevant les forces longitudinales et sont fixées par leurs extrémités opposées à un boítier neuf d'une commande par chaíne 8 déplaçable sur les chaínes.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la commande par chaíne est constituée d'un moto-freineur 12 avec la roue d'entraínement à chaíne 13 et un boítier d'entraínement à chaíne 9 avec un guidage de chaíne intégré 10.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le guidage de chaíne s'étend dans la direction longitudinale du support assemblé 11 et entoure celui-ci partiellement par concordance des formes pour transmettre le couple d'entraínement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la chaíne de poussée 1 est reliée solidement aux éléments de liaison sous forme d'organes de blocage 3 configurés en disques dont les extrémités libres présentent une gorge par lesquelles les organes de blocage s'appliquent aux douilles de roulement a de la chaíne de fermeture.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la chaíne de poussée est réalisée sous forme de chaíne duplex et que les organes de blocage sont disposés de façon à reposer de préférence dans le milieu de celle-ci sur les boulons d'articulation b.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les organes de blocage remplacent les maillons intérieurs de la chaíne duplex.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est disposé à l'intérieur du boítier d'entraínement à chaíne un canal d'entrée et de sortie avec des éléments de guidage 25, 26; 27, 28 pour la chaíne de fermeture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu comme support articulé une articulation sphérique désolidarisable.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraínement à chaíne est suspendu comme un pendule et qu'en plus de sa suspension, un outil de levage 16 est fixé pour le réglage en hauteur de la charge à positionner.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un vérin de levage est utilisé comme outil de levage.
