Système de commande pour un dispositif d'alimentation de produits imprimés (2) vers une station de traitement ultérieur, avec un premier dispositif de transport (1) pour introduire ces produits imprimés (2) selon une formation en série (S), avec un deuxième dispositif de transport (32) pour reprendre et continuer à transporter les produits imprimés introduits (2) et avec une bascule (5), disposée dans la zone de transport du premier dispositif (1), dans lequel une pile intermédiaire (29), alimentée par le bas, est formée sur la bascule (5) contre une butée (11), avec les produits imprimés introduits (2), à partir de laquelle le produit imprimé supérieur est transmis par un dispositif de soulèvement (44) au deuxième dispositif de transport (32), le système de commande déterminant avec un capteur (LS1) une hauteur prédéterminée (H) de la face supérieure (29a) de la pile intermédiaire (29), abaissant et relevant celle-ci en agissant sur une commande (M2) de la bascule (5) et maintenant ainsi la face supérieure (29a) de la pile intermédiaire (29) essentiellement à la hauteur prédéterminée, et dans lequel il est en outre prévu un premier régulateur (R1) qui actionne la commande (M2) de cette bascule (5) avec une vitesse réglable dans un domaine compris entre deux limites de levage de cette bascule (5), un générateur de valeur réelle (56) pour déterminer le mouvement de levage de la bascule (5), et un second régulateur (R2) qui, avec une valeur de consigne dépendant du mouvement de levage déterminé, fournit une valeur de réglage pour la vitesse de la commande (M3) du premier dispositif de transport (1) et régule ainsi, en fonction du mouvement de levage de la bascule (5), le volume de produits imprimés par unité de temps qui est introduit dans la pile intermédiaire (29) par le premier dispositif de transport (1).
  2. Système de commande suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par deux interrupteurs de fin de course (ES1, ES2), qui fixent une limite de levage maximale supérieure, respectivement maximale inférieure de la bascule (5) et dont la manoeuvre interrompt ou inverse la commande (M2) de la bascule (5).
  3. Système de commande suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le premier régulateur (R1) comporte une première entrée (54a) pour recevoir une valeur de consigne (n2s) pour la vitesse réglable de la commande (M2) de la bascule (5).
  4. Système de commande suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la première entrée (54a) du premier régulateur (R1) est reliée à une sortie de signal de vitesse (53) d'une commande (M1) du deuxième dispositif de transport (32).
  5. Système de commande suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la première entrée (54a) du premier régulateur (R1) est reliée à un potentiomètre (55) servant de générateur de valeur de consigne.
  6. Système de commande suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le capteur (LS1) est constitué par un barrage photoélectrique et agit par le premier régulateur (R1) sur la commande (M2) de la bascule (5), de telle façon que celle-ci se déplace vers le bas lorsque le rayon lumineux est interrompu et vers le haut lorsque le rayon lumineux n'est pas interrompu, ou inversement.
  7. Système de commande suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le générateur de valeur réelle (56) est un générateur d'impulsions, qui délivre à une sortie (56a) une suite d'impulsions dépendant de la grandeur et de la direction du mouvement de levage de la bascule.
  8. Système de commande suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la sortie (56a) du générateur de valeur réelle (56) est reliée à au moins une deuxième entrée (54b) du premier régulateur (R1).
  9. Système de commande suivant la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la sortie (56a) du générateur de valeur réelle (56) est reliée à un circuit de détecteur (58), qui comporte un décodeur (58a) pour reconnaître la direction du mouvement de levage et un compteur (58b) pour compter les impulsions émanant du générateur de valeur réelle (56), et en ce que le circuit de détecteur (58) est relié par un convertisseur N/A (59) à une entrée de valeur de consigne (60a) du deuxième régulateur (R2) et délivre à celui-ci la valeur de consigne (n3s), à partir de laquelle le deuxième régulateur (R2) fournit la valeur de réglage (n3f) pour la vitesse de la commande (M3) du premier dispositif de transport (1), par comparaison avec la valeur réelle (n3i) de la vitesse de celui-ci.
  10. Système de commande suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé par un dispositif de réglage de la valeur de consigne (62), placé entre le convertisseur N/A (59) et l'entrée de valeur de consigne (60a) du deuxième régulateur (R2).
  11. Système de commande suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réglage de la valeur de consigne (62) est un potentiomètre.
