Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif protecteur, du type parapluie ou parasol, comprenant :
    - un manche (2), dont la partie terminale supérieure (3) présente une surface frontale inclinée par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du dispositif ;
    - une poignée (1) avec une surface frontale inférieure réalisée de façon complémentaire, qui présente également une inclinaison vis-à-vis de l'axe longitudinal du dispositif ;
    - une articulation (4) sous forme d'un axe de basculement entre la poignée (1) et le manche (2), lequel s'étend perpendiculairement aux surfaces frontales de la poignée (1) et du manche (2), et autour duquel la poignée (1) est susceptible d'être basculée depuis une position en alignement avec le manche (2) jusque dans une position formant un angle avec le manche (2) ;
    - une première ouverture d'encliquetage (9a) et une seconde ouverture d'encliquetage (9b) agencées symétriquement par rapport à l'axe de basculement dans la surface frontale de la partie terminale supérieure (3) du manche (2) ; et
    - un élément de fixation (5) sur la poignée (1), au moyen duquel la poignée (1) est susceptible d'être arrêtée dans ses positions finales de basculement ;
    caractérisé en ce que :
    - la première ouverture d'encliquetage (9a) est orientée en direction de l'axe longitudinal du dispositif, et la seconde ouverture d'encliquetage (9b) est orientée transversalement vis-à-vis de l'axe longitudinal du dispositif ;
    - l'élément de fixation (5) est réalisé sous forme d'un coulisseau de fixation, lequel est précontraint par un ressort (6) dans la position d'arrêt ;
    et en ce qu'une tige de verrouillage (7) est fixée sur le coulisseau de fixation, laquelle vient s'encliqueter automatiquement dans l'une des ouvertures d'encliquetage (9a, 9b) dans chacune des deux positions de basculement de la poignée (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie terminale (3) a approximativement le même diamètre que la zone de saisie adjacente de la poignée, et en ce qu'elle est prévue comme prolongement de la zone de saisie.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de saisie de la partie terminale (3) est fixée une coquille de coiffe dans une situation encliquetée.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poignée est réalisée à son extrémité libre sous forme d'une partie de poignée à forme de tête sphérique.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie de poignée à forme de tête sphérique est constituée par un corps creux avec un capuchon amovible (14).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le centre de la partie de poignée à forme de tête sphérique est agencé avec un décalage latéral par comparaison à l'axe médian longitudinal de la poignée (1).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la coquille de coiffe (10) est une demi-coquille en forme d'arc de cercle qui s'étend sur un peu moins de 180° et qui comporte le long de ses deux arêtes latérales allongées des saillies d'encliquetage (16) qui sont encliquetées dans des gorges de maintien le long des arêtes latérales d'un creux (12) à la partie terminale supérieure (3) du manche.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que deux demi-coquilles (10, 11) qui s'étendent sur un peu moins de 180° sont agencées de manière opposée à la partie terminale supérieure (3).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 3 et 7, caractérisé en ce que la coquille de coiffe est constituée en un matériau transparent.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 3 et 7, caractérisé en ce que la coquille de coiffe comporte sur sa surface des saillies de forme linéaire ou en forme de réseau.
