Abstract

Rabot électrique à main (1) comportant un dispositif de réglage de la profondeur de rabotage avec échelle de lecture de la profondeur. Ce dispositif contient un corps cunéiforme (9) dont la surface inférieure en forme de coin (20) repose sur une pièce à raboter (10). Le boîtier (2) du rabot prend appui sur la surface supérieure en forme de coin (19) du dispositif. Un dispositif exerce un effort de serrage entre la partie supérieure en forme de coin (19) et la contre-surface correspondante (21) du boîtier (2) du rabot. La position relative entre le corps cunéiforme (9) et le boîtier (2) du rabot est déterminée à l'aide d'une échelle (36). Une seule manette (12) suffit à annuler l'effort de serrage pendant le changement du réglage de la profondeur, tout comme à déplacer le corps cunéiforme (9). Ce type de rabot permet de procéder à un réglage sensible et contrôlé de la profondeur de coupe, la manette (12) étant accouplée à des organes de commande (16, 33) dont le mouvement, notamment la rotation, entraîne le déplacement du corps cunéiforme (9) par rapport au boîtier (2) du rabot.

Claims (7)

  1. Rabot électrique à main (1) avec un dispositif de réglage de la profondeur de rabotage, qui contient un corps en forme de coin (9) dont la face inférieure (20) repose sur une pièce à oeuvrer (10) et sur la face supérieure (19) où s'appuie le boîtier du rabot (2), le corps en forme de coin (9) étant maintenu sans jeu sur le boîtier du rabot (2) par au moins un ressort (27), qui exerce une force de serrage entre la face supérieure du coin (19) et la face opposée correspondante (21) du boîtier du rabot (2) et dans le cas de laquelle avec une seule poignée (12) qui sert de poignée additionnelle faisant saillie vers le haut sur le boîtier du rabot (2) on peut mettre hors service la force de serrage lors du processus de réglage et il est aussi possible d'opérer une translation du corps en forme de coin (9), alors que la poignée (12) déplace au moyen de pièces de transmission (16, 33, 34) en tournant autour d'un axe (13) le corps en forme de coin (9) par rapport au boîtier du rabot (2), les pièces de transmission (16, 33, 34) se déplaçant les unes par rapport aux autres, rabot à main caractérisé en ce que les pièces de transmission (16, 33, 34) consistent en au moins une crémaillère (33, 34) disposée à l'intérieur du boîtier du rabot (2) et en une roue dentée (16) bloquée axialement, qui engrène avec cette crémaillère, et est montée de façon à pouvoir tourner à l'intérieur du corps en forme de coin (9), la poignée (12) portant sur son côté tourné vers le boîtier du rabot (2) la roue dentée (16) et suivant en même temps que celle-ci le mouvement du corps en forme de coin (9) et en ce que la poignée (12) est entourée et prise par un évidement (15) en forme de trou oblong dans le boîtier du rabot (2) et guide le corps en forme de coin (9) le long de cet évidement.
  2. Rabot à main, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (12) porte une couronne dentée de façon solidaire en rotation, couronne dentée, qui engrène avec une zone de l'évidement (15), qui a la forme d'une crémaillère.
  3. Rabot à main selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps en forme de coin (9) est pourvu d'un prolongement (22) en forme de tube, dans lequel est montée une extrémité libre de la poignée (12) ou de la roue dentée (16) de façon à pouvoir tourner et une extrémité libre de l'axe (13) est montée solidaire en rotation.
  4. Rabot à main selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'aux extrémités opposées de l'axe (13) la poignée (12) et/ou le corps en forme de coin (9) sont disposés de façon à pouvoir tourner et à être élastique axialement et en ce que de cette façon la poignée (12) et le corps en forme de coin (9) sont attirés l'un vers l'autre et dans ce cas serrent entre eux le boîtier du rabot (2).
  5. Rabot à main selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (12) s'appuie sur un dispositif d'arrêt (39, 32) par rapport au boîtier du rabot (2).
  6. Rabot à main selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on dispose sur la poignée (12) un trait de repérage (35) à la manière d'une aiguille, avec lequel on peut déterminer la position du corps en forme de coin (9) par rapport à une échelle (36) sur le boîtier du rabot (2) et de cette façon la profondeur de rabotage.
  7. Rabot à main selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (12) et la roue dentée (16) sont formées d'une seule pièce.
