Claims (8)

  1. Gitterkiste zum Transportieren und Lagern von leichtem Gemüse, mit:
    - fünf Wänden, die die fünf geschlossenen Seiten des die Kiste bildenden Rechtecks begrenzen und den Boden (1) bzw. zwei Seitenwände (2, 4) und zwei Längswände (3, 5) definieren,
    - einem steifen Gerippe, begrenzt durch eine untere Umfangleiste (1a) und eine obere Umfangleiste (6a), die durch vier strebenförmige Eckpfeiler (7, 8, 9, 10) verbunden sind, wobei die obere Umfangleiste (6a) wie ein die vier Eckpfeiler (7, 8, 9, 10) und die Füllwand zwischen den Umfangleisten (1a bzw. 6a) mit einem Umschlag überdeckender Rand geformt wird,
    - und mit Stapel- und Schachtelungsmitteln,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stapel- und Schachtelungsmittel aus zwei Klappen (20 und 30) bestehen, die am Rand der Seitenwände in Höhe der oberen Umfangleiste (6a) der genannten Kiste um ein zwischen jeder Klappe unter der Leiste (6a) der genannten Kiste vorgeformtes Scharnier angelenkt sind (Pfeil A), wobei jede Klappe sich zwischen einer ersten Position, die das Stapeln einer anderen Kiste auf diejenige ermöglicht, deren Klappen nach innen parallel zum Boden (1) der Kiste zusammengefaltet sind (Pfeil A), und einer zweiten Position, die das Stapeln einer anderen Kiste auf diejenige ermöglicht, deren Klappen nach außen gerichtet sind, bewegen kann, und daß die angeformte Faltlinie, die das Gelenkscharnier (Pfeil A) der jeweiligen Klappe (20 bzw. 30) auf der oberen Umfangleiste (6a) einerseits als Verlängerung der Innenseite der Klappen (20, 30) und andererseits als Verlängerung der Innenseite der mit genannten Klappen versehenen Seitenwände (2, 4) geformt wird, damit die senkrecht zum Boden stehenden Klappen(1) der genannten Kiste in der zweiten Position nur begrenzt senkrecht überstehen.
  2. Gitterkiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Seiten der Seitenumschläge der oberen Umfangleiste (6a) der genannten Kiste, auf denen genannte Klappen (20, 30) angelenkt sind, niedriger angeformt sind als diejenigen der Längsränder, mit einem der Dicke der Klappen (20, 30) mindestens gleichen Höhenunterschied, damit genannte Klappen in der ersten, nach innen zusammengefalteten Position nicht über die Öffnung (6) der Kiste herausstehen.
  3. Gitterkiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Außenseite der genannten Klappen (20, 30) mit einer Längsnut (21 bzw. 31) versehen ist, in die ein Ansatz (1a') eingreift, der im Boden (1) der darüberliegenden Kiste in Höhe der unteren Umfangleiste (1a) in Verlängerung der Seitenwände (2,4) vorgeformt ist.
  4. Gitterkiste nach Ansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Oberseiten der Längsränder der oberen Umfangleiste (6a) auf gleicher Höhe liegen wie die Oberseiten der Seitenränder, auf denen genannte Klappen (20 bzw. 30) angelenkt sind, um einen zurückgezogenen Teil bereitzustellen, damit genannte Klappen (20, 30) sich nach innen (Pfeil A) zusammenklappen können, indem sie sich auf einem Teil ihrer Breite oder ihrer ganzen Breite auf die Längsränder stützen.
  5. Gitterkiste nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den genannten Klappen (20 bzw. 30) eingearbeiteten Nuten (21 bzw. 31) breiter sind als der im Boden (1) der Kiste entsprechend angeformte Ansatz (1a) und einen sich nach oben erweiternden Querschnitt aufweisen.
  6. Gitterkiste nach Ansprüchen 1, 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Längsnut (21 oder 31) an ihren Enden so gebogen ist, daß sie rechtwinklig zurückgeführte Teile (21a oder 31a) formt, die den teils auch in den Längswänden (3 und 5) angeformten Ansatz aufnehmen.
  7. Gitterkiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Verkeilungsvorrichtung für zwei benachbarte Kisten aufweist, die von mindestens einen abgeflachten Nocken (11a oder 11b) geformt wird, der auf der Außenwand eines der Längsränder der oberen Umfangleiste (6a) befestigt ist und sich parallel zum Boden (1) der Kiste erstreckt, und zwar etwas niedriger als das Ende des genannten Randes, damit er sich unter dem Rand (6a) der auf gleicher Höhe stehenden benachbarten Kiste verkeilen kann, um so ein Überlappen der zwei Kisten zu vermeiden.
  8. Gitterkiste nach allen Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, mit der auf eine große Kiste (IIc) zwei kleine Kisten (IIa bzw. IIb) aufgestapelt werden können, die genauso lang sind wie die Breite der größeren Kiste und halb so breit sind wie die Länge der großen Kiste und umgekehrt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längswände (3 und 5) der größeren Kiste (IIc) je in ihrer Mitte mit einem Zusatzpfeiler (40 bzw. 50) versehen sind, der zum Inneren der Kiste hin heraussteht und auf seiner oberen Seite mit zwei vorgeformten L-förmigen Nuten (41 bzw. 42) derart versehen ist, daß einer der zwei Arme des L den Längsnuten (21 bzw. 31) der Klappen (20 bzw. 30) und der andere zu den zurückgeführten Teilen (21a bzw. 31a) parallel ist.
