Claims (10)

  1. Cylindre résistant à l'usure pour une machine à deux cylindres servant au traitement sous pression de produits en forme de grains, notamment pour des presses à cylindres à haute pression pour broyer, comportant, au niveau de la surface des corps des cylindres, des pièces en forme de tiges résistant à l'usure, partiellement intégrées dans des cavités correspondantes, ces pièces étant plus dures que la matière environnante des cylindres,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les cavités du corps (1) des cylindres qui reçoivent les pièces en forme de tiges (2 ou 2', 3), présentent dans leur zone la plus profonde, des surfaces (4) courbées vers l'extérieur et les contours inférieurs des pièces intégrées correspondent par leur forme géométrique à ceux des cavités dans leur zone la plus profonde.
  2. Cylindre résistant à l'usure, selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans leur zone la plus profonde, les cavités ont au moins approximativement une forme de calotte sphérique.
  3. Cylindre résistant à l'usure, selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les intervalles existant entre les pièces insérées (2 ou 2', 3) et le corps de cylindre (1) sont remplis d'un liant.
  4. Cylindre résistant à l'usure selon les revendications 1, 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les pièces intégrées sont au moins en deux parties, et les cavités du corps de cylindre (1), sous les pièces en forme de tiges (2'), insérées, comportent chaque fois au moins un insert (3) en une autre matière dont la forme géométrique correspond à la forme des cavités en leur point le plus profond.
  5. Cylindre résistant à l'usure selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les inserts (3) ont une forme allant d'une forme semisphérique jusqu'à une forme sphérique.
  6. Cylindre résistant à l'usure selon la revendication 4 ou 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les contours supérieurs (6) des inserts (3) correspondent aux contours inférieurs des pièces (2') en forme de tiges, intégrées.
  7. Cylindre résistant à l'usure selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les inserts (3) sont déformables par une pression correspondant au moins à la pression de fonctionnement d'une presse à deux cylindres.
  8. Cylindre résistant à l'usure selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les inserts (3) sont en une matière ayant les mêmes caractéristiques ou des caractéristiques analogues à celles de la matière environnante du cylindre.
  9. Cylindre résistant à l'usure selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce
    que les inserts (3) sont en un métal non ferreux facilement déformable.
  10. Cylindre résistant à l'usure selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les inserts (3) sont constitués par un produit en vrac à granulométrie fine.
