Definitions

  • the invention relates to a formwork element for hollow floor constructions according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Raised floors are used as industrial floors in order to be able to lay pipes, cables and the like in the floor. Hollow floors are also used for hypocaust heating.
  • the hollow floors consist of a sub-floor and a screed supported by supporting elements with an upper floor.
  • a formwork element which consists of a deep-drawn plate with bulges to form the supports.
  • the board which is preferably made of cardboard, is likewise not accessible, so that the same difficulties arise during laying.
  • a formwork element which consists of a dimensionally stable plate, e.g. B. plasterboard, exists and can be walked on to pour the screed material.
  • Conical cutouts are provided in a grid in the plate, into which massive support feet are cast and held in a form-fitting manner.
  • the transportation of the formwork elements provided with the support feet at the factory is complex.
  • a formwork element for hollow floor constructions of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1 which consists of a dimensionally stable plate with cutouts into which supporting elements are inserted.
  • the support elements are designed as dimensionally stable pots which rest on the underside of the plate with an outer flange which projects beyond the circumference of the cutout in order to support the plate.
  • the pots are pressed or screwed into the cutouts with their upper edge for attachment to the plate.
  • the attachment of the pots in the cutouts of the plate requires extremely high machining accuracy of the cutouts and the top edge of the pots. Deformations of the plate or pots, which are unavoidable under the rough conditions of the construction site, make it difficult or prevent the pots from being inserted into the cutouts. In practice, therefore, the pots can only be inserted into the plate at the factory.
  • a prefabricated plastic plate is known as a wall or floor covering. Pot-shaped, dimensionally stable support elements are attached to the wall or floor to secure the plate. The plates are snapped onto these support elements, these snap into place with a flange protruding outwards at the top edge of the pot behind latching lugs of the plate. Since the support elements are first fastened to the wall or the floor and the plates are only snapped onto the fastened support elements, a high degree of accuracy is necessary when fastening the support elements to the wall or the floor, which makes the installation of the plates difficult. It is no longer possible to detach the plates from the support elements without destroying them.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a walkable formwork element for hollow floor constructions, which is inexpensive to manufacture, can be transported in a space-saving manner and in which the support elements can also be used in a simple manner at the construction site.
  • dimensionally stable pots are attached to the cutouts of the dimensionally stable plate.
  • the plates and the pots can be transported separately to the construction site, the pots being inserted into the plate only on the spot.
  • the pots can also be attached to the plate at the factory.
  • a space-saving, inexpensive transport is possible in particular if the pots are frustoconical in shape with a circular, oval or polygonal cross section, so that the pots or the plates provided with the pots can be stacked one inside the other.
  • Laying the formwork is also easy because the panels can be cut to fit the floor plan. If the pots are only used at the construction site, only the cut plate parts need to be filled with pots and not the resulting plate waste, which results in a cost saving.
  • the pots can be produced inexpensively from plastic, preferably a recyclable plastic, or from biological or synthetic fiber material or cardboard.
  • a wood chipboard, hardboard, cardboard, fiber or plastic board or the like is preferably used for the board, which is inexpensive and stable and can also meet all ecological requirements.
  • the pots become detachable in the manner of a bayonet catch fixed in the cut-outs of the plate, which on the one hand enables the pots to be fastened with a single hand movement and on the other hand results in a stable, captive, but detachable fastening. If the pots are attached at the factory, the pots can be removed from the waste pieces created when the plates are cut and reused. A simple attachment in the factory is also possible by gluing in the pots.
  • the plates are expediently connected to one another at their butt joints by means of double groove strips. This results in a tight connection of the panels for pouring with the liquid screed material. In this way, overlapping of the abutting plates can be avoided, which would lead to the formation of steps and additional material requirements. It is also possible to connect the panels using milled slots on the butt edges.
  • a lost formwork 12 is placed on a sub-floor or insulation 10, which is described in more detail below.
  • the lost formwork 12 is poured out with a liquid screed 14. After the screed has hardened, the top floor 16 is laid.
  • the lost formwork 12 is composed of individual formwork elements, one of which is shown in FIG. 1.
  • the formwork element consists of a rectangular one.
  • the plate 18 has circular cutouts 20 arranged in a grid.
  • Pots 22 made of dimensionally stable plastic or cardboard or biological or synthetic fiber material are inserted into the cutouts 20.
  • the pots 22 have a frustoconical shape, are open on the upper surface with the larger diameter and closed on the bottom surface with the smaller diameter.
  • the diameter of the pots 22 at their upper edge 32 corresponds to the diameter of the cutouts 20, so that the pots 22 are inserted into the cutouts 20 with little radial play can be.
  • the pots 22 have a horizontally outwardly extending outer flange 24. If the pots 22 are inserted into the cutouts 20, the plate 18 is supported on the outer flange 24 of the pots 22.
  • the edge 32 engaging in the cutout 20 of the plate 18 covers the inner edge of the cutout 20 with the liquid screed 14 during the later pouring.
  • lugs 26 Located on the upper edge of the pots 22 are three horizontally outwardly projecting lugs 26 which are arranged at the same angular distance from one another.
  • the lugs 26 correspond to three circumferential recesses 28 of the cutouts 20 which are arranged at the same angular distance.
  • the vertical distance between the outer flange 24 and the lugs 26 of the pots 22 corresponds to the material thickness of the plate 18. To insert the pots 22 into the plate 18, the lugs 26 also become the peripheral recesses 28 aligned so that the pots 22 can be inserted into the cutouts 20.
  • the lugs 26 are located on the top of the plate 18 and can overlap the plate 18 by rotating the pot 22.
  • the pots 22 can be fastened in this way to the plate 18 in the manner of a bayonet catch.
  • Double groove strips 30 made of plastic or the like are provided for the seamless connection of abutting formwork elements.
  • the abutting plates 18 are pushed from both sides into the grooves of the double groove strip 30, so that this double groove strip 30 holds the plates 18 together and covers the butt joint in a sealing manner.
  • the formwork After the formwork has been laid, it is poured over with the liquid screed 14 and, after the screed has hardened, forms the support plate for the top floor 16 which is supported by the poured-out pots 22.
