Claims (13)

  1. Métier à tisser à pinces, en particulier métier à tisser à pinces à ruban comprenant des rubans d'insertion (9) et des têtes de pinces (3), ledit métier à tisser à pinces comprenant une foule qui comporte des fils de chaîne (7a) formant une foule supérieure et des fils de chaîne (7b) formant une foule inférieure, lesdites têtes de pinces (3) pouvant être déplacées de façon à balayer une surface d'insertion (AB) en forme de bande sur la foule inférieure, la largeur de la surface d'insertion (AB) étant donnée par la largeur (B) des têtes de pinces (3), et la longueur de la surface d'insertion (AB) étant définie par la largeur d'insertion (A) de la foule, seuls les fils de chaîne (7b) formant la foule inférieure servant à supporter directement les têtes de pinces (3) sur au moins une partie de la largeur d'insertion (A), et au moins un élément de support (4) supportant les fils de chaîne (7b) le long d'au moins une partie de la largeur d'insertion (A) lors de l'insertion du fil, caractérisé en ce que l'effet porteur de l'élément de support (4) se produit à l'extérieur de la surface d'insertion (AB).
  2. Métier à tisser à pinces selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'insertion du fil, l'élément de support (4) supporte les fils de chaîne (7b) dans la zone du milieu du tissu, et en ce que, entre cette zone et chacune des deux lisières (6e) du tissu, une piste supporte les fils de chaîne (7b) à plat au moins à l'intérieur de la surface d'insertion (AB).
  3. Métier à tisser à pinces selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (4) est conçu sous la forme de barres d'appui de fils de chaîne, la largeur du bord supportant les fils de chaîne (7b) correspondant à une fraction de la largeur (B) d'une tête de pince (3).
  4. Métier à tisser de pinces selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (4) comporte une surface plane qui supporte les fils de chaîne (7b) et dont la largeur peut être égale à la largeur (B) d'une tête de pince (3).
  5. Métier à tisser à pinces selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la face de l'élément de support (4) tournée vers les fils de chaîne (7b) présente la forme d'un U et comporte deux barres (4b) d'appui de fils de chaîne qui sont parallèles à la direction d'insertion de la trame et qui supportent les fils de chaîne (7b) des deux côtés à l'extérieur de la surface d'insertion (AB).
  6. Métier à tisser à pinces selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que, entre les deux barres (4b) d'appui des fils de chaîne, l'élément de support (4) comporte une surface (4a) qui s'étend dans la direction d'insertion de la trame, et en ce que la distance entre le bord supérieur des barres (4b) d'appui des fils de chaîne et la surface (4a) est d'au moins 1 mm.
  7. Métier à tisser à pinces selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (4) est disposé du côté du tassement du tissu, derrière le peigne (2), sur le battant (1).
  8. Métier à tisser à pinces selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (4) est immobilisé contre le bâti (10a) de la machine sur le côté du battant (1) tourné vers les oeillets (12a) des lisses.
  9. Métier à tisser à pinces selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (4) est fixé au battant (1) sur le côté tourné vers les oeillets (12a) des lisses.
  10. Métier à tisser à pinces selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, entre la surface d'insertion (AB) et la barre (6d) d'appui du tissu est disposé, dans la direction d'insertion de la trame, un élément de support supplémentaire (5) qui est fixé au battant (1).
  11.
