Claims (11)
- Druckverschließvorrichtung (1) für Schemabriefe, die mit verschiedenen, mit einem druckempfindlichen Klebstoff beschichteten Zonen versehen sind, wobei die Vorrichtung wenigstens ein Paar Druckelemente (4a, 4b; 4'a, 4'b) aufweist, die in entgegengesetzten Richtungen rotieren und zwischen denen wenigstens die zu verschließenden und gegeneinandergedrückten Zonen der Schemabriefe hindurchgeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb der Druckelemente derart ausgeführt ist, daß ihre tangentialen Geschwindigkeiten an der Stelle ihres Kontaktes mit den Schemabriefen unterschiedlich sind derart, daß sie auf diese zu verschließenden Zonen einen mit Reibung kombinierten Druck ausüben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Elemente (4a, 4b) des Druckelementenpaares rotierend angetrieben sind derart, daß ihre tangentialen Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten unterschiedlich sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckelemente (4a, 4b) gleiche Durchmesser aufweisen und mit unterschiedlichen Rotationsgeschwindigkeiten angetrieben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckelemente (4a, 4b) unterschiedliche Durchmeser aufweisen und mit gleichen oder unterschiedlichen Rotationsgeschwindigkeiten angetrieben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur ein Element (4b) des Druckelementenpaares einen Antrieb aufweist und das andere Element (4a) durch den Druckkontakt angetrieben wird, wobei dieses nicht angetriebene Druckelement (4a) außerdem durch ein System abgebremst wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abbremsen des nicht angetriebenen Druckelementes durch ein elektromagnetisches System (18) bewirkt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Element des Druckelementenpaares als ein Zylinder (4a, 4b) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Element (4'a, 4'b) des Druckelementenpaares als wenigstens eine Rolle (21a, 22a; 21b, 22b) ausgebildet ist, die mit Freiräumen versehen ist derart, daß diese Freiräume keinen Druck übertragen.
- Vorrichtung (1A) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einer gleichartigen, senkrecht angeordneten Maschine (1B) kombiniert ist und eine Einrichtung (23) für den Transfer von der einen zur anderen Vorrichtung und zum Umlenken um 90° vorgesehen ist, um ein Verschließen an unterschiedlichen, zueinander senkrechten Zonen zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einer Zuführvorrichtung (3) für die Schemabriefe und einer in Transportrichtung vor der Maschine angeordneten Faltvorrichtung (2) kombiniert ist, um die gefalteten, zu verschließenden Schemabriefe zu erhalten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Motor (8) vorgesehen ist, um wenigstens eines (4b) der Druckelemente rotierend anzutreiben, während es selbst mit einem der rotierenden Elemente (9) der Faltvorrichtung (2) gekoppelt (10, 11) ist, und dieses oder ein anderes rotierendes Element (13) der Faltvorrichtung und ein rotierendes Element (15) der Zuführvorrichtung (3) ebenfalls derart gekoppelt (14) sind, daß ein einziger Motor (8) den Antrieb der gesamten Einheit ermöglicht.
