Accordingly, when the mounting bolt 65 is rotated, the stud 63 will not be rotated.
  • the clamping-force producing device 13 In order to use the clamping-force producing device 13 in common for both the front-side upper-tool pressing-down and fixing member 11 and the rear-side upper-tool pressing-down and fixing member 61, the clamping-force producing device 13 is housed in the holder body 5, and a small diameter hole 69 is formed in the rear wall of an inner hollow portion 5H. Further, a contact member 71 mounted on the upper portion of the rear-side upper-tool pressing-down and fixing member 61 is passed through the small diameter hole 69 so as to be brought into contact with a head portion 45H of an adjust screw 45.
  • a ring nut 73 is screwed into left side (in Fig. 5) of the inner hollow portion 5H in order to restrict the movement of the contact member 51 of the clamp adjusting device 13.
  • front-side upper-tool pressing-down and fixing member 11 is kept under the condition that an appropriate member is sandwiched between the support plate 7 and the lower end of the front-side upper-tool pressing-down and fixing member 11 (to hold the front-side upper-tool pressing-down and fixing member 11 at a fixed condition relative to the support plate 7), it is possible to fasten and release the upper tool 9 by use of the rear-side upper-tool pressing-down and fixing member 61 by operating the lever 39.
  • two upper tools 9 can be fixed (both sides of each upper tool 9 are reversed) to the front and rear side surfaces of the support plate 7 of the holder body 5 according to the bending shape of the workpiece W, and in addition it is possible to exchange the upper tools 9 easily in the same way as with the case of the first embodiment.
  • an upper tool or upper tools 9 can be exchanged easily in spite of the simple structure, and in addition it is possible to prevent the upper tool 9 from being dropped even when the upper tool holding device 1 is released from the fixed upper tool 9, thus improving the safety of the press brake.

Claims (5)

  1. Oberwerkzeughaltevorrichtung (1) für eine Presse zur lösbaren Befestigung eines Oberwerkzeuges (9) an einem oberen Tisch (3) der Presse, die aufweist:
    einen an dem oberen Tisch (3) befestigten Haltekörper (5);
    eine an einem unteren Abschnitt des Haltekörpers (5) vorgesehene Stützplatte (7);
    ein Oberwerkzeugniederdrück- und -befestigungsteil (11), das an dem Haltekörper (5) angebracht ist, zum festen Niederhalten eines oberen Abschnittes eines Oberwerkzeuges (9) in Zusammenwirkung mit der Stützplatte (7);
    eine Klemmkrafterzeugungsvorrichtung (13) zur Beaufschlagung des Oberwerkzeugniederdrück- und -befestigungsteils (11); und
    eine Klemmentlastungsvorrichtung (15) zur Freigabe des Niederdrückens des Oberwerkzeuges (9), wobei die Klemmentlastungsvorrichtung (15) an einem oberen Abschnitt des Oberwerkzeugniederdrück- und -befestigungsteils (11) vorgesehen ist,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Klemmkrafterzeugungsvorrichtung (13) ein elastisches Teil (49) aufweist, das die Klemmkraft erzeugt, wobei das elastische Teil (49) verstellbar ist, um dessen elastische Kraft und dadurch die Klemmkraft des Oberwerkzeugniederdrück- und - befestigungsteils (11) zu ändern,
    das elastische Teil (49) mit der Klemmentlastungsvorrichtung (15) zusammenwirkt, und
    die Klemmentlastungsvorrichtung (15) ausgebildet ist, um zwischen einem Befestigungszustand, in dem das elastische Teil (49) zumindest teilweise zusammengedrückt ist und in der ein Werkzeug (9) angekoppelt oder gehalten werden kann, und einem Entlastungszustand, in dem das Werkzeug entfernt werden kann, bewegt zu werden.
  2. Oberwerkzeughaltevorrichtung (1) für eine Presse nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Oberwerkzeugniederdrück- und -befestigungsteil (11) von dem Haltekörper (5) schwenkbar abgestützt ist, wobei der obere Abschnitt des Oberwerkzeugniederdrück- und -befestigungsteils (11) durch die Klemmkrafterzeugungsvorrichtung (13) beaufschlagt ist in einer Richtung, um von dem Haltekörper (5) getrennt zu werden, um einen Niederdrück- und Befestigungsabschnitt (11c), der an einem unteren Abschnitt des Oberwerkzeugniederdrück- und -befestigungsteils (11) vorgesehen ist, in Richtung der Stützplatte (7) zu beaufschlagen, die Klemmentlastungsvorrichtung (15) eine durch einen Hebel (39) drehbare Befestigungsschraube (37) aufweist, und ein Ende der Befestigungsschraube (37) in Berührung mit der Klemmkrafterzeugungsvorrichtung (13) gebracht ist.
  3. Oberwerkzeughaltevorrichtung (1) für eine Presse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Klemmkrafterzeugungsvorrichtung (13) eine Einstellschraube (45) aufweist, die mit einem Mutterelement (43) in Eingriff steht, um eine Anlageposition zwischen zwei Teilen einzustellen, ein Ringteil (47), das auf die Einstellschraube (45) aufgesetzt ist, um in Axialrichtung verschiebbar zu sein, und das elastische Teil (49), das zwischen einem Kopfabschnitt (45H) der Einstellschraube (45) und dem Ringteil (47) angeordnet ist.
  4. Oberwerkzeughaltevorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der zwei Oberwerkzeugniederdrück- und -befestigungsteile (11) an beiden Seitenwänden des Haltekörpers (5) schwenkbar abgestützt sind, und die Klemmkrafterzeugungsvorrichtung (13) gemeinsam für beide Oberwerkzeugniederdrück- und -befestigungsteile (11) eingesetzt ist.
  5. Oberwerkzeughaltevorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmkrafterzeugungsvorrichtung (13) in einem Horizontalinnenhohlabschnitt (5H), der in einem oberen Blockabschnitt (5B) des Haltekörpers (5) ausgebildet ist, angeordnet ist.
