Claims (12)
- Arrêtoir de porte pour portes de véhicules automobiles, qui se compose, d'une part, d'une barre d'arrêt (2) disposée sur l'une des parties de la porte, à savoir la porte elle-même ou le montant de porte, en étant articulée autour d'un axe (1) parallèle à l'axe de la charnière et, d'autre part, d'un boîtier de maintien (3) fixé sur l'autre partie de la porte, traversé par la barre d'arrêt (2) et logeant des corps de freinage et de blocage subissant la pression d'un ressort et mobiles perpendiculairement au plan de mouvement de la barre d'arrêt, où la barre d'arrêt (2) constituée d'un segment de plat est pourvue au moins sur l'un de ses côtés larges de bossages formant des rampes de freinage et des éléments d'arrêt et où les corps de freinage et de blocage sont constitués de corps cylindriques, en particulier de rouleaux ou d'aiguilles, disposés en pouvant tourner dans des supports (4) qui sont constitués de pièces façonnées et logés dans le boîtier de maintien (3) en étant déplaçables à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort perpendiculairement au(x) côté(s) large(s) de la barre d'arrêt (2), caractérisé en ce que les supports (4) maintenant les corps de freinage et de blocage s'appuient, dans les deux sens de mouvement de la barre d'arrêt (2), sur les parois frontales (8), (9) du boîtier de maintien (3) perpendiculaires à la direction de mouvement de la barre d'arrêt, par l'intermédiaire d'étrier de ressort (6), (7), (16), (17), (18), (19), (20), (25) disposés symétriquement par rapport à l'axe de rotation (5) des corps de freinage et de blocage cylindriques.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le support (4) est pourvu de part et d'autre de sa partie médiane (10) d'une partie de tête (13) et en ce que les parties de têtes sont, vues de dessus, plus larges que ladite partie médiane et s'appuient par leur surface frontale (11) sur les parois latérales (12) du boîtier de maintien (3), qui sont parallèles à la direction de mouvement de la barre d'arrêt (2) et en ce que les étriers de ressort ne débordent que très légèrement sur les surfaces latérales, orientées vers les parois frontales (8), (9) du boîtier (3), des parties de tête (13) du support (4), plus particulièrement en vue d'une compensation des tolérances.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que les deux étriers de ressort (6), (7) coopérant avec les parois frontales (8), (9) du boîtier de maintien (3) sont reliés par un pied commun (15) à la partie médiane (10) du support (4).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que les deux étriers de ressort (6), (7) sont assemblés en une pièce façonnée de section transversale de profilé sensiblement en forme de V.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que chacun des étriers de ressort (16), (17) coopérant avec une des parois frontales (8), (9) du boîtier de maintien (3) est relié à l'une des parties de tête (13) du support (4).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que les étriers de ressort (16), (17) qui forment une pièce unique avec les parties de tête (13) du support (4) sont des lèvres de ressort saillant vers l'extérieur et orientées l'une vers l'autre.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que au moins les étriers de ressort coopérant avec l'une des parois frontales (8), (9) sont constitués d'un groupe de lamelles (17).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que les lamelles (17) d'un groupe sont reliées à la partie médiane (10) en étant sensiblement perpendiculaires à ladite partie médiane.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 7 et 8 caractérisé en ce que les lamelles (17) d'un groupe comportent un pied (18) prolongé par une partie présentant une section transversale de profilé (19) en forme d'arc de cercle partiel.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que les étriers de ressort (20) sont constitués d'ailettes (20) disposées sur la partie médiane (10) du support (4) et orientées l'une vers l'autre.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon la revendication 10 caractérisé en ce que les ailettes (20) présentent en projection horizontale une forme triangulaire et sont reliées par une zone (22) de leur pointe (21) à la partie médiane (10) du support (4).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que le support (4) est une pièce façonnée en matière synthétique et en ce que les étriers de ressort forment une pièce unique avec ledit support.
