Claims (13)

1. Charnière à grand angle comportant deux bras articulés (1, 2) se croisant à la manière de ciseaux et étant reliés entre eux de manière articulée par un boulon articulé (3), une extrémité desdits bras étant reliée de manière articulée aux extrémités intérieures opposées d'une partie de butée (10) de mur portant et d'une partie de butée de porte (5) formée de préférence comme un pot, et dont les extrémités oscillantes sont reliées de manière articulée par l'intermédiaire de leviers oscillants (8, 13) aux extrémités extérieures desdits parties de butée (5, 10), la charnière comportant par ailleurs une came (17, 18, 24, 32) disposée dans la zone d'une articulation (3), dont la surface est pressée contre un corps de glissement ou de roulement (22, 31, 33) pouvant être basculé autour de l'axe de l'articulation (3) par une partie articulée et sur lequel agit un ressort de fermeture (21 ), et étant agencée de manière à ce que le ressort de fermeture (21 ) agisse principalement dans la direction de fermeture et seulement sur la zone de position de fermeture des parties articulées, caractérisée en ce que la came (17, 18, 24, 32) est prévue sur un des bras articulés (1 ) dans la zone de l'articulation commune des bras articulés et en ce que le ressort de fermeture (21, 30, 37) et le corps de glissement ou de roulement (22, 31, 33) sur lequel il agit sont disposés sur l'autre bras articulé (2).
2. Charnière à grand angle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la came est formée directement sur le bras articulé.
3. Charnière à grand angle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le bras articulé (1 ) consiste en une pièce étampée de tôle courbée en forme de U avec des côtés formant un angle avec une barrette (15) qui comporte des perçages que le boulon articulé (3) qui relie la barrette avec l'autre bras articulé (2) possède dans ses côtés (16), et en ce que la surface de la came consiste au moins en une partie (17, 18) formée en languette courbée à partir de la barrette (15).
4. Charnière à grand angle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la surface de la came consiste en une traverse (32) formée à partir d'un étampage au moins de la barrette (15).
5. Charnière à grand angle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la came consiste en une pièce en plastique (24) fixée par le boulon articulé (3).
6. Charnière à grand angle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le corps de glissement est formé par l'extrémité libre d'un ressort à lame (21 ) précontraint, qui est le ressort de fermeture.
7. Charnière à grand angle selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le ressort à lame (21) possède une partie courbée à la manière d'une épingle a cheveux, dont le côté élastique (22) s'appuie contre la came et dont l'autre côté possède une pièce droite (23) servant à la fixation formant un angle avec ce côté.
8. Charnière à grand angle selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que pour la fixation du ressort à lame (21 ) l'arc formé entre la partie droite (23) et l'autre côté s'appuie contre un boulon (20) fixé sur un des côtés du bras articulé.

Charnière à grand angle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le corps de glissement consiste en un galet (27) guidé entre la barrette (19) et des bourrelets (28) formant une rainure dans les côtés du bras articulé (22), galet qui est exposé à la pression d'un ressort (30) qui est comprimé entre le galet et une languette (29) recourbée à partir de la barrette (19) entre les deux côtés.
10. Charnière à grand angle selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le corps de roulement consiste en un rouleau cylindrique (31 ) logé dans une rainure frontale du galet (27) formé comme corps de guidage.
11. Charnière à grand angle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le corps de glissement consiste en un clapet (33) relié de manière articulé et pourvu d'un bloc de butée (35) fixé au bras articulé ou à la barrette (19) de celui-ci et en ce que dans l'espace en forme de coin entre le bloc de butée (35) et le clapet (33) un corps en forme de coin (37) en matière élastomère est fixé.
12. Charnière à grand angle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que la came est prévue sur le bras articulé (1 ) relié de manière articulée à la partie de butée de la porte (5) et en ce que le bras articulé (2) relié par une articulation à la partie de butée du mur portant (10) est pourvu du ressort de fermeture et du corps de glissement ou de roulement.
