Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Bohrverfahren nach dem Oberbegriff des Patenanspruchs 1 sowie auf eine Einrichtung zur Ausübung des vorgeschlagenen Verfahrens.
  • Zur Bewältigung der verschiedensten Bohraufgaben unter Berücksichtigung der verschiedenen Bodenbeschaffenheiten, welche nicht nur von Ort zu Ort variieren können, sondern sich oft von der Oberfläche bis zum Baugrund ändern, sind bereits verschiedene Bohrverfahren sowie Bohreinrichtungen bekannt geworden. Insbesondere haben sich die hydraulisch betriebenen Schlagbohrwerke bewährt, welche ein Schlagrohr aufweisen, das am einen Ende einen Schlagbohrkranz trägt und mit Hilfe eines hydraulischen Drehschlagwerkes betrieben wird. Das Schlagrohr wird in einem Halter eingeschraubt, welcher mit dem Drehschlagwerk in Verbindung steht, wobei dafür Sorge getragen werden muss, dass beim Bohren unter der Dreh- und Schlageinwirkung das Drehrohr in der Verschraubung nicht gelöst oder gelockert wird.
  • Aus der DE-AS 1 298 066 ist ferner eine Vorrichtung zum Überlagerungsbohren von Löchern in mit lockerem Erdreich oder Geröll bedecktem Gestein bekannt geworden, welche ein Aussenbohrgestänge mit Aussenbohrkrone und ein Innenbohrgestänge mit Innenbohrkrone aufweist und bei welcher die Aussen- und Innenbohrgestänge mit einem an ein Bohr- und/oder Schlagwerk zu kuppelnden Spühlkopf verbunden sind. Dabei ist nahe der Innenbohrkrone ein Tieflochhammer vorgesehen, der ein Teilstück des Innenbohrgestänges bildet.
  • Ausserdem ist aus der DE-AS 19 09 931 eine Vorrichtung zum Überlagerungsbohren bekannt geworden, die ein Innenbohrgestänge mit Innenbohrkrone und ein Aussenbohrgestänge mit Ringbohrkrone aufweist, welche drehschlagend beaufschlagt sind. Für das Innenund das Aussenbohrgestänge ist jeweils ein eigener Drehschlagantrieb mit Drehwerk und Schlagwerk vorgesehen, der unabhängig von dem anderen Antrieb steuerbar ist.
  • Ferner haben sich die pneumatisch oder hydraulisch betriebenen Schlaghämmer, die sog. Imlochhämmer, ebenfalls vorzüglich bewährt. Diese weisen wiederum ein Rohr auf, in welchem am einen Ende der Hammer mit Meissel angeordnet ist. Das Rohr muss bei diesen Geräten keine Schlagkräfte und Drehmomente übertragen und wird deshalb mit normalem Rechtsgewinde in einem Halter verschraubt. Eine Schlag- und Drehwirkung wird unmittelbar im Imlochhammer pneumatisch oder hydraulisch erzeugt und auf den mit dem Hammer zusammengebauten Meissel ausgeübt.
  • Es wäre sehr oft erwünscht, bei entsprechenden geologischen Verhältnissen mit einem pneumatischen, sich im Bohrloch befindlichen Imlochhammer und mit einem hydraulisch oder pneumatisch von der Oberfläche aus betätigten Schlagbohrwerk simultan zu arbeiten. Dies ist bei der Verwendung der gleichen Installation, d.h. durch die Anordnung des Imlochhammers im Schlagrohr des Schlagbohrwerkes, nicht möglich, da die auf den Schlagbohrer gerichteten Schläge des Schlagbohrwerkes auch auf den Imlochhammer einwirken und diesen beschädigen und darüber hinaus unter ungünstigen Bedingungen die Erschütterungen ein Lösen des Rohrgewindes bewirken könnten.
  • Die durch die Erfindung zu lösende Aufgabe besteht jetzt darin, ein Bohrverfahren und eine Einrichtung vorzuschlagen, welches bzw. welche ein simultanes Arbeiten mit einem Imlochhammer und einem Schlagbohrwerk unter Verwendung der gleichen Installation erlaubt. Dabei sollte weder der Imlochhammer durch die auf das Schlagbohrwerk gerichteten Schläge beschädigt, noch das den Imlochhammer aufnehmende Rohr gelöst oder gelockert werden.
  • Zur Lösung der Aufgabe wird ein Verfahren mit dem Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 und eine Einrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 2 vorgeschlagen.
  • Besonders vorteilhafte Ausführungen des Verfahrens und der Einrichtung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen definiert.
  • Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Einrichtung dargestellt, welche auch zur Erläuterung des Verfahrens dient.

  • Gemäss dem vorgeschlagenen Verfahren wird mit einem ersten Gerät, und zwar mit dem Imlochhammer, vorgebohrt und im gleichen Arbeitsgang und durch die gleiche Installation simultan ein mit dem ersten Gerät in Verbindung stehendes zweites Gerät eingesetzt, wobei das erste Gerät gegenüber den auftretenden, auf das zweite Gerät zu wirken bestimmten Bohrschlägen und Vibraticnen, schlagdämpfend isoliert wird, so dass die genannten Einwirkungen elastisch aufgefangen, absorbiert oder wenigstens gedämpft werden. Die genannten Bohrschläge und Vibrationen wirken somit praktisch ausschliesslich auf das zweite Gerät, d.h. auf das hydraulisch betriebene Schlagbohrwerk.
  • Zur Illustration wird zunächst auf die Fig.1 verwiesen, welche eine schreibtische Darstellung einer zweckmässigen Einrichtung zur Ausübung des Verfahrens zeigt.
  • Ein hydraulisches Drehschlagwerk ist mit 1 bezeichnet. Dies ist bekannt und wird vielfach in Bohrinstallationen verwendet. Mit dem Drehschlagwerk ist ein Halter 2 verbunden, welcher Anschlüsse für ein schlagbohrwerk mit äusserem Schlagrohr 3 und Bohrkrone 4 sowie für ein inneres Rohr 5 aufweist. Dies ist an seinem in das Bohrloch einzuführenden Ende mit einem pneumatisch oder hydraulisch antreibbaren Bohrhammer 6 ausgerüstet. Die nähere Ausbildung des Halters 2 wird an Hand der Fig.2 anschliessend erläutert. Der Bohrhammer 6 ist als Imlochhammer mit Meissel 7 ausgebildet, welcher etwas aus dem Schlagrohr 3 herausragt, das das innere Rohr 5 umgibt, wie dies aus der Fig.l deutlich erkennbar ist.
  • Die Befestigung des inneren Rohres 5 im Halter 2 erfolgt mit Hilfe eines Dämpfungselementes 8, welches die vom Drehschlagwerk 1 ausgeübten Schläge und Vibrationen so absorbiert oder wenigstens erheblich dämpft, dass diese auf das innere Rohr 5 und somit auf den Bohrhammer 6 nicht mehr einwirken. Das äussere Schlagrohr 3 dagegen überträgt die Schläge und das Drehmoment auf die Bohrkrone 4.
  • Eine pneumatische Leitung 9 führt von aussen durch den Halter 2 und durch das innere Rohr 5 zum Bohrhammer 6 und treibt diesen an. Die aus dem Meissel 7 austretende Luft dient anschliessend zur Spülung des Eohrgutes aus dem Bohrloch, welches dann durch den ringförmigen Hohlraum 10 in den Halter 2 zurückgeführt und entfernt wird.
  • In der Fig.2 ist der Halter 2 mit den wichtigsten Konstruktionsmerkmalen und Einzelheiten vergrössert dargestellt. Der Halter 2 weist ein rohrförmiges Gehäuse 11 auf, welches an einem Ende mit einer aus dem Gehäuse ragenden Hülse 12 versehen ist, die ein Innengewinde 13 zum Befestigen des äusseren Schlagrohres 3 besitzt. Das andere Hülsenende weist einen Flansch 14 auf, der an der zugekehrten Stirnfläche das Gehäuse 11 mittels Schrauben 15 festgemacht ist. Mit 16 sind zwei Ausnehmungen im Gehäuse 11 bezeichnet. Im Inneren des Gehäuses 11 ist ein zweiteilieger Nippel mit den beiden Teilen 17 und 18 gleichachsig angeordnet, wobei der erste Nippel 17 mit einem Kopfteil 19 verschraubt ist, der seinerseits mit seinem Flansch 20 am offenen Ende des Gehäuses 11 in dieses eingeschraubt ist. Der Kopfteil 19 ist mit einer Anschlussmuffe 27 für ein Drehschlagwerk ausgerüstet.
  • Zwischen den beiden Nippeln 17 und 18 ist ein Dämpfungselement 21 (in der Fig.1 mit 8 bezeichnet) eingespannt. Dieses kann aus einem elastischen Material bestehen und ein oder mehrschichtig ausgebildet sein.
  • Wesentlich sind die hervorragenden Dämpfungseigenschaften des Dämpfungselementes 21, welches die von einem Drehschlagwerk erzeugten Schläge und Vibrationen absorbiert und grösstenteils vernichtet.
  • Anstelle einer elastischen Scheibe kann auch ein hydraulisches oder pneumatisches Dämpfungsorgan vorhanden sein, welches z.B. wie ein Stossdämpfer ausgebildet sein kann. Bei der Verwendung eines entsprechenden Dämpfungszylinders können sehr starke Schlagkräfte gedämpft und absorbiert werden. Durch die Einstellung der Dämpfwirkung kann eine einfache Anpassung der Einrichtung an die momentanen Erfordernisse vorgenommen werden.
  • Das an und für sich bekannte Drehschlagwerk, welches in der Fig.1 mit 1 bezeichnet ist, wird mit dem Kopfteil 19 verbunden, wobei die erzeugten Schläge durch den Flansch 20 sowohl auf das Gehäuse 11 als auch auf den Flansch des Nippels 17 übertragen werden. Das Gehäuse 11 steht mittels der Hülse 12 mit dem Schlagrohr 3 in Verbindung, welches unter Wirkung der Schläge mit Hilfe der Krone 4 Bohrarbeit leistet.
  • Der durch die Dämpfungselemente 21 schlag-isolierte Nippel 18 steht mit einer Doppelmuffe 22 in Verbindung, die einen Anschluss 23 für das Innenrohr 5 besitzt. Letzteres trägt an seinem abgekehrten Ende den Bohrhammer 5 mit Meissel 7. Der Bohrhammer arbeitet pneumatisch, wobei Druckluft durch eine Leitung (nicht gezeigt) zugeführt wird, die durch den Anschluss 24 und weiter durch Bohrung 25 und 26 in den Nippel 17 und durch eine nicht dargestellte zentrale Bohrung des Dämpfungselementes durch den Nippel 18 weiter in das innere Rohr 5 geführt wird.
  • In dieser Weise wird ein sehr rationelles Arbeiten ermöglicht, bei welchem das Wechseln der Arbeitsgeräte vermieden werden kann. Die vorgeschlagene Dämpfung bewirkt, dass der Schlag des hydraulischen Drehschlagwerkes 1 sozusagen ausschliesslich auf das äussere Schlagrohr 3 gerichtet wird und der Bohrhammer 6 im inneren Rohr 5 keinerlei Schaden erleidet. Auch ein Lösen der Verschraubung des inneren Rohres 5 ist ausgeschlossen, da die Vibration und die Schläge des hydraulischen Drehschlagwerkes 1 durch die Dämpfungselemente 21 absorbiert werden. Es wird ein simultanes Arbeiten mit beiden Geräten ermöglicht, indem mit dem pneumatisch betriebenen Imlochhammer vorgebohrt und im selben Arbeitsgang das mit dem Imlochhammer gekoppelte Schlagbohrgerät das Bohrloch kontinuierlich und simultan vergrössert.
  • Es ist auch möglich, das äussere Schlagrohr 3 und/oder das innere Rohr 5 aus mehreren Teilrohren zusammenzuschrauben, wobei die üblichen Rechts- und Linksgewinde gebraucht werden können. Unter allen Umständen werden auch mehrteilige Innenrohre von Schlägen und Vibrationen verschont, so dass eine Lösung oder Lockerung der Schraubverbindungen nicht zu befürchten ist.

Claims (6)

  1. Bohrverfahren mit einem direkt im Bohrloch betriebenen Schlagbohrgerät und mit einem von der Oberfläche aus betriebenen Drehschlagbohrgerät, welche in einer gemeinsamen Halterung Aufnahme finden und zum gleichzeitigen Einsatz bestimmt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf das Drehschlagbohrgerät ausgeübten Bohrschläge und Vibrationen vor ihrer Einwirkung auf das Schlagbohrgerät erfasst, elastisch gedämpft und absorbiert werden.
  2. Einrichtung zur Ausübung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 mit einem an einem Innenrohr (5) befestigten Bohrhammer (6) mit Meissel (7) sowie mit einem das Innenrohr (5) umgebenden Aussenrohr (3) mit Bohrkrone (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Bohrkrone (4) tragende Aussenrohr (3) sowie das Innenrohr (5), selbiges unter Zwischenschaltung eines Dämpfungselementes (8), in einem an einem Drehschlagwerk (1) angeschlossenen gemeinsamen Halter (2) befestigt sind.
  3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gemeinsame Halter (2) einen Anschluss (12, 13) für das Aussenrohr (3) und einen gleichachsig angeordneten und gleichgerichteten Innenanschluss (23) für das Innenrohr (5) sowie einen entgegengesetzt gerichteten Anschluss (27) für das hydraulische Drehschlagwerk (1) aufweist, wobei der Innenanschluss (23) mit einem zweiteiligen Nippel (17, 18) verbunden ist, der ein Schlagdämpfungsorgan (21) zur Absorption der durch Vermittlung des Innenanschlusses (23) auf das Innenrohr (5) gerichteten Schläge enthält, während die gleichen Schläge in Richtung des Halterohranschlusses (13) ungedämpft auf das Aussenrohr (3) zur Wirkung kommt.
  4. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Teile des zweiteiligen Nippels (17, 18) an ihren einander zugekehrten Enden mit korrespondierenden Flanschen versehen sind, zwischen welchen das Schlagdämpfungsorgan (21) eingespannt ist.
  5. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweiteilige Nippel im hülsenförmigen Gehäuse (11) des gemeinsamen Halters (2) untergebracht ist, welcher Halter (2) mit dem Drehschlagwerk (1) in direkter Verbindung steht.
  6. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schlagdämpfungsorgan (21) als hydraulisch oder pneumatisch betriebener Dämpfer ausgebildet ist.
