Claims (5)

  1. Socle de rail (2) pour ancrer des rails de chemin de fer (6) dans une voie permanente solide sans ballast, le socle de rail (2) étant inséré par sa partie inférieure dans un sabot de traverse (3) consistant en une plaque d'appui au sol (4) et des parois latérales (13) en une matière élastique, ce socle étant monté avec ce sabot dans des évidements correspondants de la voie permanente (1), socle de rail caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit, dans la zone des bords supérieurs des parois latérales (13) du sabot de traverse (3), un cadre d'étanchéité, faisant tout le tour, (9) en une matière élastique, dont la région du bord inférieur (10) recouvre le bord supérieur des parois latérales (13) du sabot de traverse (3) sur sa face extérieure et est reliée de façon étanche à celle-ci, et dont la région du bord supérieur (11) est reliée de façon étanche aux faces latérales du socle de rail (2).
  2. Socle de rail (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le socle de rail (2) est en béton et la région du bord supérieur (11) du cadre d'étanchéité (9) est coulée dans le socle de rail (2).
  3. Socle de rail (2) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de la région du bord supérieur (11) du cadre d'étanchéité (9) est constituée à la manière d'un bourrelet.
  4. Socle de rail (2) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la région du bord supérieur (11) du cadre d'étanchéité (9) est serrée dans un châssis métallique (15) et est coulée avec celui-ci dans le socle de rail (2).
  5. Socle de rail (2) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la région du bord inférieur (10) du cadre d'étanchéité (9) est soudée aux parois latérales (13) du sabot de traverse (3).
