Claims (6)

  1. Poste de réception et de préparation entre les étages d'outillage d'une ligne de presses-transfert, avec des gabarits de réception (3) spécifiques aux pièces, interchangeables, destinés à recevoir les pièces en tôle, avec des modules d'entraînement (13, 17, 22) pour modifier leur position en plusieurs degrés de liberté ainsi que des moyens destinés à recevoir les éléments interchangeables du dispositif de transfert, c'est-à-dire les traverses d'aspiration (2), les griffes d'aspiration ou les bras de préhension, lors du changement d'outillage, caractérisé en ce qu'au poste est associé au moins un chariot de changement (14) en U - vu de dessus - pouvant être extrait de la zone d'étages vides, transversalement au sens de transport des pièces, chariot sur lequel est monté un cadre (10) qui peut coulisser verticalement au moyen de dispositifs de levage (18), lequel cadre entoure le poste de réception, dans sa position abaissée, et est doté de dispositifs de centrage et de blocage pour recevoir les gabarits de réception (3) et/ou les pièces interchangeables du dispositif de transfert.
  2. Poste de réception et de préparation selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les traverses d'aspiration (2) ou les griffes d'aspiration sont déposées, lors du changement d'outillage, en position horizontale, en deux étages superposés, dans les dispositifs de centrage et de blocage (21) du cadre (10).
  3. Poste de réception et de préparation selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les supports de gabarit (4) pour les gabarits de réception (3) sont réalisés en deux parties, pour réduire les dimensions extérieures aux dimensions de l'espace libre (24) compris entre les montants (11) de la presse et les deux parties des supports des gabarit (4) peuvent coulisser horizontalement vers le milieu du poste de réception, lors du changement d'outillage.
  4. Poste de réception et de préparation selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les supports de gabarit (4) pour les gabarits de réception (3) sont en deux parties et les deux parties des supports de gabarit (4) peuvent être abaissées dans une position verticale au moyen de mécanismes de pivotement, lors du changement d'outillage.
  5. Poste de réception et de préparation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties des supports de gabarit (4) sont placées chacune aux extrémités extérieures d'un double levier (6) monté pivotant, dans les autres extrémités duquel est monté un coulisseau (7) associé à un guidage de coulisseau.
  6. Poste de réception et de préparation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les coulisseaux (7) des deux doubles leviers (6) sont en liaison active avec l'écrou de broche (9) d'un mécanisme de réglage (23) commun.
