Claims (14)

  1. Emballage pour le transport et le stockage de marchandises périssables en morceaux, en particulier d'aliments, tels que des morceaux de viande fraîche (4), etc., composé d'un récipient extérieur (1) rigide pouvant être fermé côté couvercle et d'un récipient intérieur (3) en feuille de matière plastique souple, à fermeture étanche aux gaz et dont les dimensions sont adaptées au volume de transport dans le récipient extérieur (1), destiné à recevoir la marchandise à transporter, caractérisé par un corps rapporté (6) rigide et plat prévu à l'intérieur du récipient intérieur (3), qui peut être posé, avec intercalation d'une feuille du récipient intérieur, sur le fond du réservoir extérieur et dont le contour correspond au moins sensiblement audit fond, corps rapporté qui forme pour la marchandise à transporter une surface d'appui placée à une certaine distance de la surface de fond du récipient extérieur (1) et interrompue par des ouvertures d'aération ou des canaux d'aération (7) et qui délimite, entre sa face inférieure et la zone de fond du récipient intérieur (3), un espace intermédiaire (9) qui communique par des ouvertures de passage (8) ménagées dans le corps rapporté (6), avec la face supérieure de celui-ci afin d'isoler les matières évacuées par la marchandise.
  2. Emballage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps rapporté (6) se présente sous la forme d'une trame ou d'une grille.
  3. Emballage suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque du corps rapporté (6) est conçue sous la forme d'une plaque (16) profilée présentant des creux ou des bosses sur ses faces supérieure et inférieure et est pourvue d'une pluralité de percements (8) prévus dans les zones de creux.
  4. Emballage suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps rapporté (6) est rainuré, nervuré ou ondulé sur sa face supérieure au moins suivant une direction.
  5. Emballage suivant la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (16) présente une épaisseur de paroi sensiblement uniforme.
  6. Emballage suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps rapporté (6) offre à la marchandise des surfaces partielles d'appui discrètes (18), qui sont disposées en une trame de dimension de trame d'environ 10 à 40 mm, de préférence d'environ 20 mm.
  7. Emballage suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui (13) est plate ou bombée vers le haut dans les zones de contact avec la marchandise à transporter.
  8. Emballage suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le corps rapporté (6) est pourvu, sur sa face inférieure, de saillies (12) par l'intermédiaire desquelles il prend appui sur le fond du récipient extérieur (1).
  9. Emballage suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le corps rapporté (6) présente une surface d'appui pour la marchandise à transporter à une distance du plan du fond du récipient extérieur (1) d'environ 5 à 25 mm, de préférence de 15 mm.
  10. Emballage suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le corps rapporté (6) est pourvu d'évidements de préhension, de poignées concaves (10) ou analogues dans la zone de bords latéraux opposés.
  11. Emballage suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le corps rapporté (6) est pourvu d'éléments de préhension (11) verticaux dans la zone de bords latéraux opposes.
  12. Emballage suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de préhension (11) forment des éléments d'espacement pour un empilage espacé parallèlement de plusieurs corps rapportés (6) les uns sur les autres dans un récipient extérieur (1) ou dans un récipient intérieur (3).
  13. Emballage suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le corps rapporté (6) et le récipient extérieur (1) sont en matière plastique réutilisable.
  14. Emballage suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le récipient intérieur (3) est en feuille de matière plastique réticulée, en particulier en polyéthylène réticulé.
