Abstract

Verkaufstheke mit einem Thekenkörper und einem Aufbau, der der Befestigung einer dreh- oder verschiebbaren Frontscheibe dient, und auf dessen oberem Rand mindestens eine von der Frontscheibe abgetrennte Zahl- bzw. Warenübergabeplatte befestigt ist. Die Zahl- bzw. Warenübergabeplatte ist in der Hohe und/oder zumindest teilweise horizontal verstellbar und weist die gleiche oder eine geringere Breite als die Frontscheibe auf. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verkaufstheke mit einem Thekenkörper und einem Aufbau, der der Befestigung einer dreh- oder verschiebbaren Frontscheibe dient.
  • Verkaufstheken werden in Großmärkten und Einzelhandelsgeschäften zur Aufbewahrung und Präsentation von Lebensmitteln verwendet. Sie werden insbesondere für Fleisch - und Wurstwaren, Käse, Fisch und Feinkostsalate eingesetzt. Eine derartige Verkaufstheke weist einen Möbel - korpus sowie einen darauf befindlichen Aufsatz auf. Der Aufsatz, unter dem sich die ausgestellte Ware befindet, ist aus hygienischen und kältetechnischen Gründen an seiner Vorderseite, die dem Kunden zugewandt ist, mit einer Frontscheibe versehen.
  • An der verkäuferseitigen Rückseite der Verkaufstheke ist üblicherweise eine Arbeitsfläche für das Verkaufspersonal vorgesehen, auf dem diese die im Zusammenhang mit dem Abverkauf der Ware erforderlichen Arbeiten durchführt. Je nach Inhalt der Verkaufstheke muß beispielsweise Fleisch geschnitten, entbeint und geklopft, Wurst oder Käse geschnitten, Fisch ausgenommen und geschuppt oder Feinkostsalate in Portionsbecher eingefüllt werden; die fertig portionierte Ware muß so dann gewogen und verpackt werden. Zum Abwiegen sind üblicherweise Waagen auf der Arbeitsfläche aufgestellt.
  • An der Oberseite des Aufsatzes weist die Verkaufstheke eine Abstellfläche auf, auf der bei - spielsweise Zahlteller untergebracht sind und auf der die Übergabe der verpackten Ware an den Kunden erfolgt.
  • Es hat sich in der Praxis gezeigt, daß derartige Verkaufstheken in mehrfacher Hinsicht nachteilig sind. Die als Zahl- und Warenübergabebereich dienende Abstellfläche läßt sich weder vertikal noch horizontal verstellen. Darüber hinaus sind vor dem Hochklappen der Frontscheibe sämtliche auf der Abstellfläche befindlichen Gegenstände, wie z.B. Zahlteller oder Werbeaccessoieres, abzuräu - men, um ein Herunterfallen zu vermeiden. Da die Arbeitsfläche von der Kundenseite schlecht einzu - sehen ist, ist es für den Kunden oft schwierig, zu sehen, welche Ware er vom Verkaufspersonal zu - geteilt bekommt. Andererseits ist es für das Verkaufspersonal mühsam, für den Kunden die Ware gut sichtbar hochhalten zu müssen. Als weiterer Nachteil ist anzuführen, daß die Abstellfläche bei der Warenübergabe an den Kunden häufig durch außen an der Verpackung befindliche Verunreini - gungen (wie z.B. Fleischsaft, Marinade etc.) verschmutzt wird, so daß ein häufiges Reinigen der Warenübergabeplatte erforderlich ist.
  • Aus der DE - PS 36 02 650 ist eine Verkaufs - theke der eingangs genannten Art bekannt, die zu der bisher bekannten Abstell- bzw. Warenüber - gabefläche an der Oberseite des Aufsatzes eine zusätzliche Abstellfläche, die durch eine am Auf - satz befestigte Platte gebildet wird, besitzt. Diese Platte ist auf einer vertikalen Drehachse drehbar angeordnet. Dadurch wird für das Verkaufspersonal die Möglichkeit geschaffen, dem Kunden die Ware in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zeigen. Die Arbeitsfläche der Verkaufstheke läßt sich besonders leicht reini - gen, da die üblicherweise auf der Arbeitsfläche befindlichen Gegenstände zumindest während des Reinigungsvorganges auf der Platte abgestellt werden können. Die eigentliche Abstell- bzw. Warenübergabefläche auf dem Aufsatz, die häufig durch eine Glasplatte gebildet ist, wird dadurch geschont.
  • Ferner weisen Verkaufstheken in der Regel eine über ihre gesamte Breite verlaufende Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte auf, was jedoch gerade bei sehr breiten bzw. mehreren nebeneinanderan - geordneten Verkaufstheken nicht unbedingt notwendig ist. In vielen Fällen ist die Verwendung von Zahl- bzw. Warenübergabeplatten an einigen ausgewählten Stellen bzw. mit entsprechenden Abständen zwischen den einzelnen Zahl- bzw. Warenübergabeplatten ausreichend.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verkaufstheke der ein - gangs genannten Art zu entwickeln, die sich durch besondere Übersichtlichkeit für den Kunden, einfache Bedienbarkeit und leichte Reinigbarkeit für das Verkaufspersonal sowie größtmögliche Variabilität hinsichtlich der Zahl- bzw. Warenübergabeplatte auszeichnet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß auf dem oberen Rand des Aufbaus mindestens eine von der Frontscheibe abgetrennte Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte befestigt ist.
  • Auf diese Weise wird eine Trennung der Zahl- bzw. Warenübergabeplatte von der Frontscheibe erreicht, sprich im Falle des Aufklappens der Frontscheibe bleibt die Zahl - bzw. Waren - übergabeplatte unverändert in ihrer Stellung, so daß ein Abräumen von auf ihr abgestellten Acces - soires nicht mehr notwendig ist. Das Anbringen einer Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte kann nun auch ausschließlich an den Stellen der Verkaufs - theke erfolgen, an denen es für den Abverkauf der in der Verkaufstheke dargebotenen Waren sinnvoll erscheint.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte in der Höhe verstellbar ist.
  • Die Höhenverstellung wird in der Regel dadurch erreicht, daß die Stütze, an derem oberen Ende die Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte befe - stigt ist, einen teleskopartig wirkenden Verstellme - chanismus aufweist. Die Sicherung der ausgezogenen Stütze erfolgt mittels Bolzen oder Schrau - ben. Darüber hinaus sind dem Fachmann weitere Arten von entsprechenden Höhenverstellmechanismen bekannt.
  • Diese Ausgestaltung ermöglicht so auf ein - fachste Weise eine Anpassung der Höhe der Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte sowohl an die Art der Verkaufstheke als auch an die Größe des Verkaufspersonals.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte zumindest teil - weise horizontal verstellbar ist.
  • Diese Ausgestaltung erlaubt nun entweder das horizontale Verschieben der gesamten Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte oder das horizontale Verschieben eines Teilsegmentes der Zahl- bzw. Warenübergabeplatte. So wird wiederum nicht nur ein Anpassen der Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabe - platte an die Art der Verkaufstheke sondern auch ein kunden - und verkaufspersonalfreundlicherer Austausch zwischen der abverkauften Ware und der gegebenenfalls direkt an der Verkaufstheke dafür zu entrichtenden Bezahlung ermöglicht.
  • Eine bevorzugte Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verstellbare Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte die gleiche oder eine geringere Breite als die Frontscheibe bzw. Verkaufstheke aufweist.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bietet durch die Trennung der Zahl- bzw. Warenübergabeplatte von der Frontscheibe eine gegenüber dem Stand der Technik vergrößerte Variabilität sowie die Möglichkeit des Anbringens der Zahl- bzw. Warenübergabeplatte ausschließlich an den Stellen, an denen dies für den Abverkauf der in der Verkaufstheke dargebotenen Waren notwendig erscheint.
  • Die Erfindung sowie weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung seien anhand dreier schematisch dargestellter Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. In den Ausführungsbeispielen besitzen gleiche Teile gleiche Bezugsziffern.
  • Figur 1 stellt die Seitenansicht einer erfin - dungsgemäßen Verkaufstheke dar. Sie besteht aus einem wärmeisolierenden Möbelkorpus 1, einem Sockel 2 und einem Aufbau 3. Der Aufbau 3 umfaßt eine an der verkäuferseitigen Rückseite der Kühl - theke vom Möbelkorpus 1 nach oben weisende Stütze 4, an deren oberem Ende eine Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte 5 befestigt ist, und eine an der verkäuferseitigen Vorderseite der Kühltheke befindliche Frontscheibe 6. Durch ein Nach - Hinten - Verschieben entlang der gestrichelt ge - zeichneten, kreisförmig gebogenen Linie 7 läßt sich die Frontscheibe 6 zum Befüllen des Warenraumes sowie zum Reinigen der Frontscheibeninnenseite aus ihrer Schließstellung bewegen.
  • In Figur 2 ist der in Figur 1 mit einem Kreis umgebene Bereich der erfindungsgemäßen Verkaufstheke dargestellt. Die Zahl - bzw. Waren - übergabeplatte 5 liegt hierbei am waagrecht ausgebildeten oberen Ende der Stütze 4 auf. Die Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte 5 besitzt in ihrem vorderen Bereich einen nach unten, in eine in das waagrecht ausgebildete Ende der Stütze 4 gefräste Führung 8 greifenden Stift 9. Beim Verschieben der Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte 5 aus der Grundposition in die gestrichelt gezeich - nete Position 5a wird die in der Grundposition parallel zur Stütze 4 liegende, in der Höhe verstellbare Stützstange 10 in die gestrichelt gezeichnete Position 10a bewegt. Die maximal mög - liche Verschiebelänge wird durch die Länge der in das waagrecht ausgebildete obere Ende der Stütze 4 gefrästen Führung 8 bestimmt.
  • Figur 3 stellt eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung dar, bei der ein Teilsegment 5b der Zahl- bzw. Warenübergabeplatte 5 aus der Grundposition in eine gestrichelt gezeichnete Position 5c verschoben wird.
  • Figur 4 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Verkaufstheke, bestehend aus aus einem wärmeiso - lierenden Möbelkorpus 1, einem Sockel 2 und einem Aufbau 3 im Schnitt. Unterhalb des Waren - raumbodens 12 befinden sich die im isolierenden Möbelkorpus 1 enthaltenen Vorrichtungen zum Erzeugen von Kälte, also Kühlaggregat 13 und Ventilator 14 zur Luftumwälzung. Am oberen Ende der nach oben weisenden Stütze 4 ist die aufklappbare Frontscheibe 6 befestigt. Die Zahl- bzw. Warenübergabeplatte 5 ist über eine, in der Mitte der Stütze 4 drehbar gelagerten Stützstange mit der Stütze 4 verbunden. Diese Stützstange wiederum besteht aus zwei, drehbar miteinander verbundenen Segmenten 11 und 11a; dem in der Grundposition nach oben, zur Kundenseite der Verkaufstheke weisende und der Stützung der Zahl- bzw. Warenübergabeplatte 5 dienenden Stützstangensegment 11 und dem waagrecht aus - gebildeten Stützstangensegment 11 auf dem die Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte 5, wie in Figur 2 beschrieben, verschiebbar gelagert ist. Vor dem Aufplappen der Frontscheibe 6 in die Öffnungspo - sition 6a wird die Stützstange mit der darauf befindlichen Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte 5 in die gestrichelt gezeichnete Position 5d, 11 und 11 c verschoben.

Claims (4)

1. Verkaufstheke mit einem Thekenkörper (1) und einem Aufbau (4), der der Befestigung einer dreh - oder verschiebbaren Frontscheibe (6) dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem oberen Rand des Aufbaus (4) mindestens eine von der Frontscheibe (6) abgetrennte Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte (5) befestigt ist.
2. Verkaufstheke nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahl- bzw. Waren - übergabeplatte (5) in der Höhe verstellbar ist.
3. Verkaufstheke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte (5) zumin - dest teilweise horizontal verstellbar ist.
4. Verkaufstheke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verstellbare Zahl - bzw. Warenübergabeplatte (5) die gleiche oder eine geringere Breite als die Frontscheibe (6) aufweist.
