Claims (10)
- Boîte pliante fabriquée à partir d'un flan, comprenant un fond et des parois latérales, dont le flan présente au moins huit lignes de pliage, dont quatre lignes de pliage longues (A, B, C, D), placées chacune entre le fond (5, 5') et une paroi latérale (1 à 4, 1' à 4'), qui se rejoignent et se croisent à un angle de 90°, et deux lignes de pliage courtes (13 et 14 ou 15 et 16) dans chacune de deux parties latérales (1 ou 2) situées l'une à l'opposé de l'autre, ces lignes de pliage courtes (13 à 16) partant de points d'intersection (37) où les lignes de pliage longues (A à D) se croisent à un angle de 90°, et formant un angle différent de 90° avec les lignes de pliage longues (A, B, C, D) du flan, caractérisée en ce que les lignes de pliage (A à D et 13 à 16) se prolongent entièrement jusqu'aux bords du flan et séparent des surfaces d'assemblage (17, 18, 19, 20) qui sont limitées chacune par une ligne de pliage longue et une ligne de pliage courte ainsi que par le bord (38) du flan, et sont reliées chacune à un segment adjacent (21, 22, 23, 24) d'autres parties latérales (1 ou 2).
- Boîte pliante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les lignes de pliage courtes (13, 14 ou 15, 16) d'une partie latérale (1 ou 2) qui se terminent au bord du flan se rencontrent en un point (39) du bord et les surfaces d'assemblage (17 à 20) séparées par ces lignes de pliage sont de forme triangulaire.
- Boîte pliante selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'état préfabriqué, les deux parties latérales (3 et 4) qui sont l'une à l'opposé de l'autre dans le flan sont rabattues vers l'intérieur et s'appliquent sur une partie de fond (5), les surfaces d'assemblage (17 à 20) étant fixées aux segments adjacents (21 à 24) des parties latérales (3 et 4 respectivement).
- Boîte pliante selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que, par relèvement des parties latérales (3 et 4) autour des lignes de pliage (A et B) à partir de l'état préfabriqué, on peut dresser la boîte encore à plat dans une position dans laquelle les parties latérales (1 à 4) sont perpendiculaires à la partie de fond (5).
- Boîte pliante selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la boîte pliante peut être mise à plat dans le plan de la partie de fond (5) par rabattement des parties latérales (3 et 4) autour des plis longs (A et B).
- Boîte pliante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le flan est rectangulaire, notamment carré.
- Boîte pliante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, pour former les parties latérales (1' à 4'), le flan est divisé en trois parties égales par les plis longs (A' et B').
- Boîte pliante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les bords extérieurs des parties latérales (3' et 4') ont une forme différente d'une droite, par exemple, présentent leur longueur selon un arc de cercle (30 ou 31 respectivement).
- Boîte pliante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la boîte présente un pli médian additionnel (M) qui s'étend au milieu de la partie de fond (5).
- Boîte pliante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente un deuxième récipient, découpé et fabriqué selon le même principe.
