Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen, durch Herausschneiden aus einem Band, eines kontakttragenden Blattes (1) eines Schalters, wobei das Blatt dazu eingerichtet ist, einen Eingangsanschluß (15) elektrisch mit dem einen oder dem anderen zweier Ausgangsanschlüsse (16, 17) des Schalters zu verbinden und zwei Zungen (3, 4) aufweist, die mit ihren freien Endabschnitten (5, 6), die vor dem Herausschneiden vereinigt sind, schwenkbar auf einem Gelenk (2) gehalten sind, welches mit dem Eingangsanschluß (15) fest verbunden ist, wobei die elektrische Verbindung zwischen dem Gelenk (2) und den Zungen (3, 4) durch Überzüge (20, 21) eines duktilen Metalls gewährleistet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blatt (1) aus dem zuvor mit einer Metallschicht (20, 21) überzogenen Band so ausgeschnitten wird, daß die Schnittfläche teilweise mit einem dem abgeschnittenen Rand der Zunge benachbarten Teil des Überzugs der Oberfläche des Bandes überzogen ist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Herstellung der Zungen (3, 4) mit ihren freien Endabschnitten (5, 6) das Band zwischen einem ortsfesten Untergesenk (29) mit einer Kante (30) und einer Schneidfläche (31), auf denen (29, 37) ein Teil des Bandes ruht, der zu einer (3) der beiden Zungen werden soll, und einem beweglichen Stößel (32) abgeschert wird.
  3. Kontakttragendes Blatt eines Schalters, herstellbar nach dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, mit zwei Zungen (3, 4) mit freiem Endabschnitt (5, 6), die dafür eingerichtet sind, schwenkbar auf einem Gelenk (2) des Schalters angebracht zu werden und einen Überzug aus duktilem Metall (20, 21) zur elektrischen Verbindung mit dem Gelenk (2) auf der Oberfläche und auf der Schnittfläche (23, 24) ihres freien Endabschnitts (5, 6) tragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittfläche (23, 24) der Zungen (3, 4) durch Strecken und durch Übertragung eines zum abgeschnittenen Rand der Zunge benachbarten Teils des Überzugs der Oberfläche des Bandes teilweise überzogen ist.
  4. Kontakttragende Zunge nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkränder (28, 26) der freien Endabschnitte (5, 6) der Zungen (3, 4) abgerundet sind.
