Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft Schrägstegmehrfachplatten, insbesondere Stegdoppelplatten aus aromatischen Polycarbonaten oder allgemein Stegmehrfachplatten.
  • Diese bestehen aus mindestens zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Platten, die durch in bestimmten Anordnungen verlaufende Stege miteinander verbunden werden.
  • Häufigste Ausführungsform ist die Stegdoppelplatte, bei der die Stege in regelmäßigen Abständen zueinander senkrecht zur Plattenebene verlaufen, so daß im Querschnitt das Bild von sich aneinanderreihenden rechteckigen Kammern entsteht.
  • Wegen des anisotropen Verhaltens solcher Platten im Hinblick auf die Biegesteifigkeit wurden insbesondere für Produkte aus PMMA (Polymethylmethacrylat) andere Geometrien wie z. B. die sog. Fachwerkgeometrie entwickelt (Degussa, Vedril).
  • Bei diesen Geometrien bilden die Stege mit den Platten einen Winkel von ca. 45 °C, was infolge verbesserter Übertragung von Querkräften zu geringeren Spannungen und zu einer höheren Steifigkeit , bei ähnlichem Flächengewicht, führt.
  • Infolge dieser Maßgaben können beim Einbau dieser Produkte weitere Unterstützungsabstände der tragenden Elemente gewählt werden, wodurch sich der Materialaufwand für die Tragekonstruktion und der Zeitaufwand für die Installation vermindern.
  • Für Polycarbonat-Stegplatten wurde eine den PMMA-Fachwerkgeometrien entsprechender Aufbau bisher nicht verwirklicht.
  • Bekannt ist nur eine sogenannte X-Platte von 16 mm Dicke, bei der zusätzlich zu den senkrechten Stegen zwei 45 °-Stege pro Kammer in die Geometrie integriert sind (PolyX-16 der Fa.Polygal)
    Diese Platte erreicht wegen der zusätzlichen schrägen Stege mit 3,3 kg/m² ein Flächengewicht, das verglichen mit Standard-16-mm-PC-Stegplatten (ca. 2,7 bis 3,0 kg/m²) deutlich höher liegt.
  • Eine einfache Übertragung von Geometrien, wie sie sich bei der Herstellung von Platten aus PMMA bewährt haben, auf Polycarbonate ist aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Materialeigenschaften (z. B. E-Modul) nicht möglich.
  • Bei ausreichender Belastbarkeit tritt vor Erreichen der maximalen Belastung ein Knicken der Platte ein.
  • In der EP-A-0054 856 wird eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen denkbaren Geometrien von Stegdoppelplatten aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff bechrieben.
    Angaben über Flächengewichte, Anregungen, für bestimmte Kunststoffe besonders geeignete Geometrien oder unterschiedliche Dimensionierungen der Stege untereinander zu wählen, enthält der Stand der Technik jedoch nicht.
  • Es wurde nun gefunden, daß Schrägstegmehrfachplatten aus aromatischen Polycarbonaten (PC), bestehend aus zwei in einem vorgegeben Abstand parallel zueinander angeordneten Platten, die durch dazwischen angeordnete Stege miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der eine Teil der Stege -im Querschnitt gesehen- die obere und die untere Platte in Zick-Zack-Linien verbindet und dabei einem Winkel von ca. 45 ° bildet, die dadurch gekennzeichnet sind, daß der eine Teil die obere und die untere Platte in einer einfachen Zick-Zack-Linie verbindet, während der andere Teil in den Knotenpunkten der schräglaufenden Stege mit der oberen oder unteren Platte ansetzt und lotrecht zur gegenüberliegenden Platte verläuft, und die Dicke der schräglaufenden Stege ca. 0,4 mm beträgt, während die Dicke der lotrecht verlaufenden Stege sich auf ca. 0,2 mm beläuft, bei einem Anstand der Platten voneinander von ca. 16 mm und einem Flächengewicht von ca. 2,7 kg/m², eine ausreichende Belastbarkeit aufweisen, da das Knicken nach jenseits des Belastungsmaximums verschoben wird.
  • Dieser ist so definiert, daß die Durchbiegung bei einer Last von 750 N/m² nicht mehr als 5 % beträgt, bezogen auf die Breite der Platte.
  • Eine besondere Ausführungsform der Erfindung stellen Stegdoppelplatten dar, die dadurch gekennzeichnet sind, daß bei einer Dicke von ca. 0,7 mm für die beiden parallelen Platten, die schräglaufenden Stege einen Winkel von ca. 45 ° mit den Platten bilden und ihre Dicke sich auf ca. 0,4 mm beläuft, während die Dicke der lotrecht verlaufenden Stege ca. 0,2 mm beträgt.
    Der Abstand der letzgenannten Stege beläuft sich auf ca. 16 mm ebenso wie die Dicke der Stegdoppelplatten. Der die Platte jeweils rechts und links begrenzende Abschlußsteg ist bevorzugt ca. 0,4 mm dick. Bei den angegebenen Maßen ergibt sich ein Flächengewicht von ca. 2,7 kg/m².
  • Abb. 1 gibt ein Bild der Ausführungsform wieder.
  • Die erfindungsgemäßen Schrägstegmehrfachplatten werden nach den bekannten Verfahren durch Extrusion hergestellt.
    Auf den Ober- und/oder Unterseiten der Platten können natürlich geeignete Beschichtungen zur weiteren Verstärkung, zum verbesserten Flammschutz etc. nach den bekannten Verfahren z. B. durch Coextrusion oder Kaschieren angebracht werden.
  • Verwendung finden die erfindungsgemäßen Platten auf denselben Gebieten wie die bekannten Stegdoppelplatten.

Claims (1)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schrägstegmehrfachplatten aus aromatischen Polycarbonaten (PC), bestehend aus zwei in einem vorgegebenen Anstand parallel zueinander angeordneten Platten, die durch dazwischen angeordnete Stege miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der eine Teil der Stege -im Querschnitt gesehen- die obere und die untere Platte in Zick-Zack-Linien verbindet und dabei einen Winkel von ca. 45 ° bildet, durch Extrusion
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Teil die obere und die untere Platte in einer einfachen Zick-Zack-Linie verbindet, während der andere Teil in den Knotenpunkten der schräglaufenden Stege mit der oberen oder unteren Platte ansetzt und lotrecht zur gegenüberliegenden Platte verläuft, und die Dicke der schräglaufenden Stege ca. 0,4 mm beträgt, während die Dicke der lotrecht verlaufenden Stege sich auf ca. 0,2 mm beläuft, bei einem Abstand der Platten voneinander von ca. 16 mm und einem Flächengewicht von ca. 2,7 kg/m².
