Claims (7)
- Four comprenant un chariot de cuisson qui porte un support de cuisson et qui est monté avec une possibilité de déplacement longitudinal sur des coulisses de déplacement et sur des galets de roulement dans l'enceinte du four et qui peut être sorti de celle-ci à la manière d'un tiroir, un dispositif d'entraînement motorisé étant prévu pour déplacer le chariot de cuisson, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'entraînement du dispositif d'entraînement motorisé (M) est accouplé à une coulisse d'entraînement (10) du chariot de cuisson (6/7) et, dans n'importe quelle position de déplacement du chariot de cuisson, l'effet d'accouplement peut être supprimé et le chariot de cuisson peut être déplacé manuellement indépendamment du dispositif d'entraînement motorisé (M).
- Four selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'entraînement prévu est un mécanisme qui est accouplé, d'une part, à un moteur d'entraînement (M) de préférence réversible et, d'autre part, à la coulisse d'entraînement (10) du chariot de cuisson (6/7), et en ce que des commutateurs de fin de course ou d'inversion de marche sont implantés au moins dans la zone des points d'arrêt extrêmes du chariot de cuisson pour couper ou inverser automatiquement la marche du moteur d'entraînement.
- Four selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la liaison d'accouplement prévue entre le mécanisme et la coulisse d'entraînement (10) est constituée par un accouplement à friction.
- Four selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la liaison d'accouplement prévue entre une broche filetée (12), qui s'étend le long des coulisses de déplacement, et la coulisse d'entraînement (10) est conçue sous la forme d'un accouplement à engagement, de préférence au moyen d'une tige d'accouplement (37 ; 38) ou d'une barre d'accouplement (40) qui s'engage entre les flancs des filets de la broche filetée et qui peut en être dégagée radialement.
- Four selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de commande qui est en liaison active avec l'élément d'entraînement et/ou la coulisse d'entraînement et qui permet d'inverser le sens de la marche à différentes vitesses de déplacement du chariot de cuisson, le dispositif de commande étant constitué par une broche filetée (12a) qui s'étend le long des coulisses de déplacement (10) et qui, à cet effet, comporte des zones de filetage (12, 13, 14) qui se suivent axialement et qui possèdent des pas de filetage différents.
- Four selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de commande qui est en liaison active avec l'élément d'entraînement et/ou la coulisse d'entraînement et qui permet d'inverser le sens de la marche à différentes vitesses de déplacement du chariot de cuisson, le dispositif de commande étant constitué par au moins un contacteur électrique (33) qui est implanté sur le circuit d'alimentation du moteur d'entraînement électrique (M), qui est disposé sur le trajet de déplacement du chariot de cuisson (6/7) et qui est actionné par des cames de contact ou des pistes de cames (32) disposées sur la coulisse d'entraînement (10a, 10b), de préférence dans la zone de leurs extrémités.
- Four selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transmission du mécanisme est une roue dentée, de préférence une roue de friction à denture hélicoïdale comportant une surface de friction (face frontale 17) par laquelle elle est en liaison d'accouplement avec la coulisse d'entraînement (10) montée librement sur le chariot de cuisson (6/7) et appliquée de manière élastique contre la roue de friction.
