Description

The invention relates to an oven according to the preamble of claim 1.

In a known oven (DE-OS 29 24 145) a baking trolley carrying oven inserts is mounted in the oven housing so as to be longitudinally displaceable by means of rollers and tracks. By means of a motor-driven crank mechanism, of which a part designed as a transport lever for the baking cart is coupled directly to a vertical longitudinal guide of the baking cart, the baking cart can be moved out and in of the oven housing. The design of the crank mechanism results in a starting speed of the baking vehicle from both extreme positions that is lower than the driving speed of the baking vehicle in the middle of the displacement path. Manual shifting of the baking cart is no longer possible.

The invention has for its object to improve an oven according to the preamble of claim 1 so that on the one hand the advantages of a motor drive Baking trolley can be used, but on the other hand, a manual shift is possible at any time.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the measures specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. Further refinements of the invention result from the following patent claims.

This gives in a very simple way the possibility of manually moving the baking cart instead of or in addition to the motor drive, which e.g. in the extreme positions of the baking cart, in the sense of an additional manual reduction of the acceleration or deceleration or in the event of failure of the motor drive, e.g. in the event of a power failure. The coupling connection can be released in different ways, e.g. characterized in that the clutch frictional force is overcome in a friction or slip clutch by manually moving the baking cart, or, when using a toothed gear, the detent clutch is at least temporarily canceled in the sense of a spring-pawl connection.

The loading opening 3 of the oven muffle 1 is surrounded by a flange 4 with a seal 5, which loading opening 3 can be closed by an oven door 6, which is angularly rigid is mounted on sliding cables 7 and can be moved longitudinally with these sliding cables on rollers 8 and 9 from the closed position according to FIGS. 3 and 4 into the open position according to FIGS. 1 and 2 along a horizontal sliding path. Here, a pair of rollers 8 is rotatably mounted on the oven housing 2 and a pair of rollers 9 on the sliding cables 7. As can be seen from FIG. 2, there is a rod-like or strip-like drive train 10 which can be moved together with the baking truck 6/7 and which is operatively connected via a drive element consisting of a gearwheel 11 and a threaded spindle 12 between the sliding trains 7 on the baking truck 6/7 stands with an electric drive motor M. Here, the drive train 10 is provided as a separate part of the baking cart 6/7. Of course, as with the exemplary embodiments described below, there is the possibility of using one or both of the push cables 7 directly as the drive train.

The drive train is movably mounted on the baking trolley, not shown, in elongated hole guides 13 and bogie-side pins 14 on the baking trolley and is supported by the force of springs 15 via rollers 16 on the end face of a friction wheel 19, which friction wheel is within an annular groove let into the end face 17 Has worm teeth 18. With this worm gear 18 meshes the friction wheel 19 with the worm thread 20 of the threaded spindle 12, which in turn is connected to the electric drive motor M, for example, via bevel gears. In this way, a friction clutch is created between the baking trolley or drive train 10 and the drive element 12/19, which can be overcome by manually moving the baking trolley 6/7. If this is not desired, when the drive motor M is switched on, an operating element on the front of the oven is used to move the baking trolley 6/7 from the position shown in FIG. 3 to the open position shown in FIG. 1 until an end stop is reached , at which an electrical limit switch switches off the drive motor M. The electric drive motor M is reversible, ie after being switched on again, the drive motor runs in the opposite direction of rotation and in turn moves the baking cart into the closed position according to FIG. 3, where it is switched off again by an electrical limit switch arranged there.

In Fig. 7, a friction spring 25 is arranged between a bevel gear drive with bevel gears 21 and bevel gear 22 with friction disk 23 and an output gear 24, while in Fig. 8 a drive-side worm gear 26 is connected via a friction spring 25 to a drive gear 27 with spur gearing.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 9, use is essentially made of the coupling design according to FIG. 8. Here, the drive train 10a has a spur toothing which is in meshing connection with the driven gear 27, which is also provided with a spur toothing. The worm wheel 26 in turn meshes with a worm thread 29 of the threaded spindle 12. It can be seen that the threaded spindle 12 extends to the rear wall of the oven housing 2 and is there connected to the drive motor M via a bevel gear. On the front of the oven is the vertical oven door 6, which is connected to the sliding cables 7. The threaded spindle 12 is in turn mounted on several bearing points 30 on the housing side.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 10, a threaded spindle 12 is again provided with a worm thread section 29, which drives the drive wheel 27 via a worm wheel 26 with or without a slip clutch. The latter meshes with a drive train 10a with continuous spur toothing 31. On the side of the drive train 10a opposite the spur toothing 31 there are cam tracks 32 in the area of both ends over the length 11, which in connection with electrical switches 33, for example so-called microswitches, are a control device for the movement of the baking cart 6/7 with different driving speeds. The switch 33 is located in the supply circuit of the electric drive motor M and, in addition to a return conductor a, has two current branches b and c, the current branch b being provided with a reducing resistor d. In the position shown in FIG. 10, the switch plunger 34 of the switch 33 is in the actuated position on the front cam track 32, whereby the current branch b is switched on with the reducing resistor d. After actuation of the main switch e for the electric drive motor M, the drive motor M starts up at a reduced speed as a result of the reducing resistor d. The baking trolley 6/7 moves with slow, smooth driving speed in the direction of the arrow. After leaving the cam track 32, there is a switch within the switch 33 to the current branch c, ie the speed of the drive motor M and thus the driving speed of the baking cart increases accordingly until the rear cam track 32 reaches the switch 33 mentioned and again after the switchover the driving speed is slowed down to the end stop, ie when the full pull-out position according to FIG. 1 is reached the movements are reversed, ie the baking trolley starts at a low speed, increases its speed and in turn reaches the closed position at a low speed. 11 shows another embodiment of the drive element with bevel gear teeth.

According to FIGS. 12, 13 and 14, a threaded spindle with a continuous worm thread has a plurality of thread areas of different thread pitch, namely the thread areas 12, 13 and 14, a thread pitch of approximately 3 mm being provided within the thread areas 12 and 14, while a thread pitch is provided in the thread area 13 of about 10 mm is provided, or the thread pitch increases in the middle of the region 13 and a thread pitch of 10 mm increases. At the rear end of a drive train 10b, a coupling block 35 is fastened (see also FIG. 14), which with its upper side represents a cam track 32 of the type described in cooperation with a front cam track 32 to form an electrical control device together with the electrical switch 33, if such an electrical control device is used, and which, moreover, has in a recess a coupling pin 37 pressed by a spring 36 against the threaded spindle 12a. This coupling pin engages with the thread of the threaded spindle 12a in such a way that a movement is forced on the baking cart. The resilient mounting of the coupling pin 37 makes it possible to manually move the baking trolley 6/7, wherein the clutch engagement is canceled by intermittent radial adjustment of the coupling pin 37. Alternatively or additionally, the already mentioned electrical control device with the cam tracks 32 and the switch 33 can be provided. While in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 12 the threaded spindle 12a is arranged in the region of the sliding cables 7, for example between these sliding cables, in FIG. 12a the threaded spindle extends into the oven door 6 and is supported there at a bearing point 30.

Mit 39 ist in den Fig. 13, 14 und 15 ein Widerlager bezeichnet, welches mit dem Kupplungsblock 35 verbunden ist und der Abstützung der Gewindespindel 12a dient.15, the locking coupling in turn consists of a resiliently mounted in a coupling block 35 coupling pin 38, which has a triangular shape with the included angle f and in this way facilitates the radial lifting off the thread flanks of the threaded spindle 12a. 13, 14 and 15 denotes an abutment which is connected to the coupling block 35 and serves to support the threaded spindle 12a.

Auch hier besteht die Möglichkeit des manuellen Verschiebens des Backwagens, wobei die Kupplungsverbindung zwischen den motorischen Antrieb und dem Backwagen vorübergehend außer Wirkung gesetzt wird, indem der Kupplungsstab 40 von der Gewindespindel 12a abhebt.16 and 17, a coupling rod 40 made of spring material is provided for the coupling engagement between threaded spindle 12a and baking trolley 6/7, which is firmly clamped on an upper coupling block 35a, which in turn forms a cam track 32 if necessary, and in a lower, is also loosely guided with the baking carriage movable abutment 41. Here, too, there is the possibility of manually moving the baking trolley, the coupling connection between the motor drive and the baking trolley being temporarily deactivated by the coupling rod 40 lifting off the threaded spindle 12a.
