Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an oven according to the preamble of
In a known oven (DE-OS 29 24 145) a baking cart carrying oven inserts is mounted in the oven housing so as to be longitudinally displaceable by means of rollers and running rails. By means of a motor-driven crank mechanism, of which a part designed as a transport lever for the baking cart is coupled directly to a vertical longitudinal guide of the baking cart, the baking cart can be moved out and in of the oven housing. The problem with this known embodiment is, firstly, the spatially complex use of lever elements of the crank mechanism that measure the entire height of the oven, and secondly, the starting and braking of the oven from the respective extreme positions with relatively high acceleration or negative acceleration, which increases the risk there is that liquid food, e.g. Gravy is spilled.
The invention has for its object to improve an oven according to the preamble of
This object is achieved according to the invention by the measures specified in the characterizing part of
In this way, gentle starting and braking movements of the baking cart are obtained with structurally simple means, so that any impact stress on the e.g. liquid food can be avoided. This switchover to different driving speeds can take place mechanically using a threaded spindle with threaded areas with different thread pitches, or on an electrical or electronic basis using switches arranged along the displacement path. Within the scope of the invention, there is the possibility of making changes, i.e. Reduce the driving speed. It is also possible to effect such speed changes in the area of intermediate positions of the baking cart or to provide selectable speed ranges depending on the food to be cooked.
In the solution according to

Figures 1 and 2 show an only schematically indicated oven with an
In Fig. 7, a
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 9, use is essentially made of the coupling design according to FIG. 8. Here, the
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 10, in turn a threaded
The locking coupling in turn consists of a spring-mounted
