Description

i-iodul aus Fasermatten
Die Erfindung betrifft ein i-iodul für Isolierzwecke von Wänden, Decken od. dgl., das aus einer Vielzahl von zu einem quaderförmigen Körper zusammengehaltener Fasermatten besteht und an der Wand, Decke od. dgl. so befestigbar ist, daß die Fasermatten mit einer Schmalseite zur Wand, Decke od. dgl. weisen.
AUS derartigen Modulen, deren Fasermatten den jeweiligen Erfordernissen entsprechend aus Faserbahnen ausgeschnitten oder ausgestanzt werden, gebildete Verkleidungen der Wän¬ de, Decken od. dgl. von Räumen unterliegen als Folge der Temperatur- und/oder Druckbedingungen und/oder Luft- und/ oder Gasströmung und/oder Feuchtigkeit der Kaumatmosphäre einem beträchtlichen Verschleiß, da die Fasermatten un¬ ter anderem- an den Schnittkanten zur Ribbildung in wat- tenlängsrichtung neigen, wodurch nicht nur die Fasern im Hattenverbund gelockert werden, sondern auch i-iattenstücke abblättern. - 2 -
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es nun, die Standzeit von aus Fasermatten zusammengefügten Modulen als Scnall- und/oder Wärme- bzw. Kälteschutzverkleidung von Wänden, Decken od. dgl. zu verbessern.
Diese Aufgabe wird ausgehend von einem Modul der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die je¬ weils äußersten Fasermatten des quaderförmigen Körpers die Schenkel einer sich U-förmig erstreckenden Faserbahn sind, wobei die freien Enden der Schenkel zur Wand, Decke od. dgl. weisen und der die Schenkel verbindende Steg den Körper auf der die Wand, Decke od. dgl. gegenüberliegenden Seite übergreift.
Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung und Anordnung des Modules werden die Schnittkanten und -flächen der Faser¬ matten vor den unmittelbaren Einwirkungen der Raumatmosphäre geschützt, ohne daß die Isoliereigenschaf en des Modules beeinflußt werden oder besondere Maßnahmen zu dessen Montage ergriffen werden müssen. Diese Eigenschaf en des Modules nach der Erfindung Dieten noch den Vorteil, daß bei Repara¬ turarbeiten an der Isolierverkleidung eines Raumes ein herkömmliches Modul gegen ein erfindungsgemäßes ausgetauscht werden kann. Ein weiterer Nutzen der Abschirmung des Haupt¬ körpers des Modules mit der li-förmigen Faserbaün liegt noch darin, daß diese der Raumatmosphäre ausgesetzte Faser¬ bahn aus einem anderen, vorzugsweise einem hochwertigerem Werkstoff, als die weiteren Fasermatten des Modules gefer¬ tigt werden kann, wodurch eine erhebliche Einsparung an waterialkosten für das Modul zu erzielen ist. Bei einer zweckmäßigen Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann die vom Steg der U-förmigen Faserbahn auf die Schnittflä¬ chen und -kanten der Fasermatten des Modulhauptkörpers ausgehende Schutzwirkung noch dadurch verbessert werden, daß zwischen dem Steg und den Schnittflächen der Faser¬ matten mindestens eine weitere, sich zum Steg parallel erstreckende Fasermatte angeordnet wird.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird noch an Hand der Zeichnung, die eine schematische Ansicht des Modu¬ les einer Isolierverkleidung einer Wand zeigt, beschrie¬ ben.
Das dargestellte Modul 1 umfaßt eine Vielzahl Fasermat¬ ten 2, die einen Hauptkörper bilden. Über diesen Haupt¬ körper greift eine U-förmig gestaltete Faserbahn 3, de¬ ren Schenkel 4 parallel zu den Fasermatten 2 sind und deren die Schenkel 4 verbindender Steg 5 sich über die von der nicht dargestellten Wand, an der das Modul 1 zu befestigen ist, wegweisenden Schnittflächen der Faser¬ matten 2 erstreckt. Zwischen den Schnittflächen und dem Steg 5 ist noch eine weitere Fasermatte 6 angeordnet. Dabei weisen die Werkstoffe der U-förmigen Faserbahn 3, der Fasermatten 2, des Hauptkörpers und der weiteren Fa¬ sermatte 6 unterschiedliche Eigenschaften auf.
Die U-förmige Faserbahn 3, die Fasermatten 2 und die wei¬ tere Fasermatte 6, die das Modul 1 bilden, werden von LJuerstäben 7 als quaderförmiger Block zusammengehalten. An diesen ^uerstäben 7 sind die Schenkel 8 von L-förmi- gen Befestigungselementen 9 gehalten, deren andere Schen¬ kel 10 außen am Modul 1 anliegen und nicht gezeigte Ein¬ richtungen aufweisen, mit denen diese und damit das Mo¬ dul 1 an einer Wand (nicht dargestellt) angebracht wer¬ den können.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Modul für Isolierzwecke von Wänden, Decken od. dgl., das aus einer Vielzahl von zu einem quaderförmigen Körper zusammengehaltener Fasermatten besteht und an der Wand, Decke od. dgl. befestigbar ist, dadurch ge¬ kennzeichnet, daß die jeweils äußersten Fasermatten des Körpers die Schenkel (4) einer sich U-förmig er¬ streckenden Faserbahn (3) sind, wobei die freien En¬ den der Schenkel (4) zur Wand, Decke od. dgl. weisen und der die Schenkel (4) verbindende Steg (5) den Körper auf der der Wand, Decke od. dgl. gegenüberlie¬ genden Seite übergreift.
2. Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Steg (5) der U-förmigen Faserbahn (3) und den Fasermatten (2) eine weitere, sich zum Steg (5) parallel erstreckende Fasermatte (6) angeordnet ist.
3. Modul nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserωatten (2), die u-förmige Faserbahn (3) und/oder die weitere Fasermatte (6) aus unterschied¬ lichen Werkstoffen bestehen.
