Claims (6)
- Coffrage en tôle profilée pour plafonds composites en béton, comportant des nervures de section trapézoïdale, parallèles entre elles et ouvertes vers le bas, et des replis disposés entre les nervures et s'étendant parallèlement à ces dernières, replis qui sont dirigés vers le haut et sont formés par pliage de la tôle et dont les flancs s'appliquent l'un contre l'autre, une partie au moins des replis étant ondulée dans le sens de la longueur en vue d'une amélioration de l'adhérence entre la tôle profilée et le béton, caractérisé en ce que le bord libre (5) des replis (4) décrit une onde sensiblement horizontale, pour laquelle le rapport de l'amplitude (a) à la demi-longueur d'onde (ℓ/2) se situe entre 0,01 et 0,07.
- Coffrage en tôle profilée pour plafonds composites en béton, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rapport de l'amplitude (a) à la demi-longueur d'onde (ℓ/2) se situe à environ 0,033.
- Coffrage en tôle profilée pour plafonds composites en béton, notamment selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comportant des nervures de section trapézoïdale, parallèles entre elles et ouvertes vers le bas, et des replis disposés entre les nervures et s'étendant parallèlement à ces dernières, replis qui sont dirigés vers le haut et sont formés par pliage de la tôle et dont les flancs s'appliquent l'un contre l'autre, ces replis présentant des déformations en vue de l'amélioration de l'adhérence entre la tôle profilée et le béton, caractérisé en ce que chaque repli (4) est disposé dans une position excentrée entre les deux nervures respectives (3).
- Coffrage en tôle profilée pour plafonds composites en béton, selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que tous les replis (4) sont décalés dans la même direction et de la même distance (f) par rapport à l'axe médian entre deux nervures (3).
- Coffrage en tôle profilée pour plafonds composites en béton, selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le rapport de la hauteur (d) des replis (4) à la hauteur (h) des nervures (3) se situe entre 0,2 et 0,6.
- Coffrage en tôle profilée pour plafonds composites en béton, selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le rapport de la hauteur (d) des replis (4) à la hauteur (h) des nervures (3) se situe à environ 0,3.
