Claims (10)

  1. Récipient d'emballage de forme parallélépipédique réalisé en matière synthétique, en une ou deux parties, pour supports d'enregistrement en forme de bande empilés les uns sur les autres, qui sont bobinés sur des noyaux dotés d'alésages intérieurs, composé d'une pièce de fond (1), d'une pièce de couvercle (2) ainsi que de pièces latérales (19) qui sont soit toutes reliées les unes aux autres par une charnière (24) en feuille posée par aspersion, ou alors seule la pièce de fond et/ou la pièce de couvercle sont reliées l'une à l'autre et à au moins une des pièces latérales par une charnière en feuille posée par aspersion, un support de noyau pouvant être glissé à travers les alésages intérieurs de l'axe de bobinage,
       le récipient d'emballage présentant, au centre géométrique de la face intérieure de la pièce de fond (1) et de la pièce de couvercle (2), des évidements (3, 4) hors desquels débordent des saillies individuelles (5, 6, 7, 8) entre lesquelles les surfaces frontales (9, 10) du support du noyau (11) peuvent être enfichées et empêchées de tourner,
       un appendice en forme de cercle partiel, destiné à soutenir l'axe de bobinage (13), étant disposé sur la surface frontale (10) du support de noyau (11) s'engageant dans la pièce de fond (1),
       le support de noyau présentant une poignée de transport (14) en forme de U à deux positions d'encliquetage pour extraire le support de noyau avec les supports d'enregistrement hors de l'emballage à l'état ouvert, les deux ailes (15, 16) de la poignée de transport (14) s'insérant dans des évidements voisins de la face extérieure de la surface frontale qui s'engage dans la pièce de couvercle (2), la poignée (27) reliant les deux ailes dans la position inférieure d'encliquetage ne débordant pas de la surface frontale (9), et le support de noyau présentant, au centre de la surface frontale (9), un évidement (17) servant de logement pour la poignée de transport (14), et
       des languettes d'étanchéité (18) étant prévues sur les bords extérieurs des pièces latérales (19) et/ou de la pièce de couvercle (2) qui, lors de la fermeture du récipient d'emballage, s'engagent dans des rainures complémentaires (20) de la pièce de couvercle (2) et/ou des pièces latérales (19) du récipient d'emballage.
  2. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces extérieures du récipient d'emballage présentent un enfoncement périphérique (25) de réception d'une sangle, ainsi qu'un autre enfoncement (28) de réception d'une étiquette.
  3. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'enfoncement (28) est doté de cavités de saisie pour détacher l'étiquette.
  4. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de fond (1) possède sur sa face intérieure, au moins dans deux coins opposés, des cavités de saisie (21) pour extraire le support d'enregistrement.
  5. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les languettes d'étanchéité (18) s'engagent dans des rainures complémentaires (23) sur les bords correspondants de la face extérieure de la pièce de fond et/ou dans les rainures (20) de la pièce de couvercle, pour empêcher le glissement mutuel de plusieurs récipients d'emballage empilés les uns sur les autres.
  6. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins les faces extérieures de la pièce de fond ainsi que de la pièce de couvercle sont dotées d'une structure en pastilles.
  7. Récipient d'emballage selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le support de noyau possède sur toute sa hauteur deux cavités concaves (25, 26) opposées l'une à l'autre, pour l'enlèvement de supports d'enregistrement individuels.
  8. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque plusieurs récipients dépliés sont empilés les uns sur les autres, des saillies (5) sur la face intérieure de la pièce de fond s'engagent dans des évidements correspondants de la face extérieure de la pièce de fond la plus proche.
  9. Récipient d'emballage selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le récipient est réalisé en matière synthétique dure telle que du polypropylène ou un copolymère d'acrylonitrile-butadiène-styrène.
  10. Récipient d'emballage selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de fond, les pièces latérales et la pièce de couvercle sont réalisées à double paroi par une technique d'extrusion par soufflage.
