Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer un cylindre d'un moteur à combustion interne au moyen d'un moule de coulée (4) constitué par un moule extérieur (2) et un noyau (3) en un matériau minéral, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    mettre en place une source de chaleur (6) agissant dans le moule (4) pour chauffer une bague en acier (5) devant être insérée dans le moule (4) et devant être réunie à de la fonte;
    introduire la bague d'acier (5) devant être réunie à la fonte, dans le moule (4);
    introduire le noyau (3) dans le moule extérieur (2);
    fermer le moule (4);
    remplir le moule (4) avec un gaz protecteur;
    chauffer la bague d'acier (5) dans le moule fermé (4) jusqu'à incandescence;
    couler la fonte liquide en formant une douille en fonte, et refroidir la bague en acier (5) réunie par fusion à la chemise en fonte.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le chauffage de la bague en acier (5) est réalisé à l'aide d'une bobine d'induction (6).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le chauffage de la bague en acier (5) est réalisé à l'aide d'un gaz flambant.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le chauffage de la bague en acier (5) s'effectue selon le principe du chauffage par résistance.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique une couche de protection contre l'oxydation sur la surface intérieure de la bague en acier (5) avant son insertion dans le moule (4).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on dépose une couche de nickel comme couche de protection contre l'oxydation.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on dépose une couche d'étain comme couche de protection contre l'oxydation.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise de l'argon comme gaz protecteur.
  9. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comportant un moule (4) qui est constitué par un moule extérieur (2) et un noyau (3) en matériau minéral, et dans lequel une source de chaleur (6) est disposée dans le moule (4) et une bague en acier (5) devant être reliée à de la fonte est insérée et peut être chauffée jusqu'à incandescence au moyen de la source de chaleur (6) et que le moule (4) est rempli par un gaz protecteur de sorte que ce moule peut être chauffé sans endommagement avant la coulée.
