Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zum Verändern der Krümmung der genähten Spitzen von Strümpfen mit einer Spitzennähmaschine, die Einrichtungen zum Tragen der Strümpfe und zum Positionieren der Spitzen in einer flachen Stellung auf einer kreisförmigen Drehebene entsprechend der Nähstation umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nacheinander folgende Schritte durchlaufen werden:
    (a) Ergreifen des freien Endes des Strumpfes in der Mitte oder an den Seiten außerhalb und jenseits der Näh-Drehebene in Richtung der Nähmaschine;
    (b) elastisches Spannen in Längsrichtung des Strumpfes entweder des zentralen Bereiches der flachgelegten Spitze des so ergriffenen Strumpfes bezüglich der äußeren Bereiche oder umgekehrt der beiden äußeren Bereiche bezüglich des zentralen Bereiches, je nachdem, ob man eine gekrümmte Naht erzielen möchte, deren Krümmungsradius größer oder kleiner ist als der Krümmungsradius der Näh-Drehebene;
    (c) Festlegen der flachgelegten Spitze des derart elastisch gespannten Strumpfes auf der Näh-Drehebene;
    (d) Freigeben des freien Endes der so festgelegten Strumpfspitze;
    (e) Durchführen des fortschreitenden Nähvorganges durch Drehen der Nähebene und gleichzeitiges Schneiden des über die Nählinie überstehenden Gewebes; und
    (f) Freigeben der so genähten Spitze.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Spannung in Abhängigkeit von der elastischen Verlängerung regelbar ist, die an der zu nähenden Strumpfspitze bewirkt wird.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Verändern der Krümmung der genähten Spitze von Strümpfen mit einer Spitzennähmaschine entsprechend dem Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Vorrichtung in Übereinstimmung mit einer horizontalen, kreisförmigen, sich drehenden Ebene (4) mit einer koaxialen, darüber angeordneten Platte, die sich vertikal bewegen kann und mit der Ebene gemeinsam dreht, um die Spitze des Strumpfes während des Nähvorganges zu halten, folgende Bestandteile umfaßt:
    - Einrichtungen (14, 16), die dazu dienen, an mehreren Punkten voneinander getrennt das freie Ende der flach angeordneten, zu nähenden Spitze des Strumpfes, das über die Näh-Drehebene hinausgeht, zu ergreifen,
    - pneumatische Einrichtungen zum Aktivieren bzw. Desaktivieren der Einrichtungen (14, 16) zum Ergreifen des Strumpfes,
    - Einrichtungen, um den Einrichtungen (14, 16) zum Ergreifen des Strumpfes eine geradlinige Bewegung in der Längsrichtung des Strumpfes im Sinne einer Wegbewegung von der Nähebene aufzuprägen, um den Strumpf zu spannen, d.h. eine elastische Verlängerung des Gewebes der Spitze des Strumpfes zu erzielen, die von den Einrichtungen zum Ergreifen (14, 16) ergriffen worden ist, bzw. im Sinne einer Annäherung an die Näh-Drehebene zur Erzielung einer geradlinigen Rückbewegung in die Anfangsstellung der Mittel zum Ergreifen des Strumpfes, nachdem das Ergreifen des Strumpfes aufgehoben worden ist, und
    - Einrichtungen zum Synchronisieren des Tätigwerdens der Mittel zum Ergreifen des Strumpfes mit dem Tätigwerden der Platte der Spitzennähmaschine.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (14, 16) zum Ergreifen des Strumpfes von einer Klemme (14) mit flachen Spitzen und einem Klemmenpaar (16) mit flachen Spitzen und einer meißelförmigen Öffnung sowie einer pneumatischen Steuerung gebildet werden, die nach vorne im zentralen Bereich bzw. den beiden äußeren Bereichen des freien Endes der flachgelegten Spitze des Strumpfes wirkt, wobei die Spitzen der Klemmen (14, 16) am vorderen Bereich eines entsprechenden Schiebers (12, 13) mit horizontaler Hin- und Herbewegung angelenkt sind, und zwei entsprechende Steuerstangen (15, 17) dazwischengesetzt sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zum Verschieben der Klemmen (14, 16) zum Ergreifen des Strumpfes zwei doppelt wirkende pneumatische Zylinder (21, 22) umfassen, deren jeweilige Kolbenstangen (23, 24) mit dem hinteren Teil eines entsprechenden Schiebers (12, 13) verbunden sind, und die voneinander getrennt durch eine Zentraleinheit der Spitzennähmaschine betätigt werden, um die zentrale Klemme (14) bzw. das Paar von äußeren Klemmen (16) zu aktivieren.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinder (21, 22) zum Verschieben der Klemmen (14, 16) vermittels einer Auswähleinheit ausgewählt werden, die parallel zur Steuerung des pneumatischen Zylinders verbunden ist, der die Platte zum Festlegen der Strumpfspitze auf der Näh-Drehebene (4) steuert.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schieber (12, 13) zum Tragen der Klemmen (14, 16) ausgehend von einem inneren (12) und einem äußeren (13) U-förmig gebogenen Blech realisiert sind, wobei die Schenkel die gleiche Länge besitzen und die jeweiligen Basen abgesetzt sind, um ihre Befestigung an der Kolbenstange des zugehörigen Steuerungszylinders (21, 22) zu ermöglichen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zum Verschieben der Klemmen (14, 16) von zwei Paaren von koplanaren Stangen (30, 31) gebildet werden, an deren Vorderseite die Steuerstangen (15, 17) angelenkt sind, und deren hinteres Ende an dem entsprechenden Steuerzylinder (21, 22) unter Zwischenschaltung einer entsprechenden Platte (34, 35) befestigt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei Schraubenpaare (38, 39) umfaßt, die auf jeder Seite bezüglich der Steuerzylinder (21, 22) montiert sind und die Anschläge für die besagten Platten (34, 35) bilden, um eine Einstellung der Bewegungsweite, d.h. des Rücklaufes der Klemmen (14, 16) zu ermöglichen.
