Claims (12)

  1. Echafaudage de montage mobile dans une cage d'ascenseur pour le montage de l'équipement de cage, formé d'une commande par câble de levage (14) pour le levage vertical d'un cadre porteur de cabine (8) sur lequel sont disposés, aux extrémités inférieure et supérieure, des plans de travail (4;5), caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, au-dessus de l'extrémité supérieure du cadre porteur, d'autres plans de travail (6;7), portés par le cadre porteur de cabine (8), à partir desquels des rails de guidage de cabine (28) peuvent être montés en avant du cadre porteur de cabine (8), de sorte que ledit cadre porteur de cabine (8) est guidé au niveau des rails de guidage de cabine (28) déjà montés, à l'aide des guidages à rouleaux (26;27) courants, et protégés à l'aide du dispositif d'arrêt (32) courant.
  2. Echafaudage de montage mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un tube de suspension (9) dépassant du plan de travail supérieur (7) est en prise au niveau d'une traverse supérieure (31) du cadre porteur de cabine (8).
  3. Echafaudage de montage mobile selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le tube de suspension (9) est formé en deux parties et se compose d'une partie inférieure (40) pourvue d'une extrémité en forme de fourche, et d'une partie supérieure (41) pourvue de plaques de vissage de grue (42) et d'une poulie de renvoi inférieure (10).
  4. Echafaudage de montage mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, pour le levage vertical de l'échafaudage de montage, une suspension présentant un rapport de 3:1 et composée d'une poulie de renvoi supérieure (12) disposée sur une poutre de cage (11), d'un câble (13), de la poulie de renvoi inférieure (10) et de la commande par câble de levage (14).
  5. Echafaudage de montage mobile selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la poutre de cage (11) portant une commande par câble pourvue d'un tambour de câble (18) et un limiteur de vitesse (17) est disposée sur des équerres d'appui (16) prévues dans la cage d'ascenseur (1).
  6. Echafaudage de montage mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, posées sur la traverse inférieure (30), des poutres (34) au niveau desquelles sont en prise des équerres de montants d'angle (37) portant les plans de travail (5;6;7).
  7. Echafaudage de montage mobile selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, pour le renforcement de l'échafaudage de montage, les équerres de montants d'angle (37) sont reliées à l'aide d'assemblages à entretoises (39) et de câbles de haubanage (38).
  8. Echafaudage de montage mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les plans de travail (4;5;6;7) protégés à l'aide de rampes (24) et d'entretoises (36) sont accessibles par des échelles (22) et des trappes de passage (23).
  9. Echafaudage de montage mobile selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, au niveau du tube de suspension (9), une grue à flèche (21) pourvue d'une poulie de grue (45) au niveau de laquelle un câble (20) de la commande par câble pourvue du tambour (18) et destinée au transport de matériel est dérivé vers le point de travail.
  10. Echafaudage de montage mobile selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la grue à flèche (21) comporte un premier bras (43) articulé au niveau des plaques de vissage de grue (42) et un second bras (44) articulé au premier (43), qui sont maintenus dans la position de travail à l'aide de boulons d'arrêt.
  11. Echafaudage de montage mobile selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, au niveau du tube de suspension (9), une flèche télescopique (47) comprenant un bras télescopique (48), un support (49), un vérin hydraulique (50) et un organe porteur (51).
  12. Echafaudage de montage mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, au lieu du cadre porteur de cabine (8) et du tube de suspension (9), des ferrures de suspension s'étendant au-delà de la hauteur de l'échafaudage, qui sont reliées à l'aide d'une traverse inférieure et d'une traverse supérieure, le dispositif d'arrêt et le guidage à rouleaux étant disposés sur la traverse inférieure tandis que la grue à flèche et les poulies de renvoi sont disposées sur la traverse supérieure.
