Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mounting arrangement for signs according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the latter has inwardly directed claws or barbs on the folded edge (clamping ring), which are pressed out of the material of the clamping ring and are intended to ensure locking.
  • claws or barbs on the folded edge (clamping ring)
  • the present invention aims to reduce the design effort by creating a simple, effective connection between a lower plate and an applied shield, which covers the fastening means of the lower plate and this itself.
  • the aim is to mount the sign in a way that is as comfortable as it is permanently secure, especially when using modern materials, the stop body expediently consisting of plastic and the cover cap made of (light) metal.
  • the assembly should be quick and accurate; disassembly should, if necessary, be carried out as conveniently as possible and, if need be, be carried out without damage using simple aids.
  • the fastening arrangement according to claim 1 uses a one-piece bottom plate which has catches on at least two mutually opposite circumferential sections, which sit on a bendable wall, are designed as spring bars and can be non-positively connected to the counter-catches. It is particularly favorable here that the structure requires only two components and the attachment is accompanied by a slight bending of the locking elements, which ensures a secure force and / or positive connection.
  • the construction is not limited to structurally combining only a known base plate with a known floor. Rather, thanks to its special design according to the invention, the stop body gains inherent elasticity in the circumferential area, which contributes significantly to simple and reliable locking of the upper part (a shield, a rosette and the like). Recesses provided in the lower plate near the peripheral sections can effectively support the suspension.
  • the catches of the lower plate are downward bending beams, which in particular run parallel to the underside of the plate.
  • the chord length of the spiral spring that is bent downwards when stressed is shorter than the unloaded spring, which is straight in the initial state.
  • a spring travel of the order of magnitude of tenths of a millimeter is sufficient, which can easily be achieved by suitable shape, dimensioning and arrangement of the bending beam.
  • the notches are profiled projecting outward or upward, in particular with a sawtooth-like cross-section, the notch lower edges preferably running parallel to the shield ranting edge and forming barbs for the counter detents.
  • the shield is a one-piece with the counter-latching sheet metal body, so that metal locked to metal.
  • the counter catches of the shield are profiled in a protruding manner, in particular with a sawtooth-like cross section. So if the sign is placed - preferably vertically - on the lower plate, its inner edge tightens slightly with the counter-catches to the outside, while the spring bars of the lower plate bend slightly inwards. If the shield is pressed further, its sawtooth profile engages with that of the lower plate, and the plugging can be continued until the free lower edge of the edge of the shield has engaged at the deepest point of the lower plate. The sign can then rest on the edge of the base plate or on the stop surface.
  • the shield is centered on the lower plate along the non-resilient side surfaces and / or on guide holes or bores, which may be present in the center of the shield and in the lower plate.
  • the secure latching is promoted according to claim 6 in that the counter-latches are embossed, for example, by means of a blank cut and tilted inwards by deep drawing, so that they have upward-facing upper edges projecting from them on the inner edge surface. In this way, with very simple production, permanently effective counter-locking elements are achieved.
  • the lower plate together with its catches, is a cast part, namely a piece made by die-cast zinc.
  • a cast part namely a piece made by die-cast zinc.
  • FIG. 1 illustrates a label 10 with a top surface 12, in which there is a hole 34 for receiving a handle neck (not shown).
  • the sides of the shield 10, in particular made of sheet metal, are designed as a bevelled edge 14, the inner surfaces 16 of which are provided at pre-selected locations with locking elements which are referred to below as counter-locking means 18.
  • a lower plate 20 (FIG. 2), which is preferably manufactured using the zinc die-casting method and has a guide bore 22 with a collar 24 for the neck of a handle (also not shown).
  • the side surfaces of the lower plate 20 are provided with notches 28, which are designed as cast-on bending beams and form leaf spring webs.
  • the lower plate 20 is provided with screw holes 30 for attachment to a stop surface (not shown), as can be seen from the partial view of FIG. 3.
  • elongated holes 32 can be provided so that thin outer walls 36 are provided on the peripheral sections 26. These can accommodate guide projections, for example, if they protrude from the underside of the top surface 12 of the shield 10.
  • Whose grip hole 34 fits on the collar 24 of the guide bore 22, so that the shield 10 can be easily centered when plugged onto the lower plate 20.
  • Fig. 3 shows the lower plate 20 with the attached plate 10 already in the locked state in the bottom view. 4 shows that the counter-catches 18 on the inner surface 16 of the shield edge 14 have grasped the associated catches 28 of the lower plate 20.
  • the shield 10 is already completely attached to the lower plate 20, so that its lower edge 14 is flush with the underside of the plate.
  • Both the catches 28 and the catches 18 are preferably profiled on the surfaces which come into engagement with one another, namely with a sawtooth-like cross section in such a way that the attachment is easy while the pulling off the Shield is not possible or only with aids. Thanks to the small spring travel that the locking elements have to carry out, relatively small bends are sufficient, which can be supported with a simple tool, to initiate the lifting of the shield 10.
  • the leaf spring latching elements bent in the locked state have a sufficient restoring force to ensure a sufficiently large holding force of the shield 10 on the lower plate 20 by means of prestressed positive locking. By suitably dimensioning the tooth profile, it is in your hand to adjust the clip force in relation to the pulling force as desired.
  • the lower plate 20 is in one piece with the catches 28 and also the shield 10 with the counter-catches 18.
  • the two components are made of metal and can be manufactured so precisely that the small spring travel of the catch pairs 18/28 sufficient for a secure mounting.
  • An analytical examination shows that each spring has a fixed and a (quasi) floating bearing. It contributes to the fact that the elongated holes 32 of the lower plate 20 are closely adjacent to the peripheral sections 26, the catches 28 of which are consequently arranged on relatively thin walls which permit resilient deflection.
