Abstract

Dans un procédé pour la fixation de matériaux en élastomère ou de matériaux isolants, par exemple de mats élastiques (4), entre deux éléments (3, 7) le coude supérieur (1.o) d'un profilé en élastomère (1) approximativement en forme de Z est fixé au moyen de clous (2) ou similaires sur l'un des deux éléments (3), tandis que le coude inférieur (1.u) du profilé en élastomère (1) recouvre les matériaux en élastomère ou les matériaux isolants (mat 4). Ensuite, on place un appui (5) contre le coude supérieur (1.o) du profilé en élastomère (1) et on dépose un cordon élastique (6) sur ce même coude supérieur (1.o) du profilé en élastomère (1). Pour finir, le deuxième élément (7) est fabriqué sur place, les matériaux en élastomère ou les matériaux isolants (mat 4), le profilé en élastomère (1), l'appui (5) et le cordon élastique (6) faisant office de gaine perdue.

Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de fixation de matériaux en élastomère ou de matériaux isolants disposés entre deux éléments de construction (3, 7), par exemple un mat élastique (4), dans lequel un des éléments de construction (7) est réalisé sur place après la pose des matériaux en élastomère ou isolant (mat 4), dans lequel la branche supérieure (1.0) d'un profilé (1) en Z, en élastomère, formé de deux branches verticales (1.0 et 1.u) et d'une âme horizontale (1.m), est fixée par un clou (2) ou analogue à l'élément de construction déjà prêt (3), tandis que la branche inférieure (1.u) du profilé en élastomère (1) recouvre les matériaux en élastomère ou isolant (mat 4), et un élément de recouvrement (5) est ensuite placé sur la tête de chaque clou (2) ou analogue, contre la branche supérieure (1.0) du profilé en élastomère (1), et une bande élastique (6) est ensuite placée sur le profilé en élastomère (1), après quoi le second élément de construction (7) est enfin réalisé, tandis que les matériaux en élastomère ou isolants (mat 4), le profilé en élastomère (1), l'élément de recouvrement (5) et la bande élastique (6) servent de coffrage perdu.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de recouvrement (5.2) est réalisé sous la forme d'une calotte coopérant avec un disque (9) sous-jacent, prévu en dessous de la tête de chaque clou (2) ou analogue.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le profilé en élastomère (1) utilisé présente à sa branche supérieure (1.0), un rebord horizontal (1.F) qui forme avec l'âme horizontale (1.m) une chambre pour recevoir l'élément de recouvrement (5), et dans lequel l'élément de recouvrement (5) est en forme de U, et est agencé de telle sorte que les ailes du profilé en U sont tournées vers le profilé en l'élastomère (1), à l'état monté.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel aussi bien le rebord horizontal (1.F) que l'âme horizontale (1.m) sont pourvus d'un bourrelet (8) qui coopère avec l'élément de recouvrement (5).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le profilé en élastomère (1) utilisé présente sur sa branche supérieure (1.o) un rebord horizontal (1,F) dans lequel est formé un élément de recouvrement (5.1).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 dans lequel une bande élastique (6.1) est formée sur la branche (1.o) du profilé en élastomère (1).
