Claims (9)
- Dispositif moteur à action brusque destiné à une installation de commutation à moyenne tension, équipé d'un accumulateur d'énergie utilisant un ressort de commutation dont la force s'exerce, au choix, à travers des organes intermédiaires sur un arbre d'entraînement d'un commutateur de puissance ou sur un arbre d'entraînement d'un commutateur de mise à la terre, ces deux arbres pouvant être amenés en position d'ouverture ou de fermeture au moyen d'un dispositif de manoeuvre emmanchable, caractérisé en ce que :- les deux arbres d'entraînement (1, 1′) sont montés, sur deux paliers chacun, dans un cadre porteur (21) en forme de U, ils sont parallèles, creux et contiennent chacun une tige de poussée (12, 12′) à l'usage du dispositif de manoeuvre (37) ainsi qu'une pièce de guidage (13, 13′) de la tige (12, 12′),- la pièce de guidage (13, 13′), du côté opposé à la tige (12, 12′) présente un alésage (15, 15′) pour loger un ressort de poussée (19, 19′) et porte un levier (16, 16′) relié à un boulon d'arrêt de poussée (18, 18′), coulissant parallèlement à l'arbre d'entraînement (1, 1′) et à une certaine distance de celui-ci, dans le cadre porteur (21), cet écrou arrêtant l'arbre correspondant (1, 1′) par coopération avec une butée rigide (11, 11′),- le dispositif de manoeuvre (37) comporte un levier à main (38) sur lequel est articulé un levier à deux bras portant des roulements à roue libre, emmanchables (42, 42′) de diamètres et de longueurs différentes, les orifices d'emmanchement (2, 2′) des arbres (1, 1′) présentant des dimensions en rapport,- entre les roulements (42, 42′) et un palier de rotation (43) du dispositif de manoeuvre (37), il est prévu des tenons d'entraînement (44, 44′) qui, après coulissement de la tige de poussée (12, 12′) et de la pièce de guidage (13, 13′) portant le boulon d'arrêt de poussée (18, 18), ayant pour effet de les écarter de la position d'arrêt, viennent se bloquer dans des logements correspondants des arbres d'entraînement (1, 1′) de manière à pouvoir commuter l'entraînement à force
- Dispositif moteur à action brusque selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de déclenchement (8) est un ressort de poussée dont les extrémités sont accrochées à des broches (7, 7′) dont chacune est reliée à une paire de leviers (4, 4′) fixée à un des arbres d'entraînement (1, 1′) de manière que, vues depuis la face frontale, une paire (4) soit verticale vers le bas tandis que l'autre paire (4′) soit verticale vers le haut, ceci en position "coupure".
- Dispositif moteur à action brusque selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le levier (16, 16′) de la pièce de guidage (13, 13′) comporte une vis de réglage (17, 17′) du boulon d'arrêt de poussée (18, 18′) traversant une boutonnière horizontale (28, 28′) du cadre porteur (21).
- Dispositif moteur à action brusque selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un support (26, 26′) d'une vis de réglage de butée (27, 27′) est prévu dans la zone de la butée rigide (11, 11′) correspondante.
- Dispositif moteur à action brusque selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les arbres d'entraînement (1, 1′), près de leurs orifices (2, 2′) d'emmanchement du dispositif de manoeuvre (37) sont entaillés, sur la moitié de leur périphérie, par des encoches (3, 3′) transversales par rapport aux axes des arbres d'entraînement (1, 1′) et servant de passage à une tôle d'arrêt (23) mobile sous l'action de bras d'entraînement (32, 32′) portés par un arbre de commutation (31), cette tôle présentant deux découpes (24, 24′) disposées de manière que, dans la position de commutation d'un arbre d'entraînement, l'orifice d'emmanchement (2 ou 2′) de l'autre arbre (1 ou 1′) se trouve obturé.
- Dispositif moteur à action brusque selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la tôle d'arrêt (23) porte des marquages (25) indiquant la position de commutation correspondante.
- Dispositif moteur à action brusque selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque arbre d'entraînement (1, 1′) est équipé d'un levier de déclenchement brusque (9, 9′), comportant une boutonnière (10, 10′) s'éloignant radialement dans laquelle peut se déplacer une broche d'entraînement (29, 29′) portée par une tige de poussée (30, 30′) à course libre, de sorte que la tige de poussée (12, 12′) lorsqu'on actionne l'arbre d'entraînement (1, 1′) se trouve reliée par l'effet des forces au bras d'entraînement (32, 32') de l'arbre de commutation (31).
- Dispositif moteur à action brusque selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que toutes les pièces du mouvement sont rassemblées à l'intérieur du cadre porteur (21) de manière à former une unité qui peut être montée sur une installation de commutation (33), l'arbre de commutation (31) pouvant être accouplé au dispositif par l'intermédiaire du bras d'entraînement (32, 32′).
- Dispositif moteur à action brusque selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre d'entraînement (1, 1′) avec ses découpes, la paire de leviers (4, 4′), la broche d'accrochage de ressort (7, 7′), le levier de déclenchement (9, 9′) et la butée rigide (11, 11′) peuvent être réalisés en une seule pièce coulée.
