Claims (5)
- Outil de découpage et de rainurage de feuillard d'acier (15) destiné à être disposé entre une plaque de pression (12) et une contre-plaque de découpage (14) d'une machine de découpage (10), comportant- une plaque support (16) dans laquelle sont prévues des fentes (18) traversant son épaisseur,- des lames (20a, 20b) et/ou des lignes de rainurage (20d) en feuillard d'acier qui sont disposées dans les fentes (18) et dont les tranchants trempés (22) et les extrémités de rainurage dépassent de la plaque support (16), du côté tourné vers la contre-plaque de découpage (14),- une plaque intermédiaire en métal (26) qui est disposée sur le côté de la plaque support (16) tourné vers la plaque de pression (2) et contre laquelle sont appliqués les dos (24) des lames (20a, 20b) ou des lignes de rainurage (20c), et- une couche intermédiaire disposée sur le côté de la plaque intermédiaire en métal (26) tourné vers la plaque de pression (12),caractérisé- en ce que la plaque intermédiaire en métal (26) présente une épaisseur de 0,8 à 1,5 mm,
une limite d'allongement 0,2 Rp0.2 de 20 à 90 N/mm²,
une résistance à la traction Rm de 65 à 150 N/mm² et
un allongement à la rupture δ de 3 % à 35 %,- en ce que la couche intermédiaire consiste, avant l'ajustage, en un plaque en élastomère (28) d'une dureté de 60 à 100 Shore A et d'une épaisseur de 0,5 à 1,5 mm, et- en ce que la couche intermédiaire consiste, après l'ajustage, en une plaque en métal d'une épaisseur correspondante qui est disposée à la place de la plaque en élastomère (28). - Outil de découpage et de rainurage de feuillard d'acier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque intermédiaire (26) se compose d'aluminium ou de cuivre.
- Outil de découpage et de rainurage de feuillard d'acier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque intermédiaire (26) se compose de l'un des alliages suivants : AlMgSi, AlMg, AlCuMg, AlMn, AlMgMn.
- Outil de découpage et de rainurage de feuillard d'acier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dos (24) des lames (20a, 20b) et des lignes de rainurage (20c) sont arrondis.
- Procédé pour l'ajustage d'un outil de découpage et de rainurage de feuillard d'acier (15) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, selon lequel- une plaque intermédiaire en métal (26) portant une couche intermédiaire est montée sur la face supérieure de la plaque support (16),- on place un carton (30) sur la contre-plaque de découpage (14)- lors de l'ajustage, on déplace la plaque support (16) à l'aide de la plaque de pression (12) en direction de la contre-plaque de découpage (14) jusqu'à ce que les tranchants (22) de toutes les lames (20a, 20b) touchent ladite contre-plaque (14) ou que les lignes de rainurage (20c) reposent sur le carton (30), tandis que leurs dos (24) s'appuient contre la plaque intermédiaire (26),caractérisé- en ce qu'on utilise une plaque intermédiaire en métal (26) présentant une épaisseur de 0,8 à 1,5 mm, une limite d'allongement 0,2 Rp0.2 de 20 à 90 N/mm², une résistance à la traction Rm de 65 à 150 N/mm² et un allongement à la rupture δ de 3 % à 35 %,- en ce qu'on place sur la plaque intermédiaire (26), comme couche intermédiaire, une plaque en élastomère (28) d'une épaisseur de 0,5 à 1,5 mm et d'une dureté de 60 à 100 Shore A, et- en ce que, après l'ajustage, on remplace la plaque en élastomère (28) par une plaque en métal d'une épaisseur correspondant.
