Claims (2)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Stopfens aus Kork, der mit einem Hauptteil (1) aus Preßkork und einem Endabschnitt aus Naturkork besteht, dessen Poren (3) senkrecht zur Längsachse des Stopfens ausgerichtet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zylindrische Stäbe (2) oder flache Bänder (5) aus Naturkork hergestellt werden, deren Durchmesser (D) gleich dem Durchmesser (D) des Mittelteils (1) ist bzw. deren Breite (L) mindestens gleich dem Durchmesser (D) ist, und deren Poren (3) parallel zur Fläche der Endabschnitte sind, um daraus durch Schneiden bzw. Stanzen kreisförmige einstückige Abschnitte (S1, S2 - R1, R2) mit dem Durchmesser (D) und einer geeigneten Höhe h zu gewinnen, und daß mindestens einer dieser Abschnitte auf mindestens einem Ende des Hauptteils (1) befestigt wird, um auf diese Weise einen fertigen Stopfen (4) mit vorgegebenem Durchmesser (D) und Höhe (H1) zu ergeben.
  2. Stopfen (4) aus Kork, hergestellt nach dem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er an mindestens einem seiner Enden mindestens einen der kreisförmigen Abschnitte aus einem Stück aufweist, dessen Poren parallel zu diesen Abschnitten (S1, S2 - R1, R2) sind.
