Claims (7)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Walze, insbesondere für eine Zuckerrohrmühte, zwecks der Saftgewinnung, mit Ringkehlen (11) von dreieckförmigem Querschnitt an der Aussenfläche, wobei der Grund jeder Kehle mit in der Walze gebohrten Längskanälen (6) verbunden ist, Verfahren, nach dem man in mehreren Querschnitten der Walze Radialkanäle (7) bohrt, die in jeden Längskanal (6) einmünden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man in jeden Radialkanal einen Stopfen (8) mit einem Grundloch (9) an seinem inneren Ende aufdrückt, man am Umfang der Walze die Kehlen (11) mit dreieckförmigem Querschnitt ausführt, die in den Stopfen (8) eindringen, wobei die Spitze jedes Dreiecks in einem der genannten Querschnitte der Walze liegt, und man im Grunde jeder Kehle (11) eine Ringrille (12) ausführt, die mindestens so tief ist, dass der Grund der Kehle (11) mit dem entsprechenden Grundloch (9) in Verbindung gesetzt wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Längskanäle (6) erhält, indem man Längsrillen (5) am Umfang des Walzenkörpers (2) bildet und man den Walzenkörper mit einem Mantel (3) auskleidet, der dick genug ist, damit die Radialkanäle (7) und die Ringkehlen (11) darin ausgeführt werden.
3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanäle (6) und die mitwirkenden Radialkanäle (7) mit einem konstanten Winkelraum ausgeführt werden.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder in einem Radialkanal (7) aufgedrückte Stopfen (8) in diesem Kanal eingeklebt ist.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringrillen (12) in Form eines Rechtecks ausgeführt werden.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsrillen (5) in Form eines Rechtecks ausgeführt werden.
7. Walze, insbesondere für eine Zuckerrohrmühle, hergestellt nach dem Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an ihren beiden Enden ein Raum für den Saftablauf vorgesehen ist, wobei dieser Raum durch eine Seitenwand (13) und eineAblenkscheibe (15) gebildetwird,die um den Walzenkörper (2) auf dichte Weise montiert und mit der Seitenwand (13) verbunden ist.
