Abstract

Eine Einstieghilfe für Badewannen zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß eine Sitzplatte (34) auf einem Gurtband (26) auflagerbar ist, wobei diese Sitzplatte (34) relativ zum Gurtband (26), in Längsrichtung desselben, beweglich ist; daß ferner das Gurtband (26) sowohl eine Breite aufweist, die in etwa der Breite der Sitzplatte (34) entspricht, als auch quer über die Badewanne (10) führbar und außerdem auf der einen Badewannenseite (28) lösbar zu verankern (30, 32) und außerdem auf der gegenüberliegenden Badewannenseite (12) motorisch aufwickelbar ist.

Description

    Einstieghilfe für Badewannen TECHNISCHES GEBIET
  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einstieghilfe für Badewannen, die eine Abstützeinrichtung für eine in die Badewanne einsteigende bzw. aus derselben aussteigende Person enthält.
  • Für kranke, gebrechliche, alte und in ihrer Bewegung sonstwie behinderte Personen ist es sehr schwer, in eine Badewanne einzusteigen bzw. aus derselben auszusteigen. Aus diesem Grund kann dieser Personenkreis nur noch mit fremder Hilfe ein Wannenbad nehmen.
    • STAND DER TECHNIK
  • In größeren Badebecken von Krankenanstalten und Rehabilitationszentren sind Einstiegshilfen in Form von kranartigen Geräten bekannt. An dem Arm eines Auslegerkrans ist ein Sitz befestigt, in den eine Person einsteigen und so in das Becken hinuntergelassen bzw. aus dem Becken herausgehoben werden kann. Für häusliche Badewannen ist das eine derartige Vorrichtung aus kostenmäßigen und räumlichen Gründen nicht geeignet.
  • Die im häuslichen Bereich verwendeten Einstieghilfen bestehen praktisch nur aus an einer Badewanne oder an den diese umgebenden Wänden angebrachten Griffen. Diese Griffe reichen aber in aller Regel nicht aus, eine ausreichende Hilfestellung zum Besteigen oder zum Aussteigen aus einer Badewanne zu geben; der hier in Frage kommende Personenkreis sieht sich nämlich regelmäßig nicht in der Lage, ohne fremde Hilfe sich hinzusetzen bzw. aus einer sitzenden Position wieder aufzustehen.
  • Es ist ferner aus der US-A-2 624 053 eine Einstieghilfe der eingangs genannten Art bekannt, bei der ein Gurtband quer über die Badewanne geführt und motorisch aufgewickelt werden kann. Auf dem Gurtband, das lösbar befestigt ist, ist eine Sitzplatte beweglich gelagert. Durch Auf- bzw. Abwickeln des Gurtbandes hebt bzw. senkt sich die Sitzplatte innerhalb der Badewanne. Diese Bewegungen der Sitzplatte beinhalten eine nicht ungefährliche Instabilität für eine auf dem Sitz aufsitzende Person.
    • DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNG
  • Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Einstieghilfe für Badewannen anzugeben, mit der es kranke, gebrechliche und dergleichen in ihrer Bewegung gehinderte Personen möglich ist, in ihrer häuslichen Badewanne auf gefahrlose Art und Weise ein Bad zu nehmen.
  • Diese Erfindung ist bei der eingangs genannten Einstieghilfe durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gegeben. Die erfindungsgemäße Einstieghilfe zeichnet sich dementsprechend dadurch aus, daß eine Führung vorgesehen wird, längs der die Sitzplatte beim Auf- bzw. Abwickeln des Gurtbandes vertikaler Richtung führbar gehalten wird. Diese Führung weist beispielsweise eine Führungsstange auf, längs der ein mit der Sitzplatte verbundener Schlitten beweglich gehalten ist, wobei der gegenseitige Abstand zwischen Schlitten und Befestigungsstelle des Schlittens an der Sitzplatte einstellbar ist. Diese Führung kann beispielsweise an einer die Badewanne einrahmenden Badezimmerwand ortsfest befestigt sein. An dieser Führung kann dann beispielsweise ein stabförmiges Glied angebracht sein, das mit seinem von der Führung entgegengesetzten Ende an der Sitzplatte befestigt ist.
  • Bei ganz aufgewickeltem Gurtband befindet sich die Sitzplatte in ihrer oberen Stellung, die höhenmäßig etwa dem oberen Wannenrand entspricht. Durch Abwickeln des Gurtbandes verlängert sich dasselbe, wobei die Sitzplatte sich zum Boden der Badewanne absenkt. Durch entsprechendes Aufwickeln des Gurtbandes kann die Sitzplatte dann wieder angehoben-werden. Eine auf der Sitzplatte sitzende Person kann so auf den Boden der Badewanne abgesenkt und aus dieser Position wieder in ihre obere Sitzposition angehoben weiden. Zum Besteigen der Sitzplatte braucht die betreffende Person mit ihrem Gesäß sich lediglich auf den Wannenrand zu setzen, was in aller Regel keine Schwierigkeiten bereitet, und von dort seitlich auf die Sitzplatte zu rutschen und dann ihre Beine über den Wannenrand zu heben. Dabei wird beim Absenken bzw. Anheben der Sitzplatte auf erfindungsgemäße Weise sichergestellt, daß die Sitzplatte ihre bezüglich der Wanne mittige Position beibehält, ohne daß die betreffende Person sich an ortsfest vorhandenen Griffen festhalten müßte, um ihre gewünschte mittige Position aufrechtzuerhalten.
  • Die Sitzplatte selber weist auf vorteilhafte Weise zwei Rollenkörper auf, mit denen sie auf dem Gurtband auflagern und dadurch in Längsrichtung des Gurtbandes verschiebbar ist, so daß das Gurtband unter der Sitzplatte sich hin- und herbewegen kann. Durch von der Sitzplatte seitlich nach unten auskragende Wandteile werden die Schmalseiten des Gurtbandes gleichsam eingerahmt, so daß die Sitzplatte nicht seitlich von dem Gurtband abrutschen kann.
  • Als vorteilhaft hat es sich herausgestellt, das am Schlitten befestigte stabförmige Glied mit der Welle des einen Rollenkörpers der Sitzplatte drehbar zu verbinden, so daß die Sitzplatte um die Welle dieses Rollenkörpers verschwenkbar ist. Ein auf dem Boden der Wanne aufliegendes Gurtband kann dadurch von der Sitzplatte gleichsam befreit werden - was durch Hochschwenkender Sitzplatte,und damit Wegschwenken derselben geschehen kann - so daß auch andere Personen in dieser Badewanne räumlich durch die Einstieghilfe praktisch nicht behindert ein Wannenbad nehmen können. Andererseits kann auch die dieses Einstieghilfe benützende Person in "Badeposition" sich die Sitzplatte wegschwenken, wenn letztere während des Badens stören sollte. Das Hochschwenken der Sitzplatte kann nach einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung auch durch ein von Hand zu betätigendes Zugseil oder dergleichen bewirkt werden.
  • Als sinnvoll hat es sich ferner herausgestellt, zwei Endschalter vorzusehen, durch die der motorische Antrieb für das Aufwickeln des Gurtbandes in der oberen bzw. unteren Endstellung der Sitzplatte automatisch abgeschaltet wird.
  • Ein derartiger Endschalter kann auf einfache Weise dadurch geschaffen werden, daß ein mit einem Außengewinde versehener Stab in axialer Verlängerung der Aufwickelwelle an derselben befestigt wird, daß eine mit einem Innengewinde versehene Buchse in kämmendem Eingriff mit diesem Stab vorgesehen wird, daß diese Buchse verdrehsicher gehalten wird, so daß beim Rotieren der Welle die Buchse ein Längsverschiebung vornimmt, und daß ein Kontaktfinger an der Buchse befestigt wird, der in beiden extremen Stellungen der Buchse, d. h. in beiden extremen Stellungen der Sitzplatte, jeweils ein elektrisches Schaltglied verstellt und damit den elektrischen Antrieb entsprechend ausstellt.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung sind den in den Ansprüchen ferner angegebenen Merkmalen sowie dem nachstehenden Ausführungsbeispiel zu entnehmen.
    • KURZE BESCHREIBUNG DER ZEICHNUNG
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand des in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher beschrieben und erläutert. Es zeigen:

    WEGE ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNG
  • Eine Badewanne 10 ist an ihrer einen Längsseite 12 von einer Wand 14 und an ihrer einen Stirnseite 16 von einer Wand 18 eingerahmt.
  • Im Bereich oberhalb der Längsseite 12 ist an der Wand 14 eine Platte 20 an ihren vier Ecken mittels jeweils einer Schraube 22 befestigt (Fig. 2). Diese Platte 20 ist durch ein Gehäuse 24 abgedeckt (Fig. 1).
  • Aus dem Gehäuse 24 ragt unten ein Gurtband 26 heraus, das quer über die Badewanne verläuft und an der Außenseite 28 der anderen Badewannenlängsseite nach unten zum Boden 30 geführt ist, wo es in einer Halterung 32 gehalten ist, die am Boden 30 befestigt ist.
  • Die Halterung 32 ist so ausgebildet, daß das Gurtband 26 von derselben gelöst werden kann.
  • Oberhalb des Gurtbandes 26 ist im Bereich der Badewanne 10 bei der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Position eine Sitzplatte 34 vorhanden. Unterhalb der Sitzplatte 34 sind zwei Rollenkörper an ihr drehbar befestigt, von denen die Achsen 36 und 38 dargestellt sind. Mit diesen Rollenkörpern liegt die Sitzplatte 34 auf dem Gurtband 26 von oben auf. Seitlich kragen von der Sitzplatte 34 Wandteile 40, 42 nach unten aus, die die seitlichen Schmalseiten 44, 46 des Gurtbandes 26 einrahmen. Dadurch wird verhindert, daß die Sitzplatte 34 quer zur Längserstreckung des Gurtbandes 26 von demselben abrutschen kann.
  • Die der Wand 14 zugewandte Achse 38 ist länger als die andere Achse 36, da sie Teil eines Stabes 50 ist. Die Sitzplatte 34 ist dadurch im Bereich dieser Achse 38 fest mit dem Stab 50 verbunden, wobei sie um die Achse 38 verschwenkt werden kann, was durch den Pfeil 52 angedeutet wird.
  • Das von der Sitzplatte 34 entferntere Ende 54 dieses Stabes 50 ist an einem Schlitten 56 gelagert. Dieser Schlitten 56 ist längs einer Führungsstange 58 in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbar geführt. Die Führungsstange 58 ist ihrerseits an einer plattenartigen Halterung 60 befestigt. Die Halterung 60 ist seitlich neben dem Gehäuse 24 an der Wand 14 befestigt. Es ist allerdings auch möglich, die Halterung 60 an der Platte 20 zu befestigen, so daß die Halterung 60 nicht direkt an der Wand 14, sondern mittelbar über die Platte 20 an derselben befestigt ist.
  • Innerhalb des Gehäuses 24 ist das Gurtband 26 auf einer Wikkelwalze 64 befestigt. Durch entsprechendes Drehen der Wickelwalze 64 läßt sich das Gurtband von dieser Walze abwickeln bzw. auf diese Walze aufwickeln. Dies hat wiederum zur Folge, daß sich das Gurtband 26 im Bereich der Badewanne absenkt, d. h. auf dem Boden derselben zubewegt, bzw. von dem Boden der Badewanne 10 hochbewegt.
  • Der Antrieb dieser Wickelwalze 64 erfolgt über einen Zahnriehmen 66, der über eine Zahnscheibe 70 mit der Walze 64 bzw. Zahnscheibe 72 mit einem Getriebe 74 und letztendlich mit einem Motor 76 verbunden ist. Durch motorischen Antrieb wird die Zahnscheibe 72 und über den Zahnriehmen 66 die Zahnscheibe 70 und damit die Wickelwalze 64 in Rotation gebracht.- Der Motor 76 ist ein Elektromotor und wird über einen Schalter 80 aus- bzw. eingeschaltet. Je nachdem, in welche Richtung der Schalter 80 verstellt wird, wird die Wickelwalze 64 in die eine oder andere Rotationsbewegung versetzt, so daß das Gurtband 26 entweder aufgewickelt oder abgewickelt werden kann
  • Die Rotationsbewegung der Wickelwalze 64 und damit der Motor 76 wird durch zwei Endschalter 84, 86 ausgeschaltet. Dazu ist ein Spannstift 88 auf einer Hülse 90 fest angebracht. Diese Hülse 90 ist ihrerseits drehfest durch diesen Spannstift 88 gehalten und mit einem Innengewinde versehen, das mit dem Außengewinde eines Stabes 92 in kämmendem Eingriff steht. Dieser Stab 92 ist seinerseits in Verlängerung der Achse 94 an der Wickelwalze 64 fest angebracht. Beim Drehen der Zahnscheibe 70 und damit beim Rotieren der Walze 64 rotiert auch der Stab 92 um die Achse 94 mit. Dabei wird die Hülse 90 in Längsrichtung der Achse 94 entsprechend der Umdrehungsrichtung der Walze 64 nach links oder rechts verstellt. Dieses Verstellen der Hülse 90 führt wiederum dazu, daß der Spannstift 88, der an der Hülse 90 fest angebracht ist, auf den linken Endschalter 84 oder auf den rechten Endschalter 86 hinbewegt wird. Durch den Spannstift 88 können somit die zwei Endschalter 84, 86 verstellt und damit der Motor 76 entsprechend ausgeschaltet werden.
  • Nach Ausschalten des Motors kann durch Umschalten des Schalters 80 in seine entsprechend andere Stellung die Drehrichtung der Walze 64 geändert werden. Dadurch läßt sich das Gurtband 26 von der Wickelwalze 64 ab- bzw. aufwickeln. Beim Abwickeln des Gurtbandes 26 verlängert sich dasselbe relativ zur Halterung 32, so daß sich die Sitzplatte 34 auf den Boden der Badewanne 10 hinbewegt. Durch Aufwickeln des Gurtbandes 26 hebt sich die Sitzplatte 34 entsprechend an. Das Gurtband 26 bewegt sich bei diesem Auf- und Absenken der Sitzplatte relativ zu der Sitzplatte 34. Beim Auf- und Abbewegen der Sitzplatte 34 bewegt sich dementsprechend auch der Schlitten 50 auf und ab. Die Sitzplatte 34 kann dadurch ihre relativ zur Badewanne 10 mittige Position beibehalten und zwar unabhängig davon, in welcher Höhe sie sich über dem Boden der Badewanne befindet.
  • Um zu verhindern, daß das Gewicht der Sitzplatte 34 voll von der Wickelwalze 64 aufgenommen werden muß, ist eine Umlenkwelle 96 unterhalb der Wickelwalze 64 an der Platte 20 befestigt, um die das Gurtband von unten herumgeführt ist.
  • Die dargestellte Vorrichtung funktioniert auf folgende Weise.
  • Auf eine Sitzplatte 34 in ihrer oberen Position (Fig. 1) setzt sich eine Person, die ein Wannenbad nehmen will. Anschließend wird der Schalter 80 von Hand beispielsweise nach rechts umgelegt, wodurch die Wickelwalze 64 derartig in Umdrehung versetzt wird, daß sich das Gurtband 26 abwickelt. Die Sitzplatte 34 kann sich somit nach unten zum Boden der Badewanne hinbewegen. Sobald die Sitzplatte 34 am Boden der Badewanne 10 angekommen ist, schaltet der entsprechende Endschalter 84, 86 die Abwickelbewegung der Wickelwalze 64 ab. Sollte die Person es wünschen, kann sie von der Sitzplatte 34 wegrutschen und die Sitzplatte 34 um die Achse 38 herum seitlich nach oben hochklappen. Durch eine an der Sitzplatte 34 angebrachte Schnur 98, die an einem aus dem Gehäuse 24 herausschauenden Knopf 99 befestigt ist, kann durch Ziehen dieses Knopfes 99 dies Hochschwenken für die Person leichter gestaltet werden.
  • Sofern die Person wieder aus der Badewanne aussteigen will, rutscht sie wieder auf die Sitzplatte 34, sofern sie nicht auf derselben geblieben ist, und betätigt den Schalter 80 - in diesem Beispielsfall nach links - wodurch die Wickelwalze derart angetrieben wird, daß das Gurtband 26 auf ihr aufgewickelt wird. Die Sitzplatte 34 bewegt sich so wieder nach oben, wobei sie ihre mittige Position relativ zur Badewanne durch Befestigung an dem Schlitten 56, der sich ebenfalls längs der Führungsstange 58 nach oben bewegt, beibehält.
  • Sobald die Sitzplatte 34 ihre obere Position (Fig. 1) eingenommen hat, wird die Wickelwalze 64 in ihrer Rotationsbewegung angehalten, was durch entspechendes Betätigen des anderen Endschalters 86, 84 bewirkt wird. Die Person kann nun von der Sitzplatte 34 zum Rand der Badewanne 10 rutschen, ihre Beine über den Wannenrand heben und sich dann von der Wanne wegbegeben.
  • Wird diese Einstiegshilfe zum Ein- und Aussteigen aus der Badewanne 10 nicht benötigt, kann die Sitzplatte 34 um die Achse 38 nach oben und zur Seite weggeklappt werden, so daß sie für eine in der Badewanne sich befindende Person nicht störend vorhanden zu sein braucht. Der Gurt wird dabei so abgewickelt, daß er auf der Wanne aufliegen kann. Auch der Gurt ist in seiner untersten Position praktisch nicht hinderlich, so daß folglich auch nicht bewegungsmäßig behinderte Personen in einer derartigen Badewanne 10 ein Wannenbad nehmen können.
  • Statt der an einer Wand 14 zu befestigenden Platte 20 könnte auch ein auf den oberen Rand der Wanne gelagerter Rahmen verwendet werden. An diesem Rahmen könnten dann die auf der Platte 20 vorgesehenen Teile ebenfalls problemlos befestigt werden. Insbesondere könnte ferner auch die Platte 20 selber auf einem derartigen Rahmen befestigt werden. Dadurch könnten auch im Raum freistehende Wannen mit der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ausgestattet werden. Auch hätte dies den Vorteil, daß das gesamte Gerät von der Wanne leicht entfernt werden könnte.

Claims (8)

  1. Einstieghilfe für Badewannen, mit einer Abstützeinrichtung für eine in die Badewanne einsteigende bzw. aus derselben aussteigende Person, mit
    - einer Sitzplatte (34), die auf einem Gurtband (26) auflagerbar ist, wobei diese Sitzplatte (34) relativ zum Gurtband (26), in Längsrichtung desselben, beweglich ist,
    - dem Gurtband (26)
    -- das eine Breite aufweist, die in etwa der Breite der Sitzplatte (34) entspricht,
    -- das quer über die Badewanne (10) führbar ist,
    -- das auf der einen Badewannenseite (28) lösbar zu verankern (30, 32) und
    -- das auf der gegenüberliegenden Badewannenseite (12) motorisch aufwickelbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    eine Führung (56, 58) vorhanden ist, längs der die Sitzplatte (34) beim Auf- bzw. Abwickeln des Gurtbandes (26) in vertikaler Richtung führbar ist.
  2. Einstieghilfe nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Führung ein in vertikaler Richtung ortsfest vorhandene Führungsstange (58) aufweist, längs der ein mit der Sitzplatte (34) verbundener Schlitten (56) beweglich gehalten ist, wobei der gegenseitige Abstand zwischen Schlitten (56) und Befestigungsstelle des Schlittens an der Sitzplatte (34) einstellbar ist.
  3. Einstieghilfe nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    ein stabförmiges Glied (50) vorhanden ist, dessen eines Ende (54) am Schlitten (56) und dessen anderes Ende an der Sitzplatte (34) befestigt ist.
  4. Einstieghilfe nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    - zumindest zwei Rollenkörper an der Sitzplatte (34) befestigt sind, mit denen die Sitzplatte (34) auf dem Gurtband (26) auflagerbar ist, und
    - nach unten von der Sitzplatte (34) auskragende Wandteile (40, 42) vorhanden sind, die parallel zu den beiden seitlichen Schmalseiten (44, 46) des Gurtbandes (26) ausgerichtet sind, so daß die Sitzplatte (34) nicht seitlich von dem Gurtband (26) abrutschen kann.
  5. Einstieghilfe nach Anspruch 3 und 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das am Schlitten (56) befestigte stabförmige Glied (50) mit der Achse (38) der Welle des einen Rollenkörpers derart verbunden ist, daß die Sitzplatte (34) um diese Achse (38) dieser Welle schwenkbar an dem stabförmigen Glied (50) befestigt ist.
  6. Einstieghilfe nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    eine von Hand zu betätigende Zugvorrichtung (98, 99) vorhanden ist, mit der die Sitzplatte (34) von dem Gurtband (26) hochschwenkbar ist.
  7. Einstieghilfe nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Gurtband (26) auf einer durch einen motorischen Antrieb (76) in Umdrehung versetzbare Aufwickelwalze auf- bzw. abwikkelbar ist, wobei durch Drehen der Aufwickelwalze (64) das Gurtband (26) zwei Endschalter (84, 86) zum Unterbrechen des motorischen Antriebs (76) betätigbar sind.
  8. Einstieghilfe nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    - ein mit einem Außengewinde versehender Stab (92) in axialer (94) Verlängerung der Wickelwalze (64) an dieser Wickelwalze (64) befestigt ist,
    - eine mit einem Innengewinde versehene Hülse (90) in kämmendem Eingriff mit dem Stab (92) steht,
    - diese Hülse (90) verdrehsicher gehalten ist, so daß beim Rotieren der Wickelwalze (64) die Hülse (90) eine Längsverschiebung vornimmt,
    - ein Kontaktfinger (88) an der Hülse (90) befestigt ist, der in beiden extremen Stellungen der Buchse (90) jeweils ein elektrisches Schaltglied (84, 86) für den Motor (76) verstellt und der gleichzeitig als Verdrehsicherung für die Hülse (90) dient.
