  • the present invention relates to the doors of premises and industrial buildings, sheds and shops, formed by a flexible curtain, semi-rigid or rigid, foldable or rollable, which releases a bay by rising and closes it down, the curtain being stored in top of the door when it is raised, by winding or folding. Claims (9)

  1. Industrietor mit anhebbarem Rolladen (4), das zwei seitliche vertikale Pfosten (1, 2) umfaßt, von denen jeder eine Gleitschiene (21) aufweist, wobei jede Gleitschiene auf beiden Seiten der Ebene des Rolladens eine Führungswand besitzt, wobei sich der Rolladen im oberen Bereich durch Aufrollen oder Zusammenfalten ansammeln kann und vertikale Ränder (6a) besitzt, die in den Gleitschienen gleiten und so ausgebildet sind, daß sie aus den Gleitschienen heraustreten, wenn eine anormale quer gerichtete Kraft ausgeübt wird, wobei die Wand einer jeden Gleitschiene eine Öffnung aufweist, die es einem Rand des Rolladens ermöglicht, von außen her in das Innere der Gleitschiene einzutreten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der Außenwände der Pfosten mit einer Führung (33) versehen ist, die über besagte Wand oberhalb besagter Öffnung vorspringt und im wesentlichen nach oben und zur Öffnung der Gleitschiene hin orientiert ist, wobei diese Führung sich wenigstens über einen Teil der Weite der besagten Wand bis zum Rand der Öffnung der Gleitschiene in der Weise erstreckt, daß sie vermittels der Öffnung einen Rand (6a) des nach oben gezogenen Rolladens bis in die Gleitschiene zurückbringt, wenn er aus dieser ausgetreten ist.
  2. Industrietor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand der Gleitschiene oder die Wand des Pfostens, der die Gleitschiene umfaßt, in Bezug auf wenigstens eine dieser Öffnungen wenigstens ein bewegliches Wandelement (35, 40) umfaßt, das sich elastisch in der Weise verformen kann, daß es besagte Öffnung abdeckt oder freigibt, um es dem Rand des Rolladens zu ermöglichen, von außen in das Innere der Gleitschiene einzutreten, aber nicht in umgekehrter Richtung auszutreten.
  3. Tor nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im übrigen dieses bewegliche Wandelement ein Flächenelement (40) der einen Wand der Gleitschiene ist, das zur Ebene des Rolladens parallel und um seinen unteren Rand beweglich ist und sich zum Inneren der Gleitschiene zwischen die beiden Wände verschiebt, die den senkrechten Gleitkanal für die Ränder des Rolladens begrenzen.
  4. Tor nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im übrigen das bewegliche Wandelement ein Flächenelement einer Außenwand (35) eines Pfostens ist, der die Gleitschiene enthält, und sich in einer bezüglich der Ebene des Rolladens schräg verlaufenden Ebene befindet, wobei das Flächenelement (35) um seinen äußersten Rand beweglich ist und sich zum Boden der Gleitschiene hin verschiebt ohne mit dieser in Wechselwirkung zu treten, um einen Zugangskanal mit einer Öffnung in der Gleitschiene zu bilden.
  5. Tor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im übrigen die Führung (33) sich von einem naheliegenden Ende des Rolladens (4) bis zu einem entfernt liegenden Ende des Rolladens erstreckt und über die Seitenwand (27) des Pfostens hinaus vorspringt.
  6. Tor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung eine Wiedereinführ-Rampe (35) bildet, die bezüglich der Ebene des Rolladens schräg verläuft und im wesentlichen nach oben und zur Gleitschiene hin orientiert ist, wobei die Wiedereinführ-Rampe (35) sich an das Innere des Tors annähert, indem sie sich an die Gleitschiene in der Weise annähert, daß sie einen seitlichen Teil (6a) des nach oben gezogenen Rolladens in die Gleitschiene (21) zurückführt, wenn dieser Teil aus ihr ausgetreten ist, indem sie diesen Teil zur Innenseite des Tors durch Abbiegen oder Zusammenziehen verformt.
  7. Tor nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weiterhin die Rampe (35) zum Wiedereinführen mit einer Führung (33) versehen ist, die über die Außenwand des Pfostens oberhalb der Rampe (35) zum Wiedereinführen vorspringt, wobei sich diese Führung über wenigstens einen Teil der Weite dieser Wand bis zum Rand der Gleitschiene in der Weise erstreckt, daß in dieser Rampe (35) zum Wiedereinführen ein seitlicher Teil (6a) des Rolladens für sein Wiedereinführen in die Gleitschiene gehalten wird.
  8. Tor nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weiterhin die Führung (33) sich ausgehend von einem nahe liegenden Ende des Rolladens (4) bis zu einem entfernt liegenden Ende des Rolladens erstreckt und über die Seitenwand (27) des Pfostens vorspringt.
  9. Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weiterhin die Gleitschiene (21) höhenmäßig auf ein Niveau begrenzt ist, das sich unterhalb des Fußes des Rolladens befindet, wenn der Rolladen angehoben ist, und eine Öffnung (21a) aufweist, die sich nach oben in der Weise erweitert, daß dann, wenn sich der Rolladen aus seiner angehobenen Position absenkt, die Ränder des Rolladens in den erweiterten Teil der Gleitschiene eingreifen.
