Claims (10)
- Système de changement de palettes avec un dispositif de centrage et de verrouillage (12) pour un plateau de changement (10) maintenu sur un bâti de support (11, 11'), qui présente au moins un élément de guidage pour un guidage prévu sur la bâti (11, 11'), système de changement de palette caractérisé en ce que le guidage est constitué d'au moins deux supports (23), en ce qu'au moins un rail de guidage (16) est mis sur la face inférieure du plateau de changement (10) de telle façon que le plateau de changement (10) repose sur les supports (23) et soit guidé par le rail de guidage mentionné (16) et en ce qu'un tenon de centrage horizontal (14) est disposé sur les rails de guidage (16) et un tenon de centrage vertical (15) est disposé sur le plateau de changement (10), le tenon de centrage horizontal (14) pouvant venir en prise latéralement dans le dispositif de verrouillage (12) et bloquant verticalement le plateau de changement (10) et le tenon de centrage vertical (15) pouvant venir en prise verticalement dans le dispositif de verrouillage (12) et bloquant le plateau de changement (10) latéralement.
- Système de changement de palettes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage (12) est disposé frontalement sur le support (23).
- Système de changement de palettes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rail de guidage (16) est réalisé sous la forme d'une substructure profilée.
- Système de changement de palettes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage (12) présente un plateau de centrage (17) avec pour chaque tenon de centrage (14, 15) respectivement une rainure de centrage (18) et une bague de serrage qui peut tourner (19), la bague de serrage (19) serrant le tenon de centrage (14, 15) par une liaison par la forme dans la rainure de centrage.
- Système de changement de palettes selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la bague de serrage (19) possède pour chaque tenon de centrage (14, 15) un évidement (24) de telle sorte que l'introduction du tenon de centrage (14, 15) est libérée dans la rainure correspondante de centrage (18).
- Système de changement de palettes selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que dans les positions finales la bague de serrage (19) est bloquée par des boulons à rotule (21) élastiques, qui s'encliquettent dans des enfoncements (22).
- Système de changement de palettes selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la bague de Serrage (19) est pourvue d'un levier à main (20).
- Système de changement de palettes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour changer le plateau de changement (10) on prévoit un appareil de levage et de transport, qui est équipé d'une fourche, qui peut venir en prise sous le plateau de changement.
- Système de changement de palettes selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'on met sur l'appareil de levage et de transport un dispositif qui présente des moyens pour faire tourner la bague de serrage (19) du dispositif de verrouillage (12).
- Système de changement de palettes selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit une structure d'étagères (30) pour le stockage des plateaux de changement (10).
