Description

l'invention concerne un dispositif pour faciliter l'extraction d'un coffrage vertical ayant servi à la réalisation d'une paroi en béton, ledit coffrage constituant un caisson présentant une face coffrante tournée vers la paroi moulée, un dos opposé à la face coffrante et deux côtés latéraux.the invention relates to a device for facilitating the extraction of a vertical formwork which has been used for the production of a concrete wall, said formwork constituting a box having a formwork face facing the molded wall, a back opposite to the formwork face and two lateral sides.

It applies in particular to the production of a reinforced concrete diaphragm wall in the ground and will be described with reference to this application.

The realization of a reinforced concrete wall in the ground by means of such formwork consists in digging a vertical excavation, inserting the formwork at the ends of the excavation, introducing in the excavation the reinforcements of the wall and pouring the concrete in the excavation, these operations being repeated in successive contiguous excavations until the desired wall is produced, for example a cylindrical wall.

To go from one excavation to the next, it is necessary to extract the forms that were used in the first excavation to reuse it in the first subsequent excavation and this extraction operation is often difficult, when the concrete has set , so that we cannot postpone this extraction as we would often like to avoid keeping night teams on site.

Publication CH-A-665 241 recommends for this purpose a device which comprises in the back of the formwork a vertical guide groove open over its entire length in a direction opposite to the formwork face and formwork means movable vertically and guided by said groove. This device is intended to be used in the case where the formwork consists of several superimposable separable elements and where the formwork is arranged between two guide walls.

The present invention aims to facilitate this extraction.

L'invention a en outre pour objet l'application d'un tel dispositif, cf. revendication 12.This is achieved, according to the invention, by means of a device as defined in claim 1, in which the characteristics in the preamble are known from the aforementioned document CH-A-665241. The invention further relates to the application of such a device, cf. claim 12.

Examples of embodiment of such a device will be described below, with reference to the figures in the accompanying drawing, the description and the figures showing other particular features of the present invention.

Is shown in Figure 1, in horizontal section, the box formwork consisting of a main body 1 forming a box and which has a vertical formwork face provided in the middle with a seal 2 in a manner known per se, a back 1b opposite the formwork face and two lateral sides 3,4 vertical and slightly inclined to facilitate subsequent formwork.

According to the invention, two plates 5,6 are detachably fixed on the back of the formwork, for example by bolting, to form between them the opening 7 'of a vertical groove 7.

We also see in Figure 1, in horizontal section, the formwork tool consisting of a thick plate 8 provided with two side edges 9,10 in the form of plates capable of forming knives, the distance from the edges being chosen in correspondence the width of the formwork so that the knives can scrape the sides of the formwork vertically.

The tool has in its middle a T-shaped section 11 whose head is capable of sliding vertically in the groove 7 of the formwork while being retained in this groove.

The tool is able to be fixed to a control means capable of controlling the vertical movement of the tool, for example to the excavation bucket used to carry out the excavation.

In FIG. 1, this bucket has been shown diagrammatically at 12 and the formwork, the tool and the bucket are shown at a distance from each other, for the clarity of the figure, but it will be understood that in service, the tool is attached to the bucket to which it is provisionally fixed by any suitable means (for example by keying in rings attached to the bucket) and, at the desired time, is engaged so that its part 11 slides in the groove 7 while that the knives 9,10 scrape the sides 3,4 of the formwork.

Figures 2 and 3 illustrate the following operations: after having carried out a first excavation A, the formwork 1 is put in place (the height of which is preferably greater than the depth of the excavation) and the possible reinforcements of the wall to be constructed then pour the concrete into the excavation. If necessary, the excavation is temporarily consolidated with bentonite or equivalent, before pouring.

Then, at any desired time, the next excavation B is carried out by lowering the excavating bucket 12 to which, if necessary, the formwork tool 8-11 has been fixed, the guide part 11 of which has been engaged by the high in the dorsal groove of the formwork. The knives of the tool break the concrete of the excavation A which has possibly bypassed the formwork and which blocks the formwork while the guide 11 retained in the groove 7 holds the tool against the formwork. If the groove becomes obstructed by concrete, dismantling the plates 5,6 gives access to the groove for cleaning.

Optionally, the groove may be temporarily filled with a protective element or material during concreting to avoid any introduction of the concrete into the groove.

The formwork can be facilitated by exerting traction towards the vacuum created by the drilling in progress. In this case, the formwork is done starting from the foot and going up.

To do this, a part or stud 13 similar to the guide stud 11 of the tool can be fixed to a shell of the bucket 12 and introduced into the central groove 7 of the formwork (FIG. 4).

The bucket is supported by the top of the hat on the formwork and acts as a lever.

The invention is not limited to a number or to a particular groove profile such as 8 and of a guide such as 11.

The invention is not limited to the particular device which has been described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.

Thus, in alternative embodiments shown diagrammatically in FIGS. 5 to 9, the device also has one or more of the following characteristics:
  • a tube 14 is temporarily introduced into the groove 7 of the formwork box 1 (FIG. 5). This tube has dimensions chosen to fill the groove and prevent fouling of the groove during the digging of the borehole and it is made of a material such that the formwork removal tool (8-11) can easily cut the tube gradually, as it progresses. The tube is for example made of polyvinyl chloride,
  • the stripping tool (8-11) has a finger 15 under the stud 11 (FIGS. 6-8), for example in the form of a knife, capable of penetrating into the opening 7 'of the groove 7 (without being trapped therein) ) to guide the tool longitudinally and cut the tube 14,
  • the formwork tool (8-11) comprises, on either side of the stud, at any desired height, rollers 16 (FIG. 9) able to roll against the opposite face of the formwork box to hold the tool remotely controlled from this face, which is useful especially when the tool is of the cutter type,
  • the flat face of the formwork is coated with a protection consisting of a non-ferrous coating (17), for example made of plastic, to avoid direct contact between the digging tool and the metal of the formwork.
