Claims (7)
- Homogener Satz von Profilteilen einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Höhen und Breiten für Aluminium-Rahmen wie Fenster-, Tür- und Ladenfenster-Rahmen, der aus einer Vielzahl von für sich je kompletten Teilsätzen besteht, von denen jeder Satz mindestens bestimmt ist durch die Höhe des Profilteils und durch die Abmessung seiner Kammer (40-140-240-340), jeder Teilsatz eine standardisierte Kammer (40-140-240-340) enthält, der Satz auch Teilsätze mindestens mit und ohne Temperatur-Isolierung umfaßt, der Satz dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß jedes Profilteil mindestens drei Sitze umfaßt, um Zubehörteile (32) aufzunehmen, alle diese Sitze (32) standardisierte Abmessungen besitzen und für alle Profilteile aller unterschiedlichen Größen identisch sind, mindestens drei Sitze (32) in der durch zwei aneinander anstoßende Profilteile gebildeten Kammer enthalten sind, die Sitze (32) sich über die große Mehrheit der Seitenwand/ wände des Profilteils erstrecken, an der/denen sie vorhanden sind, jedes einzelne Profilteil eine Einsetz- und Ausrichtvertiefung (31) enthält, jedes Profilteil eine einzige Zentralabdichtungs-Packung (33) eines Standard-Typs benutzt, der immer für alle Profilteile identisch ist, wobei die Packung (33) eine Außenkammer (76) in den aneinander anstoßenden Profilteilen bestimmt.
- Homogener Satz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Profilteile ohne Temperatur-Isolierung umfaßt, und mit ihrer Mittelachse senkrecht zur Hohe des Profilteils und den Schwerpunkt desselben durchschneiden und in einer Zwischenposition zwischen zwei Sitzen (32) hindurchtreten.
- Homogener Satz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in jedem Teilsatz Profilteile umfaßt, deren Mittelachsen durch einen zentralen Fortsatz hindurchtreten, der zwei benachbarte Sitze (32) bestimmt.
- Homogener Satz nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in jedem Teilsatz Gegenstück-Profilteile mit Bezug auf die Achsen "X" und "Y" enthält.
- Homogener Satz nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in jedem Teilsatz Profilteile enthält, die in ihrer Kammer (40-140-240-340) Begrenzungsvorsprünge (41-141-241-341) mit einer Standardisierungs-Funktion besitzen.
- Homogener Satz nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in jedem Teilsatz Profilteile mit verengten Abschnitten (38) längs ihrer Seitenwände enthält.
- Homogener Satz nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelhalte-Profilteile in dem Satz mit einer Verriegelung arbeitende Profibteile sind.
