Definitions
- the invention relates to a container for holding liquid, flowable or pourable substances, with a receptacle part with an opening for the substances, a cap part that can be placed on the opening, and a hanging device for the container, which has a hanging bracket that extends over the top of the cap part runs and from an at least partially integrated into the contour of the cap part position can be moved into an extended suspension position.
- the suspension device consists of a cord-shaped suspension bracket which is flexible, consists of the material of the cap part and is attached to the cap part with its free ends via so-called film hinges.
- the part of the cord-like suspension bracket running over the top of the cap part lies in a groove formed in the cap part.
- the suspension bracket is designed as a rigid, band-like arch, which is fastened with its free ends via film hinges to connecting straps, which in turn form a hinged bracket construction that can be folded up and down via film hinges are articulated on the cap part or a holding bridge.
- the arrangement is such that about two thirds of the ver over the top of the cap part running arc lie in a groove arranged in the top.
- Container constructions with cord-like or arch-shaped suspension brackets have the advantage that the suspension bracket does not protrude from the receptacle part due to its construction integrated into the contour of the cap part and therefore does not interfere with the placement of the cap part on the receptacle part after the filling process, during the packaging process or during shipping or during the machine handling problems.
- Container constructions of this type also have the advantage that the suspension bracket forms a relatively large suspension loop in the suspension position, which also allows suspension on relatively voluminous fittings.
- cord-like hangers are not very durable and their shape is undefined.
- moving the hanger from the integrated position to the hanger position requires some manual dexterity with both cord-like and arch-shaped hanger.
- the dispensing nozzle of the cap part is always open in the suspension position in the case of constructions with an arch-shaped suspension bracket.
- the object of the present invention is to create a completely new type of container construction, the suspension device of which is aesthetic and durable, and no manual skill is required to handle it.
- the invention is based on the idea of providing, instead of a cord-like or arch-like suspension bracket construction which can be folded and unfolded using connecting tabs in the manner of a polygon, a bracket construction which can be easily extended and retracted via a sliding guide, for the handling of which no manual skill is required anymore.
- Sliding guides can also be easily manufactured and assembled and optimally designed for the respective application.
- the sliding guides can be designed according to the respective application. A particularly simple configuration is achieved, however, if the sliding guide is designed as a simple straight guide and the suspension bracket is linearly displaceable.
- the sliding guide comprises two sliding strips, each fastened to the ends of the suspension bracket and extending parallel to one another. These strips can have any cross section. It when the sliding strips are designed as a rectangular flat profile is particularly advantageous.
- the sliding strips are each equipped with a hook at their free ends.
- the sliding bar each has two locking lugs, one locking lug next to the hook and the other locking lug being provided in the region of the end adjoining the suspension bracket. In this way, only a single assigned catch recess is required in the cap part in order to ensure an exact fixing of the suspension bracket both in the integrated position and in the suspension position.
- the suspension bracket and the sliding strips can be made from any suitable material. However, it is advantageous to manufacture the suspension bracket and the sliding strips in one piece from plastic.
- the receptacle part is provided with a wide front and rear side and two narrow sides and is equipped with a cap part adapted to this special container shape.
- Container shapes of this type are common and are used in particular for liquid soaps, shampoos, cosmetics or the like.
- strip channels are arranged in the region of the narrow sides of the cap part. This creates a relatively wide receiving bracket that extends over the entire width of the container and can be integrated well into the shape of the cap part.
- the narrow sides of the cap part are also advanced in the direction of the bottom of the receptacle part in such a container design, ie the cap part is made relatively high in the region of the narrow sides, this results in a structural height which enables the arrangement of relatively long ledge channels.
- the sliding strips can be made relatively long, so that the suspension bracket can be extended relatively far.
- suspension brackets and sliding strips form a relatively large suspension loop, which enables the container to be suspended even on relatively voluminous fittings.
- the cap section in the area of the upper side with a recess or depression which is shaped such that the suspension bracket is at least partially recessed in this recess in the integrated position.
- the suspension bracket is designed in the form of a band, it is advantageous to design the recess as a groove.
- the container according to the invention which can be used to hold liquid, flowable or pourable substances of any kind, but preferably to hold liquid detergents and care products, consists of a holding container part 1, on the part of which profiled top 2 a cap part 3 is placed in a conventional manner via a locking arrangement 4.
- the receptacle part 1 has in the area of the top 2 an opening 5, which in a manner known per se is formed by a neck or collar 6.
- the cap part 3 is in turn equipped with an annular collar 7 which protrudes sealingly into the neck or collar 6.
- the collar 7 is attached to the underside of a closure plate 8, which carries an outlet nozzle 9 on its upper side.
- the dispensing nozzle 9 is equipped with a nozzle opening 10, the axis of which encloses an acute angle with an axis of symmetry through the container.
- a closure flap 12 is articulated to the closure plate 8 in the area of the right edge of the cap part 3 in FIG. 3 via a film hinge 11.
- the closure flap 12 has on its inside an annular collar 13 which, in the closed state of the closure, sealingly engages over the dispensing nozzle 9, as can be seen in FIG. 2.
- the cap part 3 has 14 strip channels 15 with an approximately rectangular cross section in the region of its narrow sides.
- sliding strips 16 are slidably mounted, which run parallel to each other and are attached with their upper ends to the ends of a suspension bracket 17 which extends over the top 18 of the cap part 3.
- the cap part 3 has in the area of the upper side 18 a recess 19 which is adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the suspension bracket 17 and in which the suspension bracket is recessed in its integrated position (cf. FIG. 2).
- the sliding strips 16 are equipped with flexible hooks 20 in the region of their free lower ends (cf. FIG. 2).
- the strip channels 15 have locking projections 21 in the region of their upper end, which are matched to the hooks 20.
- the sliding strips 16 each have a locking lug 22 both in the region of their upper and in their lower end, which is also matched to the locking projection 21 in the region of the upper end of the strip channels 15.
- the suspension bracket with the free ends of its sliding strips 16 is inserted into the upper opening of the strip channels. Since the hooks 20 are flexible, they are pushed back by the locking projections 21 at the upper end of the ledge channels 15 and then jump back behind the locking projections 21 when the sliding ledges 16 are pushed further into the ledge channels. Because of this configuration, the sliding strips 16 of the suspension bracket 17 can no longer be pulled out completely from the strip channels 15. Extending the sliding strips 16 and thus the suspension bracket 17 is therefore only possible up to a position in which the hooks 20 come into contact with the locking projections 21. This position, in which the suspension bracket 17 is in its fully extended position, defines the suspension position in which the suspension bracket 17 together with the sliding strips 16 forms the outer parts of the suspension device of the container according to the invention.
- the locking lugs 22 arranged in the immediate vicinity of the hooks 20 are provided. During the pull-out process, the locking lugs 22 slide outwards out of the strip channels 15 via the locking projection 21, so that the locking projection 21 lies between the locking lugs 22 and the hooks 20, as a result of which the hanging position is fixed.
- the suspension bracket 17 In the inserted, i.e. in the integrated position, the suspension bracket 17 lies with its ends in the recesses 19 of the cap part 3.
- the sliding strips 16 are in their inserted position, the upper latching lugs 22 being located below the latching projection 21 and thus fixing the integrated position , ie prevent unintentional sliding out of the suspension bracket 17 from the recesses 19.
