Claims (17)

  1. Aspirateur de poussières présentant un corps externe, un premier boîtier (16,17) monté à l'intérieur du corps à travers au moins un élément isolant des vibrations (68,69), et un ventilateur aspirant électrique (7) monté dans le premier boitier à travers au moins un élément isolant des vibrations (36), avec un deuxième boîtier (31) à l'intérieur du corps, une chambre de ramassage de poussières dans le deuxième boîtier, un passage pour le flux d'air aspiré de la chambre de ramassage de poussières vers le premier boîtier (16,17), et un élément d'étanchéité isolant des vibrations connectant de manière étanche les premier et deuxième boîtiers, de façon à réaliser un joint d'étanchéité autour dudit passage d'air d'aspiration.
  2. Aspirateur de poussières selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité est un joint élastique maintenu comprimé entre les premier et deuxième boîtiers.
  3. Aspirateur de poussières selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit deuxième boitier présente une saillie annulaire autour dudit passage, et ledit élément d'étanchéité vient en contact avec la surface externe de ladite saillie.
  4. Aspirateur de poussières selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ledit premier boîtier est constitué de parois enfermant sensiblement complètement ledit ventilateur aspirant à l'exception dudit passage et d'au moins une sortie d'air d'aspiration, et au moins 70% de la zone desdites parois de boîtier présentent une courbure dans au moins un plan.
  5. Aspirateur de poussières selon la revendication 4, dans lequel au moins 80% de la zone des parois de boîtier du premier boîtier ont une courbure dans au moins un plan.
  6. Aspirateur de poussières selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, dans lequel le ventilateur aspirant est entouré latéralement relativement à son axe de rotation par des parois dudit premier boîtier (16, 17) qui sont courbées de façon convexe vers l'extérieur, et le premier boîtier est supporté à une extrémité axiale opposée à son passage d'entrée d'air par un élément de support annulaire (68), le premier boîtier possédant une portion de paroi courbée de façon convexe vers l'extérieur (14) à la région radialement à l'intérieur dudit élément de support.
  7. Aspirateur de poussières selon la revendication 6, dans lequel une portion de paroi (16) de l'extrémité axiale du premier boîtier opposée à ladite entrée d'air, cette portion de paroi se trouvant radialement à l'extérieur dudit élément de support, est concave vers l'extérieur, et un élément absorbant le son (18) est monté à l'intérieur du premier boîtier entre une portion de paroi latérale cylindrique du boîtier et ladite portion de paroi concave vers l'extérieur.
  8. Aspirateur de poussières selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, dans lequel le premier boîtier est supporté à une extrémité axiale présentant un passage d'air d'entrée par un élément de support annulaire (69) s'étendant autour du passage d'air d'entrée, et une paroi d'extrémité axiale du premier boîtier radialement à l'extérieur dudit élément de support annulaire (69) a une forme convexe vers l'extérieur.
  9. Aspirateur de poussières selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel ledit deuxième boîtier (31) présente au moins deux parois latérales qui ont au moins partiellement une forme courbée.
  10. Aspirateur de poussières selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, le deuxième boitier (31) présentant des parois d'extrémité opposées auxquelles l'air d'aspiration entre et sort et des parois latérales reliant lesdites parois d'extrémité, sensiblement l'ensemble desdites parois latérales étant courbées de façon convexe vers l'extérieur.
  11. Aspirateur de poussières selon la revendication 10, dans lequel une paroi d'extrémité comprend un couvercle de chambre de ramassage de poussières auquel un tuyau d'aspiration (62) est connecté, cette paroi d'extrémité étant au moins partiellement courbée de façon convexe vers l'extérieur.
  12. Aspirateur de poussières selon la revendication 11, dans lequel ledit couvercle de chambre de ramassage de poussières est orienté horizontalement, le tuyau d'aspiration est connecté à celui-ci au-dessus de son niveau médian, et le couvercle a une forme convexe vers l'extérieur (32) autour de la connexion du tuyau d'aspiration.
  13. Aspirateur de poussières selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier boitier (16, 17) présente une nervure annulaire interne (17a) prévue à l'extrémité axiale autour du passage d'entrée d'air pour supporter le ventilateur aspirant, et un élément absorbant le son (18) est monté à l'intérieur du premier boîtier sur une portion de paroi convexe vers l'extérieur du boîtier.
  14. Aspirateur de poussières selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel des parois du premier boîtier (16, 17) et/ou du deuxième boitier (31) ont une structure en deux couches comprenant une couche métallique et une couche en matière plastique.
  15. Aspirateur de poussières selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le métal est de l'aluminium.
  16. Aspirateur de poussières selon la revendication 14 ou la revendication 15, dans lequel le rayon de courbure des portions de paroi courbées de ladite structure en deux couches est inférieur à 300 mm.
