Claims (6)
- Dispositif séparateur de feuilles, notamment pour séparer des feuilles doubles ou des feuilles blanches entre un margeur (6) comportant une table d'alignement (4) et une machine de pliage (2), comprenant deux rouleaux de transport (12, 14) disposés parallèlement, l'un au-dessus de l'autre, et tournant dans des sens opposés pour transporter des feuilles (16) entre une surface de transport (18) disposée en amont des rouleaux de transport (12, 14), dans le sens du transport, et une surface de transfert (20) disposée en aval desdits rouleaux (12, 14), dans le sens du transport, et comprenant un détecteur de feuilles multiples (22) disposé dans la zone de la surface de transport (18), pour contrôler le nombre de feuilles transportées sur la surface de transport (18), étant précisé qu'il est prévu un interstice (24) entre la surface de transfert (20) et le rouleau inférieur (12) de la paire de rouleaux de transport (12, 14), ainsi qu'un élément de déviation (30) qui est mobile entre une position de repos et une position de séparation, et que l'élément de déviation (30) est accouplé au détecteur de feuilles multiples (22) de manière à être mobile, en réponse à des signaux du détecteur (22), entre sa position de repos et sa position de séparation ou inversement, caractérisé- en ce qu'au moins le rouleau de transport inférieur (12) se compose de plusieurs éléments de rouleau (13) en forme de disques espacés axialement les uns des autres,- en ce qu'il est prévu, entre des éléments voisins (13) du rouleau de transport (12), des éléments de transition (28) qui sont mobiles entre une position de transition dans laquelle ils couvrent l'interstice (24), et une position de séparation dans laquelle ils dégagent l'interstice (24),- en ce que la position de repos de l'élément de déviation se trouve au-dessus de la surface de transfert, et dans la position de séparation, l'élément de déviation s'engage partiellement dans l'interstice, et- en ce que les éléments de transition (28) sont accouplés au détecteur de feuilles multiples (22) de telle sorte qu'en réponse à des signaux du détecteur (22), ils soient mobiles, en même temps que l'élément de déviation, de leur position de transition vers leur position de séparation ou inversement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, au-dessous de l'interstice (24), un rouleau de séparation (32) qui est disposé coaxialement et tourne en sens inverse par rapport au rouleau de transport inférieur (12) afin d'évacuer, en coopération avec le rouleau de transport inférieur (12), les feuilles séparées (16) par la fente (24) .
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de transport supérieur (14) se compose de plusieurs éléments de rouleau (15) espacés axialement les uns des autres, et en ce qu'il est prévu, entre des éléments voisins (15) du rouleau de transport supérieur (14), des éléments de guidage (38) pour guider les feuilles (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un récipient collecteur (36) disposé au-dessous de l'interstice (24).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de déviation (30) et les éléments de transition (28) sont reliés de façon cinématique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour la séparation d'une première feuille (16a) et d'une feuille suivante (16b) collée sous celle-ci, dans la position de séparation de l'élément de déviation (30), la profondeur de pénétration du bord inférieur de sa surface de déviation concave (31) dans l'interstice (24) est juste calculée pour que ledit bord inférieur appuie sur la première feuille (16a) sans affecter le passage de celle-ci sur la surface de transfert (20) et sans l'abîmer, mais pour que le bord avant de la feuille suivante (16b) collée sous la première soit dévié suffisamment loin dans l'interstice (24) pour être guidé par la surface frontale concave (23) de la table de transfert (20) vers le rouleau de séparation (32).
