Claims (10)

  1. Arrangement de cylindre d'impression d'une machine d'impression taille-douce pour impression à la bobine, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de refroidissement du cylindre d'impression (2) comprenant au moins un ruban métallique sans fin (6) passant sur des tambours (4, 5), ruban en contact avec la surface du cylindre d'impression (2) le long d'une section de sa circonférence, ce ruban métallique étant déplaçable à une vitesse correspondant à la vitesse circonférentielle du cylindre d'impression (2) et soumis à un refroidissement.
  2. Arrangement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend plusieurs rubans métalliques (6) disposés côte à côte et recouvrant au moins approximativement toute la longueur du cylindre d'impression (2).
  3. Arrangement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les tambours (4, 5) sont en roue libre et que le ruban métallique, respectivement les rubans métalliques (6) sont pressés suffisamment fort contre le cylindre d'impression (2) pour être entraînés par celui-ci en rotation.
  4. Arrangement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un tambour est agencé en tambour de refroidissement (4) pour la circulation d'un liquide de refroidissement.
  5. Arrangement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des tambours, de préférence le tambour de refroidissement, peut être pressé contre la circonférence du cylindre d'impression (2).
  6. Arrangement selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des tambours (5) est pourvu de nervures annulaires (5b) guidant chacun des rubans métalliques (6) disposés l'un à côté de l'autre.
  7. Arrangement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif tendant automatiquement les rubans métalliques (6), de préférence un ressort (18) tendant à écarter l'un de l'autre les paliers (20, 21) des tambours (4, 5).
  8. Arrangement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les tambours (4, 5) sont montés rotativement dans un cadre déplaçable et que lorsque la machine d'impression est déclenchée, ils sont éloignés du cylindre d'impression (2) d'une distance telle que le ruban métallique, respectivement les rubans métalliques (6) ne sont plus en contact avec le cylindre d'impression.
  9. Arrangement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (7) est monté, hors de son centre, dans la moitié comprenant le tambour de refroidissement (4), à une extrémité d'un bras de levier (10) de manière à pouvoir basculer autour d'un axe de rotation libre (9), l'autre extrémité du bras de levier étant montée sur le bâti (22) de la machine d'impression de manière pivotante autour d'un axe de rotation fixe (11), la ligne droite reliant l'axe (4a) du tambour de refroidissement (4) et l'axe de rotation libre (9) formant un angle optu avec la ligne droite reliant cet axe de rotation libre (9) et l'axe de rotation fixe (11), un ressort travaillant en traction (16), qui tire le cadre en direction du bras de levier, étant tendu entre le cadre (7) et le bras de levier (10), le bras de levier (10) étant monté rotativement autour de son axe de rotation fixe (11) sous l'effet d'une force d'entraînement, de préférence sous l'effet d'un cylindre d'impression (12), de telle manière que le cadre (7) est premièrement déplacé d'une position écartée du cylindre d'impression (2) à une position dans laquelle le tambour de refroidissement (4) est pressé contre le cylindre d'impression (2) et qu'il est ensuite basculé autour de l'axe de rotation libre (9) contre la force du ressort de traction (16) de manière à amener le ruban métallique, respectivement les rubans métalliques (6), en pression contre le cylindre d'impression (2), l'autre tambour (5) restant toutefois à distance (x) du cylindre d'impression (2).
  10. Arrangement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'enveloppement (α) du ruban métallique, respectivement des rubans métalliques (6), est ajustable des deux côtés au moyen de butées (23).
