Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Versandtasche in Art eines Briefcouverts mit einer an einem Umfangsrand anhängenden Verschlussklappe. Die Versandtasche besteht vorzugsweise aus Karton und dient zum Versand von Broschüren, Mustern oder Drucksachen etc., bei deren Versand die Post zumindest die Möglichkeit einer Ueberprüfung des Inhalts haben möchte, so dass die Versandtasche nach einem Oeffnen wieder verschliessbar sein soll, ohne dass der Inhalt auf dem Transportweg verloren geht. Ausser für den vorgenannten Zweck ist es ebenso vorteilhaft, zwischen verschiedenen Empfängern für Hin- und Rücksendung die gleiche Versandtasche verwenden zu können, die sich nach dem erstmaligen Öffnen ohne zusätzliche Massnahmen wieder verschliessen lässt.
  • Es sind zahlreiche Ausführungsformen von Versandtaschen mit Einsteck-Verschlussklappen zum Oeffnen ohne Zerstörung, beispielsweise für Prüfzwecke bekannt.
  • Aus der US-A-2 833 461 ist eine Versandtasche gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 bekannt.
  • Aus der Wo-A 87 04134 ist eine weitere Versandtasche bekannt, deren eine Umschlagfläche eine Verschlussklappe und deren andere Umschlagfläche einen Schlitz aufweist. Die Verschlussklappe besitzt einen durch eine Perforation begrenzten, klebbaren Verstärkungsrand der beim Oeffnen der Tasche von der Verschlussklappe getrennt wird, die deshalb entsprechend grösser im Ausgangsmaterial auszuführen ist.
  • Der Erfindung lag die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Versandtasche zu schaffen, die durch Klebung fest verschlossen wird, aber sich dennoch in eine solche mit einer Einsteck-Verschlussklappe umwandeln lässt, so dass der Inhalt dann frei zugänglich ist, wobei der Gebrauchswert der Versandtasche durch die Änderung nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe weist die Versandtasche die Merkmale gemäss dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 auf.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert: Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1 eine Draufsicht auf die Rückseite der Versandtasche mit geöffneter Verschlussklappe;
    • Figur 2 die Versandtasche gemäss Figur 1 mit geschlossener Verschlussklappe.
  • Eine in Form eines Briefcouverts ausgebildete und vorzugsweise aus Karton bestehende Versandtasche ist aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt hergestellt. Sie ist aus zwei Taschenflächen 7 und 7′ gebildet, deren Seitenränder durch Seitenklappen 11 und 12 verbunden sind, wobei unterhalb eines Umfangsrandes 13 der einen Taschenfläche 7 ein Einsteckschlitz 8 eingeformt ist.
  • Die andere Taschenfläche 7′ weist eine längs einer Biegelinie 2 anhängende Verschlussklappe 3 mit einem Klappenteil 3′ und einem Randteil 15 auf. Der Randteil 15 mit den Eckbereichen 6 kann bei seitlich versetztem Einsteckschlitz 8 ebenfalls versetzt sein, siehe Figur 1. In der Verschlussklappe 3 ist ferner eine zu der Biegelinie 2 parallele weitere Biegelinie 4 etwa auf der Längsmitte der Verschlussklappe 3 verlaufend ausgebildet. Der anschliessend an die Biegelinie 4 rechteckförmige Randteil 15 weist zwei jeweils durch eine schräge Sollbruchlinie 5 begrenzte dreiecksförmige Eckbereiche 6 und ein dazwischen liegendes Klappenteil 9 auf, wobei die Eckbereiche 6 zum Festkleben auf der Versandtaschenfläche 7 bestimmt sind, wenn diese verschlossen wird, wie aus Figur 2 hervorgeht. Die Sollbruchlinien 5 verlaufen winklig und vorzugsweise unter einem Winkel von 45° zum Umfangsrand der Versandtasche.
  • Die mit Hilfe der verklebten Eckbereiche 6 verschlossene Versandtasche lässt sich leicht öffnen, indem man die Verschlussklappe 3 zwischen den beiden festgeklebten Eckbereichen 6 erfasst und hochzieht, wobei die Sollbruchlinien 5 aufreissen. Im verschlossenen Zustand deckt die Verschlussklappe 3 den in der Versandtaschenfläche 7 ausgebildeten Einsteckschlitz 8 ab, der sich zwischen den beiden zum Festkleben bestimmten Eckbereichen 6 der Verschlussklappe 3 von der einen zur anderen Sollbruchlinie 5 verlaufend erstreckt und vorzugsweise zum Umfangsrand 2 hin konvex gewölbt ausgebildet ist. Nach dem erstmaligen Oeffnen der Versandtasche durch Aufreissen an der Sollbruchlinie 5, wodurch der mittlere Klappenteil 9 von den festgeklebten Eckbereichen 6 getrennt wird, lässt sich dieser mittlere Klappenteil 9 in den Einsteckschlitz 8 hineinstecken, so dass die Versandtasche wieder verschlossen ist. Dies kann nach einer Postprüfung des Inhalts erfolgen oder auch für die Rücksendung einer Ware. Das Hineinstecken der Verschlussklappe in den Einsteckschlitz wird durch die weitere Biegelinie 4 in der Verschlussklappe 3 erleichtert, welche sich dadurch leicht etwas knicken lässt.
  • Vorzugsweise wird die Versandtasche mit der Verschlussklappe 3 an einem Umfangsrand und mit bereits festgeklebten Eckbereichen 6 in Gebrauch genommen und besitzt dann zum Einfüllen des Inhaltes an einem weiteren Umfangsrand 10 eine weitere Verschlussklappe 11, die zum Zukleben vorzugsweise mit einem Selbstklebestreifen 11′ ausgestattet ist.

Claims (4)

  1. Versandtasche aus zwei miteinander verbundenen und übereinander liegenden Taschenflächen (7, 7′), wobei seitlich an die eine Taschenfläche (7′) sich gegenüberliegende Seitenklappen (11, 12) anschliessen, welche die andere Taschenfläche (7) übergreifen, und wobei zwischen den Seitenklappen (11, 12) mit der einen Taschenfläche (7′) über eine Biegelinie (2) eine Verschlussklappe (3) verbunden ist, und wobei die Verschlussklappe (3) einen Klappenteil (9) aufweist, an den beidseits über Sollbruchlinien (5) Eckbereiche (6) anschliessen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die andere Taschenfläche (7) zwischen den Seitenklappen (11, 12) einen Einsteckschlitz (8) aufweist, der sich über einen Teil der Taschenbreite zwischen den Seitenklappen (11, 12) erstreckt, und dass die Eckbereiche klebbar sind und das Klappenteil (9) mit den Eckbereichen (6) nach Schliessen der Versandtasche zwischen den Seitenklappen (11, 12) und über dem Einsteckschlitz (8) liegt, und durch Aufreissen von den Festgeklebten Eckbereichen trennbar ist.
  2. Versandtasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Eckbereich (6) dreieckförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei jede Sollbruchlinie (5) eine Dreiecksseite bildet und winklig zur Biegelinie (2), vorzugsweise unter einem Winkel von 45°, verläuft.
  3. Versandtasche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die eine Seitenklappe (11) ein Klebstreifen (11′) anschliesst, der einen von der Verschlussklappe (3) getrennten Verschluss ausbildet, wobei durch diesen zusätzlichen Klebstreifen (11′) der Einsteckschlitz (8) in der Taschenfläche (7) und das obere Klappenteil (9) gegenüber einem unteren Klappenteil (3′) der Verschlußklappe (3) seitlich versetzt sind.
  4. Versandtasche nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem oberen Klappenteil (9) und dem unteren Klappenteil (3′) der Verschlussklappe (3) eine weitere Biegelinie (4) zwecks Erleichterung des Einführens des oberen Klappenteils (9) in den Einsteckschlitz (8) angeordnet ist.
