Claims (10)

  1. Outillage motorisé à main (1) comportant un dispositif de serrage rapide (2) en plusieurs éléments, manoeuvrable à la main, et destiné à recevoir des outils (3) en forme de disques montés sur un arbre d'entraînement(5) et qui peuvent être maintenus par la force sur un côté par une plaque d'appui (7) du dispositif de serrage rapide (2), cette plaque (7) entourant concentriquement une pièce filetée (13) du dispositif (2) dans laquelle elle reste maintenue tout en pouvant tourner, un écrou à main (11) entourant comme une douille la partie filetée (13) et la plaque de pression (7) en délimitant avec celles-ci une chambre annulaire (14) contenant au moins un palier à roulement (9, 12) ainsi qu'un mécanisme accouplant ensemble l'écrou à main (11) la pièce filetée (13) et la plaque de pression (7), caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme est un mécanisme à roulement, en particulier un mécanisme à circulation de billes.
  2. Outillage motorisé à main selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des paliers à roulement (9, 12) constitue, en association avec des moyens élastiques l'organe du mécanisme qui accouple la plaque de pression (7), la pièce filetée (13) et l'écrou à main (11).
  3. Outillage motorisé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques sont constitués par une rondelle-ressort.
  4. Outillage motorisé selon les revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les corps roulants (8) d'un palier à roulement (9) sont accouplés avec transmission de mouvement, à la pièce filetée (13).
  5. Outillage motorisé à main selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il existe d'une part une sécurité, par verrouillage géométrique, contre la rotation entre la partie filetée (13) et un palier à roulement (9), d'autre part une liaison par friction entre les corps roulants (8) du palier (9), l'écrou à main (11) et la plaque de pression (7).
  6. Outillage motorisé à main selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la pièce filetée (13) est munie d'un anneau de sécurité (15) dans la zone entourée concentriquement par la plaque de pression (7).
  7. Outillage motorisé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le volume annulaire (14) est rendu étanche au moyen d'anneaux d'étanchéité (18, 18′) montés dans des rainures (23) par friction.
  8. Outillage motorisé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que sur une des faces frontales de la rondelle-ressort (10) roule le train de billes d'un palier axial à billes (9) s'appuyant sur la plaque de pression (7) tandis que, sur l'autre face frontale roule le train de rouleaux d'un palier axial à rouleaux s'appuyant sur la pièce filetée (13).
  9. Outillage motorisé selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la rondelle-ressort (10) est constituée par un prolongement (20) interne de l'écrou à main, tandis qu'une deuxième rondelle-ressort (19) est intercalée sous tension entre la pièce filetée (13) et le palier axial à rouleaux (12) dont il constitue également une surface de roulement.
  10. Outillage motorisé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la rondelle-support (19) est en appui par frottement sur une bague d'étanchéité (18) montée dans l'écrou à main (11).
