Claims (6)
- Dispositif de prélèvement de liquides à haute pureté à partir de récipients, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif se compose :a) d'une plaque de raccord (4) comportant trois alésages (5,6,7), deux de ces alésages (5,6) traversant chacun un embout de raccordement (8) d'un tuyau ascendant, etb) une plaque de recouvrement (9) comportant un corps de soupape (23) intégré pour le logement d'au moins deux têtes de soupape (2,3), la plaque de recouvrement (9) présentant trois alèsages (10,11,12) débouchant dans la plaque de raccord (4), l'un (12) de ces alésages s'étendant à travers le corps de soupape (23) alors que les deux autres alésages (10,11) débouchent d'un côté dans les embouts tubulaires (29,30) qui s'élèvent à l'intérieur des alésages (5,6) de la plaque de raccord (4), et de l'autre côté dans des canaux (31,32,33,34) pour les liquides à haute pureté, qui sont disposés dans le corps de soupape (23) et sont interrompus par les têtes de soupape (2,3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'un des alésages (7;12) est central et que les deux autres alésages (5,6 ; 10,11) sont disposés symétriquement par rapport à l'alésage central.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de soupape (23) présente deux autres canaux (13,14) qui sont en liaison avec le système de canaux (33,34) pour les liquides à haute pureté, par l'intermédiaire de deux têtes de soupape additionnelles.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de raccord (4) est construite comme matrice de la plaque de recouvrement (9), et en ce que les deux plaques présentent des équipements (15,39) permettant de les lier l'une à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que des dispositifs de guidage (18) sont disposés dans les alésages (10,11) de la plaque de recouvrement (9) pourvus d'embouts tubulaires (29,30).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme têtes de soupape (2,3) des têtes de soupape à diaphragme.
