  • un vitrage simple, équipé entièrement chez le miroitier, d'un profilé d'encadrement de vitrage simple et de deux joints d'étanchéité, ledit ensemble ainsi constitué se posant, par l'extérieur, par l'intermédiaire de cales, sur le châssis fixe ou mobile, préalablement entièrement assemblé, et se fixant sur celui-ci au moyen de brides à excentrique mettant en pression son joint d'étanchéité contre une face en regard dudit châssis;
  • un profilé de constitution d'un châssis fixe dont une aile reçoit les brides de serrage du vitrage simple;
  • une bride oblongue épaulée de serrage rapide d'une équerre de fixation du châssis sur un profilé de structure sur lequel sont mis en appui des joints d'étanchéité;
  • le vitrage simple ou double est livré d'usine sur chantier avec son profilé d'encadrement assemblé sur sa périphérie et avec ses joints en place, ledit profilé est assemblé en angle au moyen de vis auto-taraudeuses vissées chacune dans une alvéovis, apportant une sécurité mécanique supplémentaire, le vitrage double étant prisonnier dans son profilé d'encadrement.

  • dépose très rapide sur le site, de l'extérieur, du vitrage simple ou double, sans démontage de son châssis support, fixe ou mobile;
  • esthétique parfaite des façades en extérieur, du fait qu'aucun profilé support n'est apparent sur le pourtour dudit vitrage simple ou double;
  • suppression de l'opération de collage de joint pour les vitrages doubles, en atelier ou sur chantier, aussi bien pour les châssis ouvrants que pour les châssis fixes et suppression des opérations de montage de pièces intermédiaires;
  • le vitrage simple ou double est livré d'usine sur chantier avec son profilé d'encadrement assemblé à sa périphérie avec ses joints en place, ledit profilé est assemblé en angle au moyen de vis auto-taraudeuses vissées chacune dans un alvéovis, apportant une sécurité mécanique suplémentaire, le vitrage double étant prisonnier dans son profilé d'encadrement;
  • la tenue mécanique est directement assurée par le profilé d'encadrement solidaire du vitrage simple ou double;

elle est maintenue sur chant par des portions de profilé en équerre à glissière 24 montés sur une glissière complémentaire 25 aménagée sur l'extrémité de l'aile 11 du châssis 2, ce profilé 24 pouvant être en tôle peinte ou préférablement en acier inoxydable.

La fig.4 montre un exemple de dispositif de fixation de vitrage simple 50 sur un châssis ouvrant 2 pouvant également être fixe. La vitre 50 est livrée avec son profilé d'encadrement 51 collé en usine chez le miroitier sur un joint silicone 52. Le profilé 51 d'encadrement du vitrage est différent de celui du double vitrage. Il est sensiblement rectangulaire fermé avec le même décrochement 16 que celui du profilé 15 (fig.1) pour le passage de la bride de serrage excentrique 13 et l'épaulement 17 de retenu de ladite bride, il est également muni d'une alvéovis 28, d'assemblage d'angle, par vis auto-taraudeuses. Le profilé 51 comporte un second décrochement 53, opposé en oblique au décrochement 16, et muni d'une mini ailette 54 supportant le joint d'étanchéité 55, en appui sur la face 56 dudit profilé 51 parallèle à la face 8 du châssis 2. Une seconde mini ailette 57 est prévue à la base du profilé 51 pour maintenir le joint 58 à lèvres multiples, normalement collé sur le profilé 51 chez le miroitier. On a également utilisé le profilé 24 de maintien sur chant de la vitre 50. Le profilé 51 est appuyé sur la même cale 30 que le profilé en U 15 (fig.1) posée sur l'aile 11 du châssis 2. L'extrémité basse du joint 58 comporte une lèvre inférieure 60, présente également sur le joint 10 (fig.1), faisant fonction de clapet de ventilation du châssis. Sur la partie inférieure de la fig.4, on a montré un exemple de vitrage simple identique à celui de la partie supérieure de la fig.4 monté sur un châssis fixe 65 rendu solidaire du profilé de structure 4 par une équerre 37. Les numéros de repère pour les pièces identiques ont été utilisés.
Le châssis fixe 65 comporte une aile 66 identique à l'aile 11 du châssis 2, solidaire d'une partie tubulaire 67 muni d'une glissière recevant un joint d'étanchéité 6 identique à celui de l'ouvrant; ladite partie tubulaire comporte une même face 8 d'appui du joint d'étanchéité 58.

We also used the section 24 holding on edge of the window 50. The section 51 is supported on the same wedge 30 as the U-shaped section 15 (fig.1) placed on the wing 11 of the frame 2. The end bottom of the seal 58 has a lower lip 60, also present on the seal 10 (fig.1), acting as a ventilation valve of the chassis. On the lower part of fig.4, we have shown an example of simple glazing identical to that of the upper part of fig.4 mounted on a fixed frame 65 made integral with the structural profile 4 by a bracket 37. The numbers benchmarks for identical parts were used.
The fixed frame 65 comprises a wing 66 identical to the wing 11 chassis 2, integral with a tubular part 67 provided with a slide receiving a seal 6 identical to that of the opening; said tubular part has the same face 8 for supporting the seal 58.

Le châssis 81 comporte un corps tubulaire, préférablement en alliage léger comme tous les autres profilés, présentant une aile extérieure 86 dont la face extérieure 87 est disposée parallèlement en regard avec la vitre intérieure 88 poussée contre ladite face 87 par l'intermédiaire d'un joint d'étanchéité 89 à lèvres multiples encastré dans un profilé d'encadrement ouvert 90. Ce profilé est en forme de U à ailes dissymétriques; une grande aile 91, côté face 87 du châssis, et une petite aile 92 parallèle à l'aile 91, comportant une fente 93 recevant les vis 94 de fixation dudit profilé 90 sur le châssis fixe ou ouvrant 81. L'aile 92 comporte également une alvéovis 95 dans le fond de la fente 93 pour l'assemblage du profilé 90 en cadre du vitrage double 80. Le joint 89 à lèvres multiples est encastré dans le profilé 90, il comporte une lèvre complémentaire 96 qui s'appuie d'une part sur un retour en équerre 97 comportant une petite aile s'étendant parallèlement vers le bas pour servir de face d'appui de la lèvre 97 du joint 89 qui est en même temps en appui sur la face verticale 87 du châssis en regard, pour éviter les remontées d'eau. un vitrage (1), équipé d'un profilé (15) d'encadrement de vitrage double (9,21) et de joints d'étanchéité (10,19), ledit ensemble ainsi constitué se posant, par l'extérieur, par l'intermédiaire de cales (30) sur le châssis (2) préalablement entièrement assemblé, et se fixant sur celui-ci au moyen de brides (13) à tête (44) à excentrique munie d'un plat (45) le mettant en pression, par l'intermédiaire de son joint (10), contre une face (8) en regard dudit châssis (2), - un profilé (2) de constitution dudit châssis dont une aile (11) reçoit les brides (13) de serrage du vitrage, - un profilé de sécurité (24) se fixant sur l'extrémité de l'aile (11) dudit châssis (2), -
